David was so professional and yet laid back. You wont encounter any pushy sales service tactics here. We came in knowing what we wanted, yet David took the time to help educate us on what we were looking for, laying out all the pros and cons. This store has a great selection, and we feel that we got a very good deal, we ended up buying a firm king ( Beauty Rest) and cant wait for delivery tomorrow! Wonderful, kind congenital, considerate staff. They took their time with us were knowledgeable of their merchandise and we got top knotch service! Good sale prices and a large selection of beds to choose from. They also have a clearance section. Nice, clean atmosphere. We bought the Purple #3 bed with an adjustable bed frame so we could put our head up and down, etc... We have a old farm house thats hard to get a bed in and out but this will work fine the way its all made. The store has their own parking lot thats a good size, handicapped parking with a ramp thats easy to get in and out. Public handicapped large bathrooms with 1 stall thats large and has a large door that a wheelchair will get in and out of easily. Carpeted floor is easy for a wheelchair too. Easy to move around in the store, its not cluttered up. Overall, a good experience. My granddaughter bought a need their a few months ago too and had a good experience too. The store has also been there for years so that should tell you something. The one salesman I also saw him there years ago too.

I do not remember the name of the gentleman we dealt with but it was a real pleasure. Very knowledgeable and low pressure. We went in to buy a mattress for our 3 year old and ended up buying another for ourselves. Super easy, fast and fun buying experience.

Salesman was so knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and in no way pushy, that instead of browsing, we bought a mattress and base within our first visit there. Inventory was excellent and Chris, our salesman, helped us reach our decision in both picking the right mattress and getting financing. We are anxious to get it this weekend and doubly happy to know if it really isn’t the mattress for us that we have 120 days to return it. Hoping it is tho!

We got an excellent deal at Mattress Firm!! We got a full size mattress and box springs, frame, pillow, mattress cover, super soft sheets and delivery for just under $350. Delivery was exactly when we were told it would be and the delivery men set the bed up quickly. We would definitely buy a mattress at Mattress Firm again!

We originally went in to look at the Nectar and purple mattresses. Chris was wonderful, he told us about the features and what customers have said about each one. He wasnt pushy at all, let us switch around and feel out what we liked. I am a very hot sleeper, so he pointed out the new I series hybrids they had with all kinds of cooling features. We pretty much instantly fell in love with those but wanted to wait to see if Memorial day would bring any better sales. We live in Germantown,MD and still drove back up to Hanover to purchase from them because they were so great. It only took maybe a half hour and we were heading back home with our delivery papers in hand. The day before our mattress was to be delivered I noticed that the free frame wasnt on the manifest. Probably just a miscommunication somewhere. I called Chris and he did everything in his power to get the frame added to the delivery but it was too late. So he just set it up to be delivered the next day. I cant praise this store and Chris enough. We will definitely be returning for any of our further bedding needs.

Highly recommend the Hanover Mattress Firm store since David and Chris were very knowledgeable, patient and we never felt any pressure during our multiple visits. We upgraded from queen to king and purchased a pillow top mattress initially since it was extremely comfortable and we have had that type for many years. Unfortunately after a couple months we went from a pleasing sleep to not so pleasant. We went back and started testing out mattresses again and decided to go with Tempur-Pedic and LOVE IT!!! Their return and new purchase process was painless. We love our new mattress and in the future will definitely purchase our mattresses from them. On a side note, I told my sister who lives in another state about our experience and she was coincidentally in the market for a new mattress and purchased hers from her local Mattress Firm. This is now going to be my first (and probably only) stop if I need a mattress. We stopped in on Tuesday and greeted immediately by David. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to several different beds to try and we ended up getting a good deal on a Purple mattress and adjustable bedframe. We also got some discounts and extras like Purple pillows and sheets, etc. David made the experience absolutely painless, even my wife didnt complain about it (trust me, that is saying something). After 3 days, the bed was delivered (might have been faster if not for snow). The guys who delivered were good on their time window, had everything in the house and setup within 20 mins and were out the door with our old stuff. Very quick, very professional. As near as I can tell, this has been the best furniture purchase I have had to deal with ever. Could not recommend enough.

I was looking to walk out with a mattress that day and that is exactly what happened! The employees were more than kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about their products and had a great attitude. The prices were fair and they even laughed as my son had to try out every mattress in the store.
