The manager Mel here was so awesome and helpful!I literally called her to ask if I came up by 5:45 even though they close at 6, would she be willing to help me out to change my battery because mine died and she didn’t have a problem at all. I am from Massachusetts and my battery was weak on my motorcycle I went to grab a battery from here and after installing it in the parking lot I had no power.The tech Collin stayed with me after closing to help. Mel and the staff out there at the Battery Warehouse are the most professional and knowledgeable people you will ever meet, TOP SHELF PEOPLE that REALLY do care!!....I had a problem that was plaguing my truck battery that was driving me crazy with it always being drained dead when I went to start it in the morning, I was SOOO worried I was gonna have to go to a service garage and spend a lot of money having them chase the problem, but a friend of mine recommended that if I have any battery related issues with my truck I should go see Mel and the people over at The Battery Warehouse first before I go anywhere, Im REALLY glad I did, they helped me out with some solutions (which WORKED) and fully charged my battery for me! Earlier today I went out to warm up my car and it would not start. Its and old 1998 Mazda with just over 118,000 miles. I noticed signs that the battery might be near the end of its life and planned to get it checked but I did not drive the car for the past week. So I was not surprised when it did not start today. When I checked my auto repair/service records I realized the last time my cars batter was changed was in November of 2011. Woo!!!! That battery was installed 8 years and 1 month ago at Battery Warehouse. Talk about getting your moneys worth! And when I called to get a price quote, the price has only increased by $5 in 8 years. Perfect!!! Then I found a $5 off coupon on their website. That is even more perfect.

Amazing customer service experience. My battery died in a parking lot down the road. I called 5 different places and only Battery Warehouse had my car battery in stock, and it was 2/3 the price it would have cost at other places. I walked there and they offered to drive me back and install it for me at no extra charge!Only place that had the product I needed and at a better price than anywhere else and they did a huge favor for me. Great place and I will be going back for all my battery needs.

I needed a battery for an older cell phone - 2 guys sitting in an empty store sold me the wrong one- and refused to install it- yet they install batteries in expensive cars.... Geek Squad was helpful- oh- and they do not accept a credit card receipt- only the archaic paper slips they provide.....I am Disabled and they Ripped Me Off———AVOID

Ended up calling battery warehouse to check a battery for me because my company vehicle was having a tough time starting. This was after Goodyear on jonestown road turned me away after learning the car was a hybrid. They stated that they didnt have the manpower or equipment to check my battery. I then asked what place they recommended and they replied with the Honda dealership. So I called up battery warehouse and a lady named Mel answered the phone. She was very helpful and said to bring the car down and that she would be able to diagnose if my battery needed replaced or not. So I went down,she tested it, and it ended up needing replaced. She through a new battery in for me and took my old one and gave me a great deal on a new battery plus installation. So if anyone needs a battery checked or replaced and or just has questions dont hesitate to call or stop in. Thanks again Mel for all the help and hard work.

You can get a factory 2nd battery or a battery warehouse brand battery for less than youd pay at auto zone or advance auto. Chris is pretty fun to work with. They sell watch and cellphone batteries.

The guy on-site sorry didnt get his name was pleasant and didnt mind answering my questions. They have a a large assortment at various price points to fit your needs. I chise an interstate since I dont live nearby, vwry far away Ga. and he explained intwrsttes wrranty is good nationwide at Any interstate retailers. SOLD. Think if them as a local Batteries Plus which by the way is in town But closed temporarily.

Bought a battery for my motorcycle and about 6 months later bought one for my vehicle both less than 2 years ago. Neither will start my vehicle or bike. When I put them on the charger the motorcycle battery shows as being defective.
