I love this place! OMG the bakery goods are delicious!!

My friend and I stopped for a sandwich. Both were delicious and we ate them up even though we usually take half home! The bakery...well, lots of goodies came home with us. All were wonderful! A nice place to stop and Ill be going there again!

I feel like this place deserves a better location then where it is. Its cute and has great food, drinks and staff...but sitting outside, the only thing youre looking at is a strip mall parking lot and hwy. A seriously yummy treat!

So much more than coffee! Stopped for lunch today and was amazed at the size of the menu. So much variety in sandwiches, soups, wraps, paninis and salads.Bakery looked amazing as did the coffee.Dine-in as well as carry out available.All the staff was masked up and the tables were spaced perfectly.Online ordering also available on their website.Ditch the giant chain sandwich shops, Pink Mocha is the home of the best fast sandwich in Lake Country.

This was our 1st time visiting but definitely wont be our last! We had the French Dip by suggestion of our server. My husband tried a Raspberry Lemonade and enjoyed the sour sweet combination. My daughter and I shared a Cotton Candy Watermelon shake! It was surprisingly tasty! We couldnt finish our meals so desert with coffee will have to wait until next time!

The 1st time we went the dining room was emtpy but they still had a 50 minute wait because to go orders were more important. We went somewhere else. The second time we waited behind a small family waiting to order. We waited 15 minutes and they had not ordered yet. We left.The bakery cases were very empty.Dont think a 3rd try is in the future.

Had an issue where my online order didnt get transmitted through properly, so when I arrived, it hadnt been made. While this normally would lead to a bad review or a complaint, I felt I needed to leave a review because of how it was handled. Everyone on the staff was so apologetic and wanted to do whatever they could to make it right, that I wanted to make sure that didnt go unnoticed. The girls were polite, they were professional, and once I did get my food, it was excellent! I will return for sure.

The food looks great. We didnt get any food just a coffee... It took about 10+ minutes to get. It was cold and basically a glass of milk.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. The staff is attentive in the atmosphere is quaint. I had eggs, toast, and bacon with hash browns. I was not disappointed. My wife had the blueberry granola pancakes. Other people in our party had deep fried waffles, pancakes, and a panini. Everything was excellent. Definitely on my list of places to visit again.

My family has spent hundreds of dollars here in the last several months... but that is over. We placed our usual order over the phone for pickup. I picked it up, brought it home, only to discover that it was 100% wrong. No big deal, no one is perfect. So i drive back, bringing back the three drinks. Again: we only ever order the same drinks everytime and the drinks given were not even close. I suppose that I was expecting a, Im sorry! Let me make you up what you ordered. Instead, I got MAJOR attitude from a snotty young woman (blonde, harry potter-esque circular framed glasses) who insisted that we ordered the different drinks... which no one here likes and I brought them back to prove that there was genuinely no interest. I gently pointed this out, and she again stated that she was right, and I was wrong... so old drinks got thrown out and I got to pay for the new drinks.Obviously, we are done.She needs a major attitude correction.

Wonderful Cafe! Had the croissant sandwich with ham.They have a pretty decent menu selection for a cafe. They even have some alcohol options that looked really good. Bloody Marys, mimosas, vodka shakes, old fashions, and a few others. Not a full bar.

Great food and drinks! I gave the shop 3 stars because I have a severe dairy allergy, and they are good about using almond milk when I order in the store. When I order online though, I select the almond milk option, but I have yet to receive almond milk in my drink (and I’ve ordered online more than 15 times, hoping to have a better experience each time). Another reason for 3 stars is the slow service when I order in the store; I have waited up to 40 minutes for a single drink. Overall a great place and very friendly staff, but my ordering experiences haven’t been pleasant. Hope this helps!

Ok.. they were busy, but you could really tell the kids working did not want to be, and they discouraged us, literally, from getting lunch. So we just got two coffees to go. My kiddo loved hers and mine was ok. Probably go back to try em on a slow day.

