So excited to see Eons was across the street from Chabot College when I had an hour to kill after waking up at 6:00 in the morning. Google Maps showed me it was 0.1 miles away. Enjoyed a great black coffee and cheese croissant. The croissant was entirely unnecessary but delicious.

One of my favorite places to hole up and (try to) get some work done. Their sandwiches and salads are a go-to option for a quick, affordable, and tasty meal. Try their seasonal drinks too if you can!

Was this coffee amazing! You are so tired of all the commercialized coffee places and this is your next stop. I couldn’t believe how good it was a white chocolate mocha which they don’t normally make and specially made it for me they also have pumpkin spice right now which was delicious. I definitely would go here again and try it out If i am in the area.

The staff are really friendly and quick, and the food has a really yummy homemade taste! the yogurt is very creamy and you can tell its not the cheap stuff with buttloads of sugar, and it has real fruit in it ! the coffee is very creamy and tasty

Cute place, friendly staff, tasty and decently priced coffee. Get the Iced Dutch Coffee and a bagel with their house made honey almond cream cheese, you wont regret it!

Reliably good place to grab coffee and a snack. I especially love the sun-dried tomato cream cheese that they offer to go with their small selection of bagels.

Really dig the cold brewed coffee here, their espresso was nice on its own too! Indoor and outdoor seating. Inside there is a couch and quite a few tables. Internet access is faster than average coffee shop but I had to provide a Google or Facebook account log in.

I used to come here everyday when attending college. And now, through Covid, I still visit every week.Eon is definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in Hayward. The sandwiches and pastries are delicious. My favorite is their banana nut muffins.The coffee is great too. The café bianca, Cold City Cap and white-chocolate macadamia lattés are my go-tos.The staff is real friendly too. Ill happily continue to support Eon.

Nice, friendly staff with an interesting selection of drinks and food.... I especially enjoyed the mocha... very rich flavor. It is a laptop friendly space with nice outdoor seating (except road side view). Interior seating suffers from hard rock wallspace in one alcove.

I have no complaints. However, I miss indoor seating.

I’ve been stopping by here recently and love the low key vibe + the fact that you can get a healthy half sandwich with fluffy bread for $4 or a big salad for $6 where you can choose your own dressing! Great matcha latte too. Thank you for a quiet respite 😌

I love eon coffee. They are a small business that has a very cozy set up and has treat coffee and decent prices. I really love their inner decor, with a fireplace and many other things that just make the shop look classy. There is plenty of seating compared to other shops and also a nice parking lot in front. I also love their pastry selection and although I have never tried it, their ramen looks good. They also have sandwiches that are good. It is a perfect place to go if you are a chabot student looking for some coffee before or after class or for a place to do homework.

Nothing to write home about. The shop is always hit or miss due to the skill of the employees that make the drinks. When they are good they are great and when they are less than that the product is just ok. They do have a very good selection of pre-made food, coffees, and teas. Worth checking out if you are in town.

The best coffee in Hayward. This is a great coffee shop with several pastry and food items, very clean, lots lous space and the coffee is great. They even have a Dutch cold process coffee thats definitely worth a try. The staff was very friendly and I was served very quickly.

Excellent independent coffee shop. I used to go there almost everyday back when they first opened. They had some unique items for sale. I was turned on to EONs Mulberry Tea which is a natural sugar blocker and their krill cookies and wraps.

Cozy little coffee shop across from the college. Also offers some food items, and on most weekends, they make pretty good ramen! Staff is always pleasant and the quality is consistent.

Frozen breakfast sandwiches, no mayo or mustard for sandwiches? Friendly people, nice atmosphere. If they leveled up on breakfast food quality would help a lot.

Some how, not franchise coffee taste much better. When the library is close this is the best alternative near Chabot College. There is a 90s musical environment that I can relate to. Their service is very good.

Mang....this place has been here in forever just like quickly across the street. I was surprised this is still in business but Im glad they are still in operation. This is one of the favorite local spots to be at.

Small cafe with good drinks and sandwiches. Plenty of tables and chairs close to outlets. WiFi is reliable. A good place to spend a couple of hours socializing or getting worked done.

This place is very laid back and cozy. There food selection is pretty healthy and delicious. During the weekend starting around 11 I think, they serve a ramin dish that is superb. But they only make a small amount of it so you should try and order it early.The coffee and blended drinks are great. They have seating outside as well for those nice sunny days. This place is enjoyable to come to and be able to relax.

I love the mulberry tea, the only reason why I go back tbh. I also love how they make my latte with hazelnut, if you’re gonna spend money on coffee, spend it on good coffee.

This is my go to place for coffee. Employees are always friendly and their products are always fresh. Their coffee is always hot and tastes good! An added bonus for going to Eon is youre supporting a small business!

Nice drink selection. I wish they served ramen on weekdays. Rest of the food selection is just okay in my opinion. Not a fan of the plastic lids. Outside seating is great and and the wifi works well out there.

The coffee shop is usually a go to place for students as well as locals. They serve organic mulberry leave tea which has a distinct taste and they also serve ramen on the weekend ‘green noodle’. The food and drinks are affordable. The staff is great, I once even forgot my wallet at the place and one of the staff kept it for me.

This place is honestly hit or miss. Ive had both good and bad coffee here on several occasions.Today I came in for a cold brew, but they are were out. So instead I ordered a cappuccino, the barista was nice, but had an extremely heavy hand with the milk. The cappuccino was basically all milk...Thinking its cold brew or bust with Eon going forward.

Ive been coming to Eon Cafe for over ten years. I love to go to Eon for my coffee and weekends for my Miso Ramen. The only thing is that the bathroom needs to be taken care of. Service is great and employees very friendly. I really like to go there.
