The Service Department is the BEST! The check engine light came on in our car. We stopped in unannounced to see if they could tell what was wrong. It was an oil pressure sensor and we would need to wait until morning for them to get started,We spent the night and they called at 8:30am to tell us that someone had worked late to finish our car and it was ready! That was great! Between the ride to the motel, great service at the desk, working late to finish the job... everything they did was 100% excellent!

Worst customer service ever. Took them over 2 months to fix my vehicle. Their reason was, the parts were on back order. It shouldnt take two months to get parts. I think it had more to do with it, we dont extend excellent customer service to all people of color and creed.

The dealer we worked with, Kassie, wasnt pushy and didnt try to lead us to a particular vehicle like many other salesmen do. (Weve been to many dealerships that did this!) She was mindful of our budget and the type of vehicle, and year range we had in mind. She was very informative about every vehicle we looked at.

I like all the shinny new things, but I am not a fan of the price I was quoted for repair. I will be searching for a dealer that is willing to deal to get my business and loyalty...Im not sure Tilleman fits the mold.

Truck shut down while driving told it was battery connection. Bout to b sent out by a guy who mumbled and studders in lack of confidence. Right then was first red flag... second I asked him to Check fluids as I had coolant lines replaced month before so why not check that out before u hustle us out the door it’s -19 out in January.. well week later I needed a water pump around 550$ so I asked about thermostat and oh it’s good bout to take it for a test drive and we will have it ready for ya.. call back reveals I have a blown head gasket.. wow can’t believe they didn’t pressure test before I mean it’s coolant I asked to b checked. Thought I’d give em a try.. found it to be more of a pain in the ass by playing the guessing game.. and phone tag was not very fun... tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow... think Monday I’lll go n see why they didn’t look at the ecm or pressure test.. I mean guy gets truck towed in to your shop n u hit the battery terminals with a brush and tell him good to go then jack around for 2 weeks to put in a water pump to find out it was a blown head gasket.. hmm they don’t sound to confident when I asked why and what could have caused the failure..
