I called in to check the status of a certain product and the employee was able to find it for me and he even brought it to the checkout waiting for me to be there because I told him I would be there soon to get it. Super friendly environment great place to get the things you need

Returned an air conditioner a week ago. still havent gotten refunded to my credit card!!

The manager that was there was so rude and didnt do her job, she was arrogant, and super rude. My boyfriend applied for the credit card but did not receive it in the mail yet. The card info wasnt showing up through the computer so they told us we had to call the bank itwas approved through... the bank said they could look it up with his phone number and name. They did nothing but the phone number to try and they couldnt find it because she wouldnt do anything else to look it up. We ended up paying out of pocket so what is the point of getting a credit card if they do nothing for you to be able to use it?

Had a rain check here for 4Health dog food that unluckily I can only get at Tractor Supply. Called the store back in April and he wouldnt put a rain check in initially or nothing so I contacted Corporate and they were able to put it in. Waited over a month for it to be fulfilled. I finally get a VM on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend saying it finally arrived. I called back and the lady I spoke to was giving ultimatums about picking it up right away after me telling her that Im out of town and she didnt know if she could hold it that long. John the manager finally contacted me after a week saying its still there so I went to pick it up. He offered 10% off the order which would have been the end of it. Well go to the store to pick it up, wait at customer service for over 10 minutes with several employees walking by not offering to help until someone finally did. Then I get up to the register, I mention that it was a rain check and that John offered 10% off. She then very rudely asks for the paperwork, never looks at the e-mail and rudely asks if its per can or per total in which either way is the same amount. She calls for John but he isnt available so she finally gives it to me and I finally left after a line formed. If this was a pleasant experience I would have just taken the 10% but after being treated like this, mind you I had other bad experiences that Kevin Callison handled and gave me a $50 gift card. So I contact John about the experience, it takes 2 days for him to respond, apologizes for the experience and only offers another 10% off which is only $7.20 in which I had to come in for in which its out of my way if I dont have an order to pick up and is a waste of gas. I found that to be a slap in the face. So I contacted Corporate again and Christi Martin the Regional Manager contacted me. Explained to her what happened and got the same apology script that John did and never offered any compensation and she hasnt responded to my reply at all hence this review.

Outside of store is dirty and parking isnt plentiful. Inside the store is poorly stocked. I had to go to Home Depot to get what I needed.

Staff are helpful whenever we come here for propane fill.

Their curbside service is horrible. Don’t use it. It doesn’t exist. No one answers the phone when you’re there. My husband had to walk to the back of the store to customer service to get his bag. Farther than to buy the actual product. Will never go there again. They are horrible.

TSC is an agriculture based store that also carries, by catalog or within the store, a number of items that are useful for the hobby farm or general homeowner with some property or a garden to take care of. Their spring vegetable and herb plants at the stores are typically well developed and grow robustly, and the fruit trees, vines, and bush based fruits also seem hearty. Theres a nice selection of nuts, bolts, wheels, implement hardware, metals, and paints that are useful for maintenance and repairs. Country style clothing, work clothing, work footwear, and comfortable, soft t-shirts are sold there that I havent found elsewhere. Twice a year live chicks are sold, and many wild bird products and feeds are also regularly stocked year around. These are things I regularly buy there, but there are many other types of products in addition to agriculture and animal oriented things (such as gun safes) that can be found, and sometimes at excellent prices.

Great place to find things you cant find anywhere else. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Some Saturdays they have Vet Clinics, where you can get shots for your pets a lot cheaper than at the vets office. Check out their website for the details.

Adam was AWESOME!! We were buying a utility trailer but the one that was on the lot, the turn signal didnt work so Adam was quick to get another trailer ready for us and in doing so we were there 30 minutes past their closing time. He answered all of our questions (since this was our first time purchasing a trailer) and we never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this Tractor Supply store and ask for Adam! We will definitely be going back to this store!

Tractor supply has a wide range of products available that you might not think to look there first for. Welding equipment, fireplace accessories.... Definitely check it out for a lark, but then remember where you saw it later!

The staff are very helpful, the location is convenient, you are able to order online and pick up in store. I know they have a weekly vet clinic it’s very busy so be prepared to wait or go very early. Prices can be little higher but it’s all about the convenience for the small things.

People really try to help you, they have all your country, farm, and pet needs. I can get parts for my tractor, dog food, and new clothes and boots. Great supplier of work gear and clothing. Very much worth the drive from the mall, real country stuff. They sell chicken and ducks, everyone needs a pet, they got your cages, gates, and feeders. I love this place.

Was at store at 7:15pm and lights were on and doors were locked with no notice or posting. Tractor supply website says they are staying open with regular hours. Tried calling to no avail.

I used to love this store location but that changed as I went to purchase a Ohio steel lawn cart. The assistant manager was uninformed, arrogant and quite dismissive. The manager was supposed to contact me 3-5 days ago and I found out he is on vacation this week...... little do I say that their service is not the best and Ill have to start doing my shopping at other locations.On a good note the cart was cheaper than displayed and everyone should know the assembly fee is only required if you ask for one thats put together and they have unassembled ones in the back (due to space this location generally does not have them unassembled.

A good local store that usually has anything I need when I go in. Never crazy busy and the help is always friendly if I need any. I wouldnt hesitate to go back over and over for whatever I might need next time.

The store was okGot a belt for a mower. The package was the size I wanted but the belt was wrong. No problem. Went in to exchange it, the person at the register had no clue how to do the return. Said he couldnt do it and it wouldnt work. Gave me the belt back. I went to the guy at the other register. He wanted to give me a gift card. I had the receipt in hand finally after all the hassle the manager took care of itNot the best experience.

Its great to have a small store that gets to know its customers. Mostly I just tagged along with my husband when he is buying supplies for his animals, but I can tell he had a good relationship with the employees. Whenever I stop by to pick something up for him, the employees help me find it and never seem rushed.We usually get our chicks here and they are healthy, with a near-zero mortality rate.The clothing is good quality and a good price, mostly strong fabric that will take a beating and washes easily.

Sometimes they have things that lowes and home depot dont have, but because of the recent uprise in country being in, sometimes you end up paying 24 dollars for a two foot sheet of 24g steel. Prices suck, but they also sometimes have dogs. 3/5 stars because Ill end up getting frustrated and going back.

I recently purshased a Gas Buddy propane heater. The employee that helped me knew NOTHING about propane heaters but we stumbled nthrough it and I made the purchase. I also bought a hose and propane tank that I had filled. I get home and realize there is no regulator. I go back a few days later to purchase a regulator. I ask for some competent assistance and I am told Bill will help me. After standing at the propane heaters for a reasonable amount of time I ask the cashier again for some help. This time she tells me that Bill is unloading a truck and cant help me. What a wasted trip. I would have purchased the regulator the first time had I known I needed it. Im considering returning my entire purchase and buying everything somewhere else, even if it cost more. This store needs some talented help and someone to play manager on Sunday and Wednesdays. What a waste of my time. No stars here.