Food is always great and the service is always friendly! I tried ordering off the website today and was not disappointed! I was able to order and pick up within the 15mins they said my food would be ready. The waffles and bacon were amazing. The iced mocha latte was delicious! Highly recommend. Taylor was a huge help!

My boyfriend and I have come here about three times. Each time we ordered something different - food, treats, and drinks - and they have all been consistently tasty. Our favorite things are the Frappuccinos. The Coffee Toffee, Chocolate Chunk, and Cookies n Cream ones are delicious. I also think that their treats are amazing! I personally love the chocolate chip cookies. They are huge, soft on the inside, very chocolatey, and have crisp corners - my favorite! The staff has always been friendly, and it always feels wholesome and cozy to order food and treats here. We have not eaten in yet due to Covid, but the inside looks very cozy and quaint. We look forward to when we can eat inside eventually!

What a great little cafe! Stopped here after an ice age run with a friend and got a latte, soup and 1/2 sandwich (plus chips included). The food was excellent and the portions were generous. Tomato soup had delicious cheese shavings. Soooo good. The atmosphere and decor is really cute too.Michelle served us. She was so sweet and helpful even though it was busy. She helped us make selections off the large menu. I can see why Ive heard about this place - Ill be back. Oh, and they have a punch card for buy 4 coffees (or coffee drinks) get the 5th free!

Got there, waited 15 minutes in line just to order breakfast for my son and I and they weren’t able to break my $100 dollar bill so they just said “sorry we can’t” and basically just was told we won’t take your money blah blah blah.

Just moved to Hartland and thought wed try this cute looking cafe. We put our food order in and told there would be a half hour wait. After a very long time my friends food was brought out.Mine did not show up. I finally asked if my food was coming. The girl said oh your order was not put in! By the time my food came my friends food was cold. The girl never apologized or said anything to compensate us for this terrible service. Would not recommend or return. Disappointed because their bakery looked awesome!

30 minutes to get one to-go breakfast sandwich is unacceptable. It happened the first time I came and I gave them a second chance. This time was an even longer wait. Can’t recommend.

Ive been there once, coffee was fine and the space was on par for what youd expect from a strip mall coffee shop. Problem is, the owner decided that she gets to choose which safety regulations apply to her business and which ones dont. I will not be patronizing businesses that feel they are exempt from regulations put in place to ensure a safe and sanitary dining experience.

Quite good. But we ordered to go and waited upwards of 20 minutes and my name wasnt called. Upon asking the status of my order the girl went back and came out with my sandwich.

The food is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My first experience was during curbside to go and the chorizo bowl could not have been better. I told several folks at work and we had lunch last week and all of our sandwiches were very good. Today we got breakfast for the family and everyone really liked the food.We will continue to visit.

Finally decided to try Pink Mocha Cafe today after hearing great reviews. We ordered online and it said it would be ready in 120 minutes. That was quite surprising considering it was a Tuesday before 11 am. I tried multiple times to get through to the phone to just confirm the pickup timing and it took many tries to get through. The staff member was kind and said she had entered the wrong time and it would be ready in 80 minutes. We showed up after 80 minutes and they had not even started our food. We ended up waiting another 15 minutes before the food was ready. Thankfully the staff was kind and apologetic. After arriving home to eat, we discovered what all the rave was out. The food was absolutely delicious. The timing confusion for pick up was a bit frustrating but, the food was worth the frustration. Thank you, we will be back to try more food soon!

Love their blueberry wheat pancakes and used to go there regularly with my mom and daughter and sisters. Masks havent been worn by workers, so we all stopped going and wont return. Any place that doesnt value our health, doesnt deserve our business.

