What an amazing place! I wouldnt drive anywhere else. We live 45 minutes away and bypass the mattress stores in our town to include the same store chain because of the people that work at this location. They were all fantastic, especially Will. He helped us from start to finish. I ordered 7 mattresses to furnish our new house and couldnt be happier. They arrived when scheduled and the company that delivered was efficient in setting them up to include a smart base. It seems like a hole in the wall but I promise you will be taken care of and any issues that arise will be resolved swiftly. Most other stores over promise and under deliver. I was going for a less expensive bed and they were happy selling me that and suggested me just seeing how the bed would work ( was getting adjustable frame) they explained it would feel different cause it was a much more expensive mattress on it but i could see how it worked . I fell in love and ended up buying what i was lying on. Absolutely no pressure. Had to wait till my house settlement and they did that too! We bought our mattress from Mattress Warehouse about 2 months ago; Will is very knowledgeable and helped us to figure out what kind of mattress would be right for us (thank goodness for his help, as mattress shopping is quite overwhelming with all the brands!). We then slept on the mattress for a while and I began to notice back pain after sleeping, which I never had before. Jordan did a wonderful job finding the perfect middle ground for me. I usually have neck pain and like to sit on my bed to do work, but I wasn’t sure how to ask for what I needed. He immediately knew I needed a different pillow for my neck and a mattress that’s cushiony but not springy so I’m comfortable sitting and don’t jump around when tossing and turning at night. 10/10 recommend!

Bought a bed a few months ago. Was one that was recommended by sleep match. We absolutely love it. Could not be happier. Was also on sale (1/2 off displayed regular price) and extremely happy with the price. Just went back to get a pillow we had tried when buying the bed. Had checked this pillow online at different websites and they lowered price to match the lowest price i saw. Service was excellent both times we were there.

I don’t typically write reviews but I decided to because of my experience, and this is well deserved. Wife and I are upgrading to a king size bed. We’ve been looking online and decided to stop here to check out one of the mattresses before we purchased. Keith was the gentleman that assisted us and I am grateful he did. We went through this “scientific assessment” that took data from us lying on a mattress, and produced a list of matches. We then tested out several mattresses which included the one we went to check out. I had no idea the amount of science their is behind the design of these mattresses. We ended up spending more money then we planned on going into it, but it is definitely worth it, and my wife is very happy with the choice, bonus. Thank you for the help.

PERFECTION! 1. I was so impressed with the Covid protocols in place. They advertised it on their website clearly and I had no questions. I was able to meet with Doug after hours with no other customers, in a very clean store that he cleaned in front of me. He even gave my daughter a disposable sheet to use to try out the beds. 2. Doug was so so nice and helpful, and very respectful, and did not pressure us at all. He was very patient with us. 3. The delivery was flawless and the gentlemen were very nice and personable. Now my daughter has a fantastic bed that we are all happy with. We won’t go anywhere else in the future.

Came in looking for one type of bed but after starting with the bed magic machine that analyzes your sleep position and proper support needs, turns out what I needed and what I though I wanted were not the same. I went to mattress warehouse after having a horrible experience with a manipulative salesman at mattress firm. It was so relieving to have Karen help my partner and I find a comfortable mattress, not pushing a sale. As a young couple just starting out, we just wanted the best we could afford. She did an amazing job showing us our best matches for our body types, explaining the difference between the different kinds of beds, and ultimately helping us find the best one that fit our budget.
