Johnny G bailed me out when a home store failed to deliver. I kept apprised of the status of my delivery right up the half hour before the knock on the door. When anybody mentions purchasing new bedding I will steer them away from the home store and suggest they go to Mattress Firm in Harrisburg.

It has been a long time since we bought a bed and this is a lot of money. The whole experience has been great. The salesman asked a ton of questions to understand our needs and then showed us quite a few options - even ones he said would not work for us but he wanted us to compare. We got a great price on everything we needed. The delivery was scheduled and the team arrived on time, took great care to keep our house clean while bringing in the stand / bed. Not sure how this could have gone any better!

My 88 year old father needed a new bed. Since the Coronavirus stopped everything, we finally were able to go to Mattress Firm today. My oldest son had purchased his new bed and frame here. My father wanted the same or near same type bed. We were greeted by Dominic immediately and told him what we were looking for. My father tried out many mattresses and found last years’ model, on sale, as the queen size bed he wanted. Dominic helped assist my father throughout the process and the bundle deal we were offered was too good to not accept. It was a wonderful experience and Dominic was very knowledgeable of all the types of beds available. Delivery will be next week and my father can’t wait! Nice inventory and great experience!

Unsure if they were open or not, we headed over late Friday evening looking for 2 twin mattresses for our bunk bed. They are open and ready to help in a safe and responsible way! They have hand sanitizer and also some disposable masks available right at the entrance. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out in a matter of minutes.

The man who helped me out was kinda unprofessional. He was goofy and not in a goof way. The process was really rushed. And I wasnt a fan. Im just happy I found a mattress. The customer service could be improved. Especially with the guy in the black suit who works there vaping at his desk during a pandemic.

This is our second purchase from this company. We purchased a Kingsdown in 2007 when it was Sleepy’s.Pandemic Review: First, We felt completely safe during COVID19. Masks, hand sanitizer, and such at the door. I also used the restroom and proper signage was present to wash your hands.Building Review: Store and restroom were clean and organized. Store needs to repaint the walls from when Sleepy’s occupied the building for a fresh look.Review of our visit with salesman: Our first few steps into the showroom we were immediately greeted by Jerry welcoming us to the store. He was completely attentive to our mattress needs, answered questions quick & honestly, and was so very helpful! Very glad we chose to return for our purchase! Jerry identified & demonstrated all the various mattresses and adjustable bases the store carried. We were also shown and given demonstrations about the mattress protector which we also purchased. Our delivery is scheduled for Monday Jan 4, 2021, and we’re very excited to start the new year with a new mattress! The best part is we have 30 days to decide if we like it with the option to return it and purchase the other set we were interested in. We’ll be back to buy those soft sheets and possibly two king pillows by Purple. Thanks Jerry! We’ll send our friends your way too!

What a great experience! We had stopped by Mattress Warehouse just minutes before and had a terrible experience so we walked into Mattress Firm with little expectations. Chris and Jerry totally changed our attitudes and lifted our spirits about buying a mattress! It’s a huge purchase and they encouraged us to try all types of mattresses, bases, etc. and I didn’t once feel pressured to buy! The deals were great and they worked with us to make sure we could have the bed delivered around our schedule! They were friendly, funny and personable! What a great experience! This a is a great place to buy mattresses. I bought a king in Dec 2018. I was so impressed with their service and overall business that I bought a queen again a few days back. They always have a mattress which suits my budget. Person who sits on the counter is very courteous. I live in camp hill but I went all the way to buy queen from here because of my first experience. Bought 2 Queen Size Beds 7 months ago & then 1 King Bed 1 month later for New Home in SC after moving here from PA. Mattresses are very comfortable, good value, salesman was very accommodating considering we picked them in Harrisburg, PA & ordered them over the phone w/ Hilton Head/Bluffton store. Delivery guys were prompt & polite.

I went in on Sunday 9/10/2017, after having a bad experience at Bobs discount furniture. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the very friendly rep, which I think was the store manager. He was very knowledgeable about the product and made my shopping experience awesome. The only thing I was a little confused about was the no credit financing. After a few calls to the Leasing company, I got everything squared away. This was not the reps fault, however I would definitely recommend that the reps here know a little more about what this option really is and break down in more detail how it works before committing a customer. I would definitely do business here again, and will also recommend to anyone looking for a bed.
