It was a refreshing experience ....bagels were really good and Tasty......👍😋

When I checked on Google maps it showed the location. It was easy to get there walking but when I tried to open the door it was closed. The open sign was on and there were workers there, they opened the door and they said they were closed and they wouldnt open for another week. I wouldnt go back because all their information is wrong. I cant say if the business was clean because I never went in.

I just went there on the 4/23 rd and just left today on the 5/3st and I can tell you this is the best hospital/place to go to if you are in any trouble. Some staff can be judgmental looking but overall everyone was fantastic and I loved my roommates and my ward mates too. A lot of dominos was played and it was amazing. Great food! Delicious!

The customer service here is terrible. I understand they are college students, but really ? Not a smile out of any them, they practically glare at you when they call your order. I’ve been here three times this semester. The first time. It took 25 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. The second time they double charged me for a bagel sandwich and put next to nothing on the sandwich, it was all bagel- sad looking. I payed over $10 instead of ~$5. I found out today I was double charged when they rang me up and it was ~$5z I can’t see the tiny writing on the board behind them so when I brought it up. All she did was point to the sign. I’m like okay, you still over charged me. No offer for compensation or anything. I brought up the fact that they charged me ten dollars for a bagel with almost nothing on it two days ago. She just looks at me. Once upon a time, I also worked as an 18 year old at a campus coffee shop, but I certainly did not act this way.Edited to add that Today (following week) I witnessed them charge a customer 2 for butter on his bagel. When he pointed it out, she copped an attitude and acted like she was doing him a favor by charging him what’s advertised.She said they charge 2 dollars for adding butter to your bagel now, hmmmm.

Staff always seems tired, but are normally pleasant. The food and coffee is bomb. Around the same pricing as Starbucks for the coffee. I recommend the buffalo chicken bagel sandwich.

They dont nearly give enough cream cheese on their bagels they spread it on really thinly as though it were butter. Its ridiculous! It is not New York! Do yourself a favor bring your own whipped cream cheese!

Their bagels are okay and their coffees are nothing to write home about. They can definitely improve with time.

Havent tried the food, but if its anything like the coffee . . .PIGSWILL!(That means its awful)All the coffee tastes like the hazelnut additive they use for the one line of coffee they call Hazelnut. It tastes like perfume or candy.

Im re-reviewing this place because it has not changed or improved at all in my nearly 2 years here. The staff is often confused and unapproachable. The wait times are horrendously bad. It is a constant 25-30 minute wait for basic sandwiches even without a line. Often times there is a very large crowd of people in the place because theyre all still waiting for their order. Its a fire hazard and the food isnt even that great. The sandwiches often come out cold even if I ask for it to be double toasted. Because of the lack of food options in campus this is a go to place for many students on campus, but avoid at all costs if you can.

Food is amazing.. Better than all the other bagel shops.. My wife is a PO so I spend a lot of time in them. Highly recommended.

Food is OK, but very small portions for the price. A $6.00 sandwich is gone in a question of a few bites. Other than that, a nice place. Just needs to offer more bang for the buck.

The food is decent and the preperation is really messy. The bagel and food always falls a part. They are a bit pricy and dont offer any kind of flat bread. The wait time depends on what time of day you go. Early mornings between 7and 9am are best since students are either in class or not too many are on campus yet. They arent really fully staffed so when you do have to wait it takes a very long time with only one person on the register. The space overall is nice but too small.

I dont normally leave bad reviews, but when it takes 40 minutes to get a pepperoni chicken ciabatta you know the customer service is lacking...Someone else waited 45min.

This place is sooooo goood!! Why is it so far from Micklejohn??? I would’ve never seen it had I not had a class in the Science building. It’s a hidden treasure and a delicious treat 😁

Seriously!??? Took 1 whole hour for me to get a plain bagel with cream cheese. Ridiculous! So much wasted time. If you need to be somewhere don’t come here.
