Great coffee & Green Tea Frappuccinos

The four stars are due to the many students that fill up this place. It can get super pack and busy at times. The drinks are delicious and sweet and have all the drinks like a regular Starbucks but they dont redeem points here I was told.The dope thing it on the 1st floor of the library easy for a quick up when studying.

They are good but lately when one orders refreshments drinks the drinks look empty I don’t know what is happening? And it’s not even during busy times slots.

Its a very busy Starbucks, in rush hours you may wait up to 40 minutes or more to get your drink. I have noticed the coffee taste different to me.Lots of students go to buy from this Starbucks, but when I tried to use a reward on my card, I couldnt. They told me I cant get my reward from this Starbucks because its different from others... What a shame!!! How come its different!

I am saying that thi is the best coffee in the world. May be false base on what you think, but every drink here is the best.

I tried to use my rewards card and they didn’t let me. Which was fine,no big deal.but then when I got my coffee it didn’t taste right. I lost my$4

The worst service at any Starbucks we’ve ever been to. Deja, the woman making our drinks was rude and unorganized. Even with 7 people on staff we waited 15 minutes for one drink. I have to mention that there was a definite racial component to who was served first and the only cheerful greetings were for black students only. Deja clearly has some issues.

Its a great place for meetings and discussions...with some scrumptious Coffees...

I ordered drink without ice, and the cashier alreday wrote down on the cup. When I got my drink, it has a half of cup ice. And then I told the staff I ordered no ice. And the staff give back the drink to another staff，and she said She doesnt want ice. She allergy with ice. thats so terrible service.

This is the slowest Starbucks on earth for the following reasons: 1) The baristas socialize with each other during peak times. 2) inexperience 3) Staffing.
