I was just browsing and did not buy anything.I did have a staff member assist me in looking for an item.He was helpful and friendly.

Definitely worth going if you need any tools. I always check here to see if thy have what I need before going anywhere else. And they have a really good warranty on all their tools.

This place is fantastic for low priced tools and equipment. Lets face it youre not buying American made goods or quality but instead you get a lot of tools for your money. My partner loves them because they have a warranty that they stand behind and its been great for our needs every time.

The prices are incredible and the items are great for what they cost. I bought my brother the Apache gun cases for half of what they wanted at the gun shop.

Its good for what it is. If you want cheap/inexpensive tools to do a one time job, or something you might only use them for a couple times, the tools are worth buying. I wouldnt buy this stuff if I needed it to make a living with it.

I shop alot at the harbor freight in York. This is only my second time going to this location! I went in and purchased a code scanner, I got the entire speech about if I return it I will be charged r a restocking fee. No problem!I get home and open it up to find out it was already opened, screen scratched! I call in amd tell them, I was basically told if it works there is nothing they can do for me.... My question is if someone paid a restocking fee and for this then why was it stuck right back in the cage?The best part I went back a week or two later, the scanner is now $30 cheaper and apparently you can use a 10% off coupon on them!Scanner works well over all but if I wanted something used I would have went on fb market place and saved $100

Jamie, the battery supervisor was very polite and helpfull, I found what I wanted at a reasonable price, I highly recommend it.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible, first I get sent a winch instead of a compressor I ordered which I sent back and they were supposed to send the compressor but they have not done that either, I would not order anything from their website because they either send you the wrong thing or keep your money without sending anything, avoid this place at all costs because they will scam you if you choose the online route

They have a $700 Welder on sale but as it turned out...... this store had None in stock, & even if they did, they Dont sell any of the gas to be able to use it & had no idea where any could be purchased Anyway so, there was No Way I Would have been able to use it even if they had one available. How dumb is that?!!

To begin with, I never leave reviews but this time around I have to. I visited this store Yesterday and bought a $139 ladder. Afterwards I went to Home Depot and found a similar ladder, better brand and for $75.00. I returned the one I freight harbor not knowing at that moment that my 4 year old son had put my Iphone CR inside the ladder wrapper. After we get home I started looking for my Iphone when my son tells me that he put it in the wrapper. I immediately called the store and Diego picks up the phone and I explain what had happened. He went to check the ladder and comes back to the phone and tells me “Yes sir, I have the phone on my hand what would you like to do?”. I responded “the store is about to close in the next few minutes, I can pick it up Tomorrow Morning”. Diego responded “I will put a note on the phone and leave it in the front for you”. I asked for his name and he hesitated for a second and said “Dier”. I should have picked up on that immediately but I didnt. I get to the store at 8:00 AM sharp to ask for the Iphone and immediately came accross the store Manager who gave me no opportunity to explain what had happend. I explained it to him anyways and he told me that Diego is running 10 minutes late. I waited for 32 minutes for Diego to show up. I asked him where the phone was and all he kept saying was that he doesnt understand why he told me that he had the phone that “maybe I was confused”. He was shaking and could not stop studering. I looked at the manager in hopes that he would see his behavior and all the manager kept saying was “we dont have your phone”. I immediately called the police and filed a police report. LISTEN UP PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS.

I absolutely LOVE harbor freight...but oddly enough they do not carry electric nailers/staplers...they had one that was 20...but it wasnt cordless...I need cordless. But otherwise, their selection is awesome!

Quality vs Price is good. However, their lowest prices in is achieved via coupon and I hate the additional requirement when it comes to shopping. I will gladly pay a little more elsewhere having the Peace of mind knowing that the price on the shelf is the lowest price they offer.

The service was outstanding. I had a problem with assembling a work bench (the box appeared to have a missing part). The supervisor opened up another box and showed me how to assemble it Turns out the instruction manual was incorrect. and the part was simply mislabeled.

I buy a lot of my tools from this location. Finally pulled the trigger and bought a tool box that I can put in my truck bed. After buying it, I have learned that I really dont have enough tools and need more to fill this box and add some weight to it. Sounds like another shopping trip in store!!!!!

Wonderful store..great products and prices..hard to find things sometimes..locations of items can sometimes seem illogical and mixed up. Overall fun place until checkout. Checkout is SLOW mostly because of prolonged unsolicited marketing sales presentations and inquiries..they want all your personal info (demand you to share it vocally so all in the long line behind you can hear!) and give you a hard sell on extended warranties. They insist even when you state a firm No thank you. YIKES. So the final memory of the store experience is being hassled by checkout.

New store with lots of customers, but only one register open most of the time, and 3 or more employees just aimlessly wandering around. Beware of the protection plan they sell for power tools and other things. The plan will only replace the tool once and you have to pay for another protection plan for the new tool.

This is Hubbys #1 store. Have good bargins on their merchandise. The workers are very nice and knowledgeable.

I was very upset that there were signs on the doors at the Hanover store saying you have to wear a mask to enter the store but when I entered wearing my mask there were at least 6 people shopping and not wearing their masks, the employees were not asking those shoppers to leave the Hanover store.

I am a in house member and pay yearly for special pricing. I am tired of going and not having the product in stock. Always getting run around on why product is not in stock. This store is one that never have product.

A large selection of tools and shops needs. I found a tarp,a grinder wheel and some batterys all just for 9 bucks. Also thru have a nice choice a hammers. If i lived closer i would go there alot.
