One of the best places to buy a lawn mower & parts for mowers

😡drove 45 mi. pulling a trailer to buy a lawn mower the website said they had, guess what, no mower in stock bought one at rural king, you lost that $1200.00 sale tractor supply

TSC has your needs at hand. I have had zero issues anytime Ive shopped. Ive called ahead and had what I needed there at desk waiting. The employees are knowledgeable and very polite. Greet you with a smile and check up on you to see if they can help. Ive ordered parts and receive them when they say. Wont shop anyone else.

Bought a dewalt 60 gal at Harrisburg Ill tsc. Junk. Good thing joey the manager gladly swapped me for and ingersoll. Works flawlessly....treated like royalty.

Best place for farming supplies in Southern Illinois . Good feed and fencing selection with bulk options. Prices are reasonable. Great selection of animal medication. Staff is friendly. Clean facility.

Ive never seen a company tell people not once not twice but 3 times that they cant help us because 1st time we close in 15 min as we walked in the door to get one pipe for our sink... 2nd time that they cant order what we need to fix our mower that we bought from there because its the guys last day and he didnt wanna mess with it.. then a 3rd time because his shift ends in 5 min so he cant order the part we need either to just come in AGAIN tomorrow when we also work full time jobs. Customer service needs to be taught to the employees. After spending thousands of dollars on a mower and other things you would think they would appreciate having a job a little more than they act.

Friendly, and stocked but no one available in the isles for help. Employees need to be in uniform for easy identification. Pricing way too high on branded items, no aftermarket offerings with comparable quality. Tax rate in this state is way too high.

Good place to get batteries and and farm supplies.

Anyone else have problems getting over priced. Just went in again today buy a bag of dog food marked 22.99 got charged 23.99 cashier said o they just aint change the tags back there, that is what Ive been told the last 3 times Ive been in there. And then to top it off a nice older lady asked the cashier if she could get 2 bags of sweet feed. Cashier says its back there lady says we need help my husband only has 1 arm. Cashier says well we just had a truck come in only have 1 man here, and he is with the truck. I told the lady I would go get it for them .they were nice. SORRY BUSINESS

Bad ! Bad! Bad! I purchased a 1600.00 riding lawn mower, cub cadet, only used it three times and started having troubles with it, I brought it back to the store and complained stating i wanted it fixed or replaced I had to take it elsewhere, (was a 101 mile round trip) they called the police on me because i was complaining(which i was leaving anyways, the police officers were very nice) I will never go to this store again, I bought it there, they should have dealt with it there, I hope they go out of business, no wonder the workers only make 9 dollars an hour, they are only worth 6 if you ask me.
