Great copy & print experience! We called, got very helpful info by phone yesterday, and placed our order a few hours later. Their team called with questions this morning and the order was done before end of day! I picked them up just before close and am very pleased with the job. Great work! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous staff as well. 👍👍

If I could give this store a 0 rating I would. I was checked out on 6/6/20 at 4:35 pm, the employee that was on register could care less about the customer in front of her. She was more focused on talking to her friend. I was literally so close to walking out of the store.

Went there to buy a cash register. Found what I wanted. Wrote a check for my purchase and was told I had to pay with another form of payment. Would NOT take my check. Have exemplary credit, Local Hanoverian. Been in business all my life. I was appalled. Last trip there.

Personally would give zero stars dont get the protection plan from here cuz theres no number to call and you cant cancel it youre stuck paying $127 every year and cant get rid of it.

The bathroom is disgusting and we’ve been here several times and the staff is inattentive, rude, and they don’t know anything about their products. Besides this store being grossly dirty and the costumer service sucking, the products they sell are high quality and easy to use.

Prices are 2x or more higher than buying things online. But if you cant wait and for some reason you can only get it here, its not a bad shop. Over the years Ive never had an associate know where whatever I was looking for in the store

Staff very friendly and clean store. Being a cheap person I rather buy my school/office supplies elsewhere. I think supplies can be expensive except when there is a sale.

Went to Staples to have a copy of a receipt made from my phone. Was having some difficulty getting it through , the associate was very helpful and patient with me and assisted me to get my copy made. I was very happy with the customer service that I received.

Staff is friendly. Copy and Print staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Business cards looked great!

Rude staff

Their floor help leaves a lot to be desired. They should train sales associates to circulate the floor attempting to assist customers. Almost everytime we go to this location you are left standing around waiting for help and most of the time you need to go find an associate to assist you.

Most of the time service is good. Very clean atmosphere. Great place to get office supplies.

Super expensive and not reliable. Do not believe any message or note related to free of charge. They charged me for using a pc to print out 2 pages, even though the screen was stating YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR USING THIS COMPUTER. Learnt my lesson, never again. Gfys

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY NEED TO TEACH THE OLD LADY IN PRINTING HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN SENDING ITEMS USPS FOR YEARS AND NEVER CHARGED FOR THEM TO PRINT MY LABEL. LAST WEEK THE OLDER LADY WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND INSTEAD OF FINDING OUT HOW TO PRINT THE CERTAIN LABEL SHE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME TO USE THEIR COMPUTERS PULL MY EMAIL UP AND PRINT MY OWN LABEL!!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, I FINALLY AFTER 20MINS IN STANDING THERE, I FINALLY GOT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO SHOW HER HOW TO DO IT, TOOK 2SECS. I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH OF HER RUDENESS AND TOLD HER SHE NEEDS TO NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.I USUALLY SEND FROM YORK LOCATION WHICH IS 10X IN THE BALL AMD INFORMED THEN THIS LOCATION.SO TODAY I HAD TO SEND FROM HERE, TODAY THE OLDER LADY WAS THERE AND TRAINING. NOW TODAY SHE DECIDES AFTER OVER TWO YEARS SHE IS GOING TO CHARGE ME 12CENTS FOR THE PAPER. NOW LAST WEEK SHE NEVER CHARGED ME, JUST LIKE ALL THE HUNDRED TIMES, WHEN I ASKED WHY SHE IS CHARGING ME SHE GOT A SMIRK ON HER FACE AND WAS CHUCKLING. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HAVING HER EVEN WORKING WITH PEOPLE. I WENT OUTSIDE GOT MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS GOING TO PAY THE 12CENTS. SHE JUST KEPT GIVING ME LOOKS AND SMIRKING. IDK IF THE WORLD FREEZES OVER, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT MYSELF, MY PARENTS AND FRIENDS NOT TO DO BUSINESS HERE. TERRIBLE PLACE AND BELIEVE ME, IF STAPLES NEEDS THE 12CENTS ILL MAIL THEM 24.
