Blew a tire in my stinger and these guys were the only ones in the area to help me with decent tires in stock. The manager, assistant manager, and the tire tech were very professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond by staying after closing to finish my vehicle to get me back home to the Scranton area. Would recommend.

Michael was wonderful. He fit me in while I waited , I did not have an appointment. He kept me updated on things, and gave me piece of mind. I know I did not have a major or costly problem but I now have piece of mind that when my boys head on a round trip to Michigan this weekend, the tires are good. Thank you Michael.

I just stopped in on a whim because I was trying to do some of my own AC work and was unsure of some things. My family and I have been going to NTB for a few months now. Every experience there has been top notch! They treat you like you’re family. They genuinely want your business, and they want you to return to them. Buddy is such a great asset to this establishment. He’s friendly, kind, and so honest. My sister had a terrible experience with a Ford recall for her car. I gave her my car, but it needed serviced before she assumed ownership. Buddy and his team took great care of us and ensured that the car was safe for her to take. I can’t say enough about Buddy and his team. Thank you for all you do!

Took my car in for an oil change and a state inspection. My car passed inspection, but they told me I would need new break pads since mine were worn down. This seemed wrong to me so I took it to a different shop. That shop pulled out my break pads and showed them to me. They were all even and all measured 7. They were perfectly fine. Don’t go to ntb unless you wanna be ripped off. I won’t be going back ever again. Really shows how a male dominated work place like this one takes advantage of less knowledgeable women.

Great team at this location! I purchased a used car and had a tire light on the dash. Even though they were busy on a Saturday, they went out of their way to diagnose the issue without an appt. In addition, Buddy and Marc did a visual inspection at my request which revealed several problems with the car. I appreciate their honesty and the time they invested with a new customer. After my several interactions, I would recommend them for all your service needs.

Besides having to wait 3 hours when I was told 1½-2 hours would be my wait time AND the staff bickering back and forth using inappropriate language in the lobby in front of multiple customers, AND the the negative/hostile attitudes i witnessed from every employee i laid eyes on....Besides that, they managed to save me over $100 and I took that money and put it towards fixing another issue that I was putting off...Service was amazing on my car. But those boys need to work on their manners is all im saying...

Got a nail in my tire and came back for warranty work not knowing they replaced pretty much the entire staff. What a great change! They expedited my tire being replaced and got me back to work as soon as possible. I was so happy I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. At the appointment they found 2 additional tires with nails and took care of it speedily with no issue. They informed me about work that needed done but were not overly pushy and rude like some shops can be (huge turn off by the way). Will be coming back for further work thanks to Buddy and Marc making great experiences.

NTB Johnstown Road helped my sister a couple of years ago during her visit from Ohio. When one of my tires got a nail in it I knew who to go to. Kyle worked me in their schedule even when my nail in the tire went from a possible plug to having to replace the tire. NTB is now my go to place.

Made an appointment a week ago for 9 oclock Went in for my appointment ,They ask me if I was droppingmy car off ? Said it would be 2 and a 1/2 hour wait because they had 4 people scheduled at 9 and only 3 employees do you the work. So please rethink when you want to use NTB!!!!!Not a big fan and I will tell everyone that I can not to use them ..... Update 07/30 so the company personally call me and went above and beyond to make things right !!!!

They were friendly. I had an appointment for a state inspection. They were short staffed and told me it would be a while. Despite me getting irritated they were apologetic and friendly. In the end I was only there an hour after my appointment, not too bad.

Buddy was the best. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Appointment was on time and I was in and out. Fair price with no surprises. Best NTB in the area for sure. 100% will return.

2hrs for an oil change is absurd no matter how busy it is. Then come to find out that apparently theres only one person who is doing the work in the shop. I understand theres inspections and tire rotations, but I could have done all that in less than 30min in my driveway with a jack. I hope you hire some more technicians, or at least give the guy some help with simple things like oil changes and tire rotations.

Buddy and marc and there was one other guy cant remember his name but were more then accommodating and my Durango was a nightmare with the tires but they helped us out got job done ans sat down and explained it all and even gave us a great deal on upcoming work we will need very personable and friendly definitely coming back for my alignment amd more.tires . they were awesome need tire work come to this one and ask for buddy or marc

Show up at 11:45 for a Noon appointment to be told they can’t do it until 1:30. Like I don’t have a life and can just sit around. And when they had changed my tires they didn’t balance it right.

Stay away from this place. Bunch of crooks, they will overcharge you and act like they didnt know what was going on. The manager is a liar, he likes to act nice and friendly but wehn there is a problem the guy hides and wont pick up his phone. Dont trust this place.

