I stopped in at this location and met Steph , she said that was not her normal store. But she was here for a couple days.She did a great job finding a mattress that fit my budget and has the support i need.

I stopped in beginning our search for a new mattress, the store upon walking in had the fresh scent and appeared very clean. The salesperson greeted us and explained how we were going to begin by scanning us on a device called bedmarch or bedmatch. We wanted to stay with what we initially set out to try, we played on two Stearns and foster beds we tried the Sealy hybrid kelbur and silver but really liked the Tempurpedic lux adapt soft with the adjustable base. Gia our sales person seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about everything wed looked at. We decided on a dual California king Tempurpedic ProAdapt medium hybrid on dual adjustable bases. We were surprised at how quickly they were able to setup delivery. Thanks again Ms. Gia for do such an amazing job making our search so quick and easy.

Doug helped my Dad find the best bed. He had my Dad take the best mattress test. Doug was so patient, kind, and thoughtful!!! I have been to other Mattress Warehouses in Mechanicsburg but after the incredible service and patience Doug showed, we will only purchase a mattress from Doug. He did not have a pushy bone in his body!!! What an incredible and knowledgeable young man!!! He definitely put the customer first!!! We will return to Doug for any future mattress purchases.

Been through a heck of a time this past month getting a mattress. Came this mattress warehouse and was immediately greeted by Gia who talked to me a little then set me up with the bed match and began our search for a mattress. She didn’t pressure me at all and made sure I found the right one. When I told her my price range she went above and beyond to make sure I got what fits my body style and for an AMAZING price with 100 days interest free. I will recommend this over and over it I could.

My husband went there a few weeks ago and was interested in a bed. I went there with him and we were able to speak to the same sales professional. Him and the woman behind the desk were both very helpful. He answered my questions amd didnt try to push anything on us. We did the sleep test and then decided between the beds it recommended. We got the box spring for free also which cool!

First we were greeted Douglas and he had us run diagnostics on the bed match test beds. Then he let us sample a few different beds ranging from basic to luxury. We ended up getting one out of the premium class beds. We were extremely happy with the service from Doug.

The bed match is great I never felt so comfortable on a bed yet.

We recently purchased a mattress and adjustable bed from Gia, as soon as we walked in the doors the greeted us and told us about the financing options and the bed matching system that got us started. We never thought a computer could pick the right bed for us. We didn’t have much money to work with and got approved for a no credit check financing. We ended up getting a queen mattress that was about 70% off and a close out floor model adjustable box spring base, we need delivery next day, Gia set things up with a really nice guy name Douglas, he came out and set everything up and like Gia really new what he was doing. We’ve shopped 4 different mattress places and no one came close to the knowledge and service of Gia and Douglas at Mattress warehouses on Paxton Street.

So, my boyfriend and I came in not even sure if we would be leaving with anything, more so seeing what was out there. We were greeted immediately by the lovely Gia! She was energetic, bubbly and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever been apart of! Gia turned what could have easily been a long and tedious process (with the financing approval, then the “Bed Match” , then physically searching for a bed that fits before finally placing an order) into something fun, enjoyable, and honestly all around pleasant! We were approved for $2200, but Gia helped us find something well below that range to keep us on our well thought out budget. Thank you mattress warehouse and thank you Gia!!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with Gia and Doug from the Mattress Warehouse store located in the Scottsdale Plaza at 3350 Paxton Street, A, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As a result of a family member’s recent medical issue, I was in dire need of a mattress, box spring and frame on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve 2017. Gia provided exactly what I needed expediently and at a great price. Her helpfulness and knowledge of the store’s products were excellent! Unfortunately, the mattress I was interested in was not in stock. Although she stated it could easily be shipped in just a few days, she understood the immediate need for the bed and went above and beyond by providing a higher quality mattress for just as good a price. She was also able to provide a lower profile box spring so that the bed would be at a standard height which was a necessity for the patient. Their support after the sale was also praiseworthy. I had some difficulties assembling the bed frame and once again, Gia rose to the occasion. She could have easily referred me to the confusing online instructions but instead allowed for the frame to be returned in exchange for one that met our needs more efficiently. I highly recommend Gia and Doug to anyone who’s looking for a new bed or mattress!
