Terrible costumer service, laughing and not taking job serious..not recommend..

Do not ever go here. I rented from them various things over the years. Today my husband went it to discuss a new couch set. They are now requiring personal bank information, the vin number, make and model to your car. If you own a home you have to show mortgage agreement or the deed saying you own it. Since they do not require credit they can not legally ask for any of this.

I went to order PC I got a callback asked me to verify information asking me to verify income asking me to provide employer’s phone number asking me to provide for references .I provided proof of income and was told I couldn’t rent because my living situation I lost my home due to the COVID shut down I’m staying 10 distillery drive emergency family services center until my apartment is ready to be moved into , this is discrimination Financially I proved that I was fiscally responsible and eligible to pay and was still told no due to my living situation and if that isn’t discrimination I don’t know what is like discriminating against someone who lost their home ! My legal address is what I provided I get my Verizon bill sent there my bank statements all mailed to me ... I wouldn’t trust anyone there in trying to post the audio recording of the conversation but google will only allow me to upload photos ..... Kevin is the one that denied the rental agreement

Im a single mom that doesnt make a lot of money and Ive decided to go back to school. Rent-A-Center has helped me so much!*got the computer to me SUPER quick*helping me out with the payments*understanding my money situation*then I needed a phone, so they also helped me out with thatThe people that work there are amazing! Kevin helped me with both of these, on the phone when I wanted to know more and he was absolutely amazing! So sweet and understanding! WITHOUT this company, I wouldnt have a phone nor computer.I HIGHLY recommend this Rent-A-Center!!Thank you so much team!!!!

My delivery guys were amazing. I bought a sectional that didn’t fit in my place. They did everything in their power to help me out and get it to fit. They told me to come pick something else out and were helping me figure out what will fit best in my place. I don’t remember the two gentlemen’s names but they were awesome! This was my first time getting furniture delivered and they made it such a great experience!

I only deal with Kevin. He is so nice and helpful

I’m not big on reviews, but I left this place felling extremely angry and annoyed. The guy who attended us was nice the only issue being that he lacked the ability to explain how much the total would come out to. There was a special that you could rent to own certain items with an initial payment of $10 (not including tax) which included the item I was going for. Since it’s been a while since I last purchase something from rent a center I had to re apply since some information has changed. He didn’t explain that to re-apply it would be 30 something. So you can imagine it came as a surprise when he said our total. His supervisor, I’m assuming waved the fee. When we were checking out the second time he said the total would come out to $12,71, but failed to include the benefits plus which is an extra $5.14. By this point I was already annoyed. I would’ve been ok paying either amount if he had been straight forward from the beginning. I don’t know if it was on purpose or if he was new, but the experience was horrible.

The people here are excellent. They definitely look out for the customer. Will definitely be a customer of theres for s long time.

Customer service is great, always work with you on payments and my payment plan is perfect. Highly recommend this place.

I called Rent A Center looking 2 lease to own a fridge for $140 a month and the salesman told me instead of doing that he could get me a gently used fridge for $400 with free delivery and setup witch I did and I couldent be more happy I love my new fridge and Im glad I got a one time sales price rather than pay for it every month thanks for the deal

Horrible customer service. GO TO any other rent a place beside this place. They need to learn how to treat people.

Been a custumer for 6 months with them . Returning stuff and they threaten to call the police on me . Call and bug my landlord. That runs the bank below me . I dont beluve this is how they should treat someone that has spent thousands of dollers at the place .

It works if you dont have credit, but you pay twice as much for any product purchased there!!

Most of the employees are rude and disrespectful. They were to fix my washer and it still leaks.

Horrible experience will never recommend anyone to purchase or lease anything from this place horrible customer service they have no respect for the customers at all