Great Place. Service was spot on, they were short handed. Apologized numerous times. Didnt try and sell me stuff I didnt need. Went in for oil change and flat tirer which was able to be plugged.

My car was serviced for two tires to be installed and PA State inspection. When I received the invoice it had services that were not authorized. When I called in to get it fixed Matt was very pleasant and fixed it right away! This is why my husband and I have continued to go to National Tire and Battery in Harrisburg for over 20 years. Their customer service has ALWAYS been top notch!

Utter disappointment. Took my vehicle in for full break/rotor replacement only to have my break light come on three days later for low break fluid, the technician failed to properly bleed my rear driver break line, I had to have it towed back into the garage. Then someone had covid, so the facility was shut down for cleaning, with my vehicle trapped there...I called corporate and the local DM told me to go rent a vehicle, enterprise is the recommended local company. Im a single mother of three kids, so I was stranded for an entire week without a vehicle, I requested a phone call back from the DM, and no contact was made. Do not, I repeat do not take your vehicle here for service as they clearly will just leave you stranded when theyre staff winds up positive.I truly hope that individual made a speedy recovery, I am not upset that they followed protocol, Im livid that they decided to leave it on my resources to resolve what is very much their problem as my vehicle shouldnt have been there to begin with for a second time. Also, Nelson...you were truly wonderful, thankful for your patience with me and keeping me as informed as possible. Herbert, the gentleman that called me via corporate to notify me of the positive situation, also thank you. The district manager, this falls on your lap, and I am still dissatisfied and disappointed that Im left here with a couple hundred in uber/lyft fees, and had to reschedule my covid vaccination appointment, which in our state are rare right now.**As of 3/25/2021 the new GM has reached out on how we can resolve my nightmare, stay tuned for a follow up once weve found solid resolution.Those that have also had issues recently (legit like the last several years), I urge you to give them a second shot as new management has been ushered in; although I still have my issues to be solved, Im very delighted with todays phone call and the options discussed.

The service was fine, however, they used the account of someone from Florida who happens to share the same name as myself. When I called to alert them to the error, they said that there is nothing they can do and to not worry about it. What if something went wrong and the company could come back and say that I was never there. They should be verifying customer information.

I recently purchased 4 snow tires right before the snow storm. Buy 3 get 1 free.I was in and out in about an hour or so even when they were full.This is my second time getting snow tires from them and for $375 you cant beat that.

I made a appointment online on Wednesday for a Thursday at 5pm. Got there apparently one of my 4 tires disappeared so they were unable to do it. They told me they would take $100 off the bill and have my tires on Friday to be installed. So Friday morning I called and they didnt have them yet. That was around 8am. I called again at 1130am still no tires. They told they would call me when they were in. I didnt call back the rest of the day and 7pm rolled around which is closing time. This was store on Jonestown road, Harrisburg. I took my business to CJ s tire. By the way I never got a single call from them. I will never do business with your store ever again. Very poor organization and business ethics.

Had a slow air leak in back tire so i bought 4 new tires, next day i notice air pressure senser was on so i checked tires and all my tires was losing air so i took car back to fix issue, now my tpms sensor is on and i didnt have a problem with it until i got new tires, took it back again for them to fix and they want to charge me for a new tpms sensor, how is that good business

Made appointment for 2 tires to buy and get installed. 2 hours past my appointment time they pulled it into garage, then another hour before they touched it. Took 30 minutes to put tires on. Good tire prices, lousy service.

Was able to schedule my appointment online and get the final price with taxes included. All that I have to do is show up.

Tom and Liz really understand what great customer service is. Every time I go there whether I am spending $25 for an oil change or $500 for brakes they treat me exactly the same...like they appreciate my business. I will continue to go there for my car needs.

Liz and the team were awesome. I was stranded in Harrisburg 200 miles from home with a donut. They were able to get a 22 tire delivered to their shop and installed in a total of 3 hours same day on a Friday! Everyone else couldnt get a new tire until Monday. Awesome service!

Horrible service.. I booked my appointment online asking for a $50 oil change and used a $20 off promo code. When I went to check in they asked me for all the services I needed even though I put it online and they charged me $80!! And wouldn’t let me use the promo code. They ripped me off because I also went to get my tire patch and they were confused as to why I didn’t want to change that for a $700 bill of replacing all 4 tires.

This is a great NTB location. They offer the best service out of any of the quick-lube and tire locations in all of Harrisburg. If you need a state inspection their techs do the best around. The customer service personnel are friendly and considerate. You can always expect a good and fair deal. Liz(store manager) runs her business as if her customers were family.

