We had a TV installed over a fireplace. Andrew came by and reviewed the project and within a week the project was done to our satisfaction. We started having issues with the TV and Andrew dealt with Sony directly, and within a few days he came by and replaced the TV and programmed it. Excellent customer service and overall great experience - I highly recommend Mr TV!
Very personable staff at Mr Tv! Even though our TV wasn’t able to be fixed they got back to us very quickly!
Horrible. They take forever to even look at your tv, and then tell you they can’t fix it! But they take your money quick enough. Stay away!
Its been well over a week and they still havent started to look at it even though I already told them whats wrong with it I just need them to fix it.
