Big, newer Costco in Hanford, CA. Nice selection. Could do a better job at following covid rules.

A convenient store and a one stop shopping Centre with a well organized display isle making the shopping experience enjoyable. Customer service and cashier service was good and queues are well managed therefore one does not wait for too long to be served.

*THE BEST COSTCO* Perfectly located for easy access for fuel, groceries, etc off 198. Safety has always been a concern and they have demonstrated how important it is to them as well. Membership requirement, staff checking entrance and exit. During check out if another item is needed, staff has always been quick and prompt to grab the item (Ive seen some race) rather than have the customer go to get it potentially leaving children unattended. They already have great safety plans employed.Today I discovered you do not have to wear a mask (currently in CA during summer 2021). There is a display section for online appliances and an associate to help you order something online, in store which, may seem a bit silly to some. I prefer to see something in person first and not too tech savvy. Many other customers are not either. Having options in store, greatly appreciated.Over the years, staff has always gone above and beyond. Breuanna and Arturo I recall from a more recent visit were excellent and extremely helpful.

This review is specifically for the optical department. I went in on two occasions to get adjustments for glasses. The first time, the woman there was very nice, courteous and professional. She made an adjustment to my glasses, no charge, when I asked what the damage was. I will give her a full set of stars. The one star rating up top, is for the second time I went in, to get an adjustment on a second pair I had made. I didnt get her name or if she was wearing a tag, but she wasnt paying attention. She made the adjustment I needed, but was so focused on getting back to her phone, she didnt acknowledge my thank you or anything else, for that matter, once she handed me back my glasses. She had her nose in her phone as soon as she could. Very curt and unprofessional. The training needs to be consistent, or Costco needs to tighten their screening process on hiring. I ended up having to go to another optical business to get a re-adjustment on the second pair, not realizing the second woman at Costco, didnt pay attention to what she was doing and one side of my glasses ended up falling apart and on my lap. Either this woman needs an adjustment herself by management or she needs to find another place to work at to be incompetent.

I like it. But I feel it lacks some of our favorite products. Joses coffee and Smuckers strawberry jam. I wish they could supply our needs a little better.

Super busy today but essitenally good

Ive been here twice but in different locations. The Costco in Santa Cruz, CA and recently I went to this one. Its clean, the employees so far from my experience were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would like to say more but thats all for now.

Great place for fast shopping. Bring a list you will get lost looking at the great prices for everything else you come across. Very friendly and they tried to be helpful when help was needed.

Gave the cashier 200 dollars my total was 180. Did not get change back. When I went to talk to someone about it I was ignored until I went up to a worker and was like who do I talk to about not getting my change back as the workers were bad mouthing customers at self check out. Then I waited for about a hr because the cashier went home so they could not talk to him. Now I am waiting for the wearhouse manager to count the till and watch cameras then call me

Very nice facility. Would have received 5 stars if they werent still doing mandatory mask even after governor removed requirement. Let people that want to wear wear. When did retail become a health service provider?

Always come to this costco. They finally have churros ! They are so huge and sugary 💕

Some cashiers are extremely rude, and need better customer service. Too bad I didn’t get the name of the cashier from today’s visit, because honestly it was such a horrible experience. She made me and my mother feel humiliated in front of everyone. It wasn’t necessary for her to treat us the way she did. I am always very respectful and understanding with everyone else’s job and don’t take things too seriously because I know it can be hard working under pressure, but what she did was way too much.

Hanford store usually has what we need but today they were out of Kirkland toilet paper, paper towels and water.

Costco is one of those stores that just about everyone has heard of. The Costco stores throughout the US are just Huge buildings with so many things to choose from, a plant/plants, to a house, granted the houses are those tiny houses like 200-300 sq. ft. We just upgraded our TV to a 4K UHD (Ultra High Definition) at 120 refresh rate, its absolutely amazing, the picture looks way too real. This new 65 TV Sony is remarkable its going to take awhile to adjust to to this picture, like I said its very realistic. Wow. We are enjoying the older movies and TV shows that are now completely clear.

I love going to the Hanford Costco. I live in Selma and its the same distance from the Costcos in Fresno & Clovis (about 20-25 min) Hanford is always less busy & there is more parking in my opinion So I come here :)

Not to crowded and the wait to check out was less than 5 minutes but you have to get there early.

Great bargains and great staff

The lines are always so quick i have never waited more than 5 minutes to get checked out.I do notice alot of items in places they Shouldnt be where people just decide they dont want milk and set it down. Need to have more staff walking around getting those items to ensure they dont spoil

I really liked the hanford Costco, it was very neat and clean. Everyone wore their masks and the customer service was excellent. A big thank you to the employees!!

Why do they stop stocking products I really like? The cheesecake factory puddings for example. Happens often with foods. But love Costco.

Terrible customer service tonight at Hanford Costco! Needed help returning a love seat that the seams came completely apart. It took over 20 mins. To get me a person to get it off of a trailer for me and they werent even busy!!!!!!

Fantastic place to shop for food and products in bulk.

Good shopping just have to wait for an electric shopping cart ( Im handi capped) wish they had a few more. But if I have to wait the emoyees are usually helpful at getting a cart for me as soon as possible

To crouded people are grouchy over water and parking

Update*7/26/18 I always buy my veggies at costco, but now I might have to reconsider that due to the fact that they dont rotate their produce according to date. Its either a couple of days close to expiration date or a couple of days past. Just wish they checked the dates due to a lot of salmonella scares as well.Love this Costco as its not jammed packed with shoppers like Fresno Costcos are. The lay out of the whole store is totally different so I had to get use to it. The staff it extremely friendly here and offer to help in any way they can. Ill be making this my go to Costco from now on. 👍🏼

Love this store! One stop shop to get so many things you never knew you needed! Staff if friendly and knowledgeable except for a staff member that has a tattoo on her neck. I cringe when I have to do a price adjustment and need her with her special key because it feels like Im bothering her or completely ruined her day for needing her help. The other guys have been polite and always helpful. A blonde one I wish I got his name always goes above and beyond and even offered to help load a heavy piece of furniture on two seperate shopping trips. The cashiers are always on point and the teamwork they have at the check out is amazing!

Thank God Ill say it again and Ill say it now how about a brand new Motorola g play this year put the instacart app on it and went shopping from all my groceries and when I got up to the counter that app disappeared with all my items people have been telling me that I want on YouTube to try to see whats going on in that store so its something electronic or is too much metal I dont know whats going on but I always have a problem in that store its only if Im shopping with instacart maybe somebody knows they could tell me

I like shopping here for things we use every day but most of the things I need are more expensive here. I was disappointed to find out they dont carry childrens underwear.

Quick everything u need good customer service

Pretty busy as can be expected with the election craziness and great sales. The team is line busting to get customers through the lanes quickly and counting members at the entrance to make sure they arent going over capacity. Clean store as always.

Clean and helpful staff. Checkout ladies seemed to be having a bad morning unfortunately.

Take the costco challenge I dare you. Go in for dog food and leave $300+ lighter everytime I swear. Seriously appreciate costco for bringing the less expensive gasoline and good organic food.

Hanfords Costco is always quick to get through the lines and theres hardly any wait at the grass pumps.

I never wait in line for gas, the lines are nice and short in the store, they even have self checkout which makes the waiting even shorter. My favorite Costco by far.