I had a 11 oclock appointment to have the two front tires I bought from them last saturday mounted and balanced on Friday I was their at 10:30 and my truck never was taken in the garage until 11:45 and they did not get finished with it until about 1:30.They did not charge me for this but i noticed that both of my front Alcoa wheels on my 3500 Ram dually where gouged the person had to know something was hitting the wheel.I am suppose to get a phone call from there wheel restore person to come to my house and fix my wheels.I just talked to the wheel restore guy and was told they can not come to my house to fix my wheels and they would have to be sent out to be remanufactured.I drive my truck daily so that is not a option.

I was traveling through Harrisburg and got a flat. I called the store in Harrisburg and the woman said to bring it right over. They got me in and out in less than an hour. I appreciate the fast service.

This place is great. They always let me bring in my well-behaved pet dog. Once, they recommended changing the cabin filter in my car. I told them that I had a new one in my trunk that I hadnt gotten around to installing. They took it out of my trunk and installed at NO CHARGE. I feel this a good honest place to get my car serviced and I trust their service recommendations.

They were very accommodating and squeezed me in on a busy day. Staff was super friendly.Across from the mall which makes any wait much better. Play your cards right and you can catch a movie at the mall or have dinner/lunch at red lobster or longhorn while you wait.

I never knew this place existed, I needed to have a simple tire repair and went to 2 other shops that were too busy to help me. The manager Liz said we can help you if you could give us an hour. I was very thankful and was out of there in no time. The shop is very clean and inviting!

Nope. Been here more than 2 1/2 hours just to get 4 new tires, balanced and put back on. Thats it, nothing extra. I know Im just a girl but, I do know a thing or two about vehicles and it DOES NOT take this long. No one has spoken to me, informed me of anything or even apologized. More than a half an hour ago I was told they were balancing the last tire and would put them on. I think someone lied to me.

Had an apt. and they said they were running behind which seemed to be the case because the employee kept talking to this woman rather than doing the work on her car! This happened now for the second time coming here! I will go elsewhere when they didnt seem to care about me and employees were ignorant!Found a better place with a cheaper price at a different business that took me in shortly after my apt. time and hardly had to wait long. Love the new place and will never go to NTB again!!!

I called to schedule an appointment, and there was some oversight on getting the appointment in the books. Nonetheless, they were able to get me into the shop in a very timely manner. I was up rolling in a little more than an hour - oil change and tire rotation. Nice job guys!

This store is the best. I love the waiting room and the coffee is awesome. On that last Snowy day, Monday, I ended up with my front end smacked into a curb and bent the tire rods and control arm. Carlos, from The Reading store, along with Matt, got my car in and out with in 2 hours. Awesomeness!!!!

On Thursday, April 25, 2019, I took my car in for 4 new tires and a standard oil change at the Colonial Park, Jonestown Road location . I was waited on by a gentlemen named Dustin Zimplemen. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what is was doing. He was also very patient with me when I asked him alot of questions about the tires and oil change. He did a great job and took good care of my car. I would recommend using this facility and asking for Dustin to service you.

Every single time I have had to bring my car in for service, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They always do it in a super timely manner and do it right the first time.

I have never dealt with such rude and disrespectful customer service. My car was able to drive in but not drive out. When I spoke to the service manager Chris he did not not mention that I was not able to drive my car out. Then when I went to start my car the tech were looking at me laughing like it was funny. I had to go back in there and ask them why my car would not start. I honestly would not be made if they are told what was going on on the phone and not laughing while I was starting my car that was rude and uncalled for. I was never rude or disrespectful to any of them. Because they had to cut the belt to get it started they still thought it was funny cause we could barely turn the wheel to get out the parking lot. NEVER again will we go there!!!

Not realizing I know a thing or two about cars... I have never experienced this here.. Plus they have a great deal on alignments

I believe that this place is overpriced and that the service is not honest. I went there for an inspection and they tried to convince me that I needed new rotors when my brakes were good enough that they passed inspection with flying colors. Now I dont know much about cars mind you, But I will say this, how can your rotors be in need of repair if your brakes are good? I dont recommend this place at all.

Had a nail in tire at 645 found in car and leaking air fast. Stopped because everywhere else was closed and I did not have an appointment. They closed at 8 pm but Tire tech was willing to stay and put plug in tire when other places told me to put the spare on and make an appointment in a few days when they had an opening.

Went for an oil change I was in and out even though they were very busy they got it done pretty fast. Very honest and upfront.This will be my go to spot for maintenance for my car.
