What a great experience, there was no high pressure sales pitch. I was terribly impressed with the knowledge of product, sleep patterns and what product was available asap for a guest room. Financing took a mere minutes and I mentioned that I hadnt found a pillow yet I liked. A cooling pillow that the height can be customized was a perfect fit. I cant say enough about my experience in Hanover and strongly advise anyone in the market for a mattress to visit here

Yesterday, Joe in Hanover was again very helpful and attentive to my needs. I needed a particular delivery date 10 days away and he assured me the mattress would be deliver on that date.

With the entire process .Buying a mattress is a big financial purchase and you hope and want to feel like your at least more educated than when you first walk in on the product your buying. I called the store on a rainy day during the pandemic and the store manager Joe Dane assisted me in the most professional and expeditious way possible. Bought a mattress from them, was not the same mattress I was promised and tried out. So uncomfortable and overpriced. Highly recommend do not buying from them. All scams and true sale sharks. Go to bobs furniture or Jordan’s before you even consider this place!!!!!! A used mattress would be better than one they sell. Austin was my sales person and seemed to be a good person but I was beyond wrong. Thanks Austin I have more back pain then I did with my 10 year old mattress 👍

I am happy to share that I had a great experience with Mattress Firm located at the Hanover mall. This was my first time buying a mattress (Lord knows I needed one since my old mattress belonged to my sister when she was teenager...she is 40 now!) As a first time mattress shopper I had no idea what to look for. Mike took his time to explain how mattress shopping works and helped me to decide which mattress would be the right one for me. He was patient and kind, very knowledgeable. I felt confident that I would find a mattress that like Mike said would have both comfort and good quality. I have been to this location many times. I have always been treated very well and served by a very professional staff, until my last visit. I asked for a simple bed frame and the sales person not only didn’t tell me about the 2 different options that are available, but proceeded to see me the more expensive one. I am also in sales and didn’t appreciate it. I will think twice before returning to this store.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hanover Mattress Firm. I was greeted instantly when I came to the store and met Gary who helped me through my entire process. He asked me questions and made recommendations to me before leaving me to do the awkward running around the store and laying on the beds process. He checked in with me and there was no pressure. Gary was very patient and warm and continued to keep in contact with me to update me on my purchase until it arrived. There were a few mix-ups in the warehouse and Gary was very accommodating and reassuring and made sure I was satisfied with everything, even following up with me a few days after delivery.I gladly recommend working with Gary at this location.

Great experience! I went in today looking for two mattresses for my kids. The Sales Manager, Mike, was extremely helpful- very knowledgeable and friendly. That was my first time shopping at a Mattress firm, but it won’t be my last.

I am hoping the situation will be made right and I can then say I had a good experience. We purchased a 300 Wireless Adjustable Base that arrived yesterday with the Control Box not working so we cant enjoy the feature we were sold yet. I had to call an 800# because once it delivers it is no longer the stores issue which makes it unpleasant. I ordered a bed for almost $1500.00 and I have to call around to make it right? Most likely will not purchase here again as I shouldnt be told by the sales person that I should have paid for inside delivery because plugging the bed in is super hard?!EDIT 11/10/2020 - IT IS BEING MADE RIGHT - A NEW BASE IS BEING DELIVERED TOMORROW AS THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED FROM BEGINNING

I bought a mattress over the phone during Covid19 store closings with Brittney Snow. She helped me pick a mattress that same day and it was delivered in just 2 days. Fast forward to 2 weeks of sleeping on my new mattress and finding I was having back pain. I called to get information on the trial period of my new mattress and they informed Brittney that I was having back pain. She made sure she called me that same day and wanted to help me find a solution. She told me her hours and locations and with stores now opened up during phase 2, I was able to go today and try a few different mattresses in person. She helped me find a perfect fit. She was so beyond helpful and I can’t wait to have my new bed!

Went to get myself a new mattress which was a big purchase in my life and felt very confident walking out the store with my purchase all thanks to Mathis. We came in close to closing time and he still Treated us like we were the first customers of the day offering us water and made us feel like we were at home.
