Great customer service! Im getting my winter tires taken off and I have the tires put on, one of the workers accidentally cross threaded lug nut. They took complete responsibility, and fixed it with no charge! Very helpful and friendly, everything was done in a timely manner. I trust their skill more than other stores, and their prices are comparable to bargain stores like Walmart.

I have been trying to get my oil changed for 2 days now. Yesterday the 24th he turned me down when I went in after work @4:30 saying they dont have time. Went in again this morning turned down again...they dont do oil changes on Saturdays. Im practically begging you guys to take my money but I feel like Im not important enough

Sometimes I want to give this place a two star rating, but either way they get the job done but they either dont review that the problem is fixed or it takes them multiple days to complete a simple job. They are always forgetting to confirm that the repair was successful and then i have to take my vehicle back two minutes after driving it.

Tried to charge us over 700 dollars for work done less then a month earlier. took back to first place to make sure. they checked it out and everything was just fine. tire rama tried to charge us for work and parts that was already done

Purchased tires here and they refused to balance them, claimed i needed upper and lower ball joints replaced. literally jus replaced uppers and lowers and tie rod ends. i understand you could tell that something was wrong the way the old tires wore, wouldnt have got new tires if i didnt take care of the problem. went up the road and got em balanced and prolly get em rotated there too.. cheap tires, bad service.

My husband and I were going to Glacier from NE Montana. Our tire on our corvette was bad, no one in Havre had one. Sheldon spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to find a tire between Havre and Glacier. He finally found one (only one) in Cut Bank. He didnt charge us anything. He could have just said, I dont have one and our vacation would have been over. He went above and beyond.