Place was jammed with patrons at 11:00 am on a Tuesday in June. Average age around 20, with a majority in their teens. Has a modern vibe going on. Good selection of sandwiches and breakfast items from which to choose. Loads of coffee options also. Prices about average for the area. Cheaper than Starbucks with much friendlier ambiance. Good for meeting up with your friends for a chat. A little cramped for my taste, though. Outdoor seating in the parking lot.

Such a cute cafe! If I owned a cafe, I would want it to be like this! The pink mocha is delicious. It has a touch of raspberry, but not too much to over take the drink. They also have a surprisingly large food menu. It definitely is not just a coffee shop. You get a table number and they bring you everything. I got the biggest parfait I have ever seen, and it was very fresh and delicious. My friend ordered some pancakes and they were huge. Very nice service as well. Highly recommend!

The food and coffee were delicious but it was not a good experience getting it. We arrived about 45 minutes prior to close and while trying to place an order for sandwiches and coffee, we were told “you know we close at 3:00, right?” We got regular coffees which were self-serve so we filled our cups to find it was no longer hot and most of the pots were empty. When asked about it, one of the employees replied with, “I can make another pot I guess”, but then didn’t let us know once it was ready. Not a very good first impression.

I was there for the first time last Saturday. I heard a lot of good things about Pink Mocha. The food was good. The staff not so good. The table was sticky. I had asked to have it rewired. And still wasnt too good. Part of the food had to be reminded that we ordered. I tell you If it were my business I would want more professional people to work there.

I had a hot white chocolate mocha. I didnt think it had much flavor and didnt finish it. My husband had an iced chia latte. He liked his.

Super cute little cafe with good food. Never had any drinks so I cant rate those. My only criticism is that all their muffins are SUPER coated in sugar. Its way too much. They look like they meant to put powdered sugar on top but used granulated sugar on accident.

I’ve been here many times and love the food drinks and atmosphere. But I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I took my husband and our son and his friend for lunch because they had never been there, we arrived around 2:40. I work in the service industry and completely understand how annoying that is. But I also know that costumers who arrived before closing should get serviced fully. We spent over $45 on food and tip and after ordering we settled in with our drinks and was approached and told we’d have to take it to go or go somewhere else because they close at 3. So we took our food to go and ate it on the chairs in the hallway. The food was amazing, I’m sad and disappointed at the service.Ps we were done eating in the hallway by 3:15

So cozy! So yummy! We went around 10am Sunday morning and the place was packed! There isn’t a lot of room but there are about 12? tables to sit and enjoy one of their delicious breakfasts. I ordered a snickerdoodle latte with oat milk which was really lovely. The food portions are huge. Seriously. The sandwiches are enough for 2 people to share. Definitely do the blueberry granola pancakes.There’s a sign at the counter that says it takes a little while for food to come out and to chill. It did take a while so chill, don’t be hangry, and enjoy a little downtime.

Call me cheap, but I asked why my 2 coffees and a muffin was over $ 10 dollars. When they charged me 2 dollars for cream that was it. Never will go back. Tried to support a local company.

The food is great, and the staff is very friendly. The only problem is the service is consistently slow and unorganized. I feel like they would benefit from a general manager with lots of experience in the restaurant industry and a specific training program so all of the staff is on the same page.

Great local cafe and coffeeshop- We eat here at least once a week. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Food is made from scratch, so it may take a minute, but the wait is always worth it. Try the Cinnamon Roll pancakes or the biscuits and gravy!

They have the best breakfast sandwiches and everytime Im there I have to grab a few cinnamon rolls to go bc they are the best after you heat them up a little, its like a taste of heaven!! They are the only cinnamon buns my husband will eat on his cheat days since he typically doesnt eat sweets. People are super nice and everything gets ready pretty quickly. Cutest little place inside too! Oh and just had one of their pistachio cupcakes, unbelievable!! Drinks are a must have also!

Great everything homemade menu and great service. I ordered soup. The only thing I did not like was the multigrain bread bun that came with it--dryish, maybe stale. It tasted better when dipped in my soup.
