Walmart, you reeled me back in, its been years since I shopped your stores.Just moved to a new town with not many grocery stores. I found all our regular food items without fail, and used drive up service. I am extremely pleased with the process and want to thank all the hard workers doing this. It was busy, but they had orders coming out and all with pleasant attitudes.So impressed with this service, keep it up.

Most the time I do not like shopping at a Walmart. Ive always disliked how they stock. Always placing pallets down the walk ways in-between displays, which makes you have to walk so much further to get back to an aisle for an item you wanted. And as always, there are many employees around, but none of them EVER acknowledge a customer. You have to go to them.However, this time around the experience was very smooth.

When you go in the store, they are always out of bags, never any cashiers, and stock is low. They have been out of delivery items for a long time and do not meet delivery times and the substitutes are a joke. Im pretty upset I paid for the membership, and its useless.

Good prices. Way to packed though. And no one is ever working on the registers to help costumes check out.

Often, Walmart is a One -Stop-Shop. Thats convenient, due public transportation means.

I called ahead for tires by brand and size. Had the right size but different brand 🤔. I bought what they had because of my situation but it isnt what I called about. I was able to shop while the maintenance waite was going on. Not everything on my list was available but even things not on the list made it into the cart. Some success not perfect but successful.

Pros-All the staff, even stock people very friendly and willing to help. In my book thats a thumbs-up. Cons-getting someone with a key for paint cabinet, took a lot of time. Finally a stocker went and just got the key. Very friendly and willing guy for sure.

Great little greasy spoon family dinner. I had the linguicia skillet with a biscuit and gravy comes with it on the side. Good service the food was good for not too bad of price. Served our food quick and me and my mom like this place.

I really like this Walmart. I know most Walmarts are known for being trashy or dirty but this one is very clean the staff is nice and they seem to always have what I need. I guess it also helps that I do check to see that they have the items online before I head over there but you yeah.. oh actually while Im on it, you guys need to start stocking barbecue pop chips! There are no pop chips at all! Not even a space!

I enjoy my local Walmart store. Disappointing that they have such a problem with keeping some items stocked but thats a transportation problem I believe. They do keep it too warm in there though.

Store has really gone down hill. The place is a mess, they are always out of stock, and the customer service is probably the worst Ive ever experienced. They will have 10 people standing around, all of whom will tell you without any problem, that they cannot help you.. basically its not their job.. the parking lot is full of carts, and during peak hours you cannot find a cart waiting inside the front door, because they have not gone to collect them from the parking lot. This has become the worst walmart in the area...

UNBELIEVABLE! Store full of shoppers, plenty of employees walking around, not ONE checkout was open , not ONE!!!! Asked an employee when one would be opening, and was told that had to use self checkout. Wow. I did, because my daughter was with me and had stuff in my cart, otherwise I would have left the cart there and walked out.

Just tired of microwaved , dried out burgers that have been sitting under a heat lamp. Some people like fresh fried meat. A small or large shake cost almost $5.00. Check your competitors and what they offer.

After asking three different employees for assistance, each one informing me it wasnt their job sending me to the next, I was told by a fourth employee that If I wanted something out of the case, dog collars, I just needed to keep hitting the button and wait for someone to come help. After 18 minutes of doing just that finally someone came to help me. Oh and there was a woman in the handicap stall with no pants on laying on the floor wiping it in circles with toilet paper. Good ole WalMart making sure they love up to their stereotypes and expectations.

This is a scary place to shop. You are better off going across the street to Target. The east end of this Walmart parking lot looks like a run down trailer park with the most shadiest looking people you could ever imagine hanging around. Some trailers have been there for weeks. These trailer dwellers look right at home with their generators on the floor in the parking lot running full blast. Walmart could care less as to what type of shopping environment they are creating for their customers. Stay away!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. Literally waiting for pickup for an hour for 2 items. Really need to get their act straight. Retrain. Something. Because 1 hour for 2 items. Not acceptable. Even when I called. The girl hung up on me. Better customer service skills. Just not good overall.

Clean and easy to find stuff. Friendly people. One supervisor came to run the register for me the last person in line because the employee got locked out of the register and she was very helpful!

Surprisingly pleasant. Maybe because it was early in the morning, I hate going at night! Everyone is rude, and slow about helping you. I ordered something online once and it gotten cancelled, when I was able to get to the store I found what I ordered they were just too lazy to restock the item.

The employees are great but please turn your air up. Its extremely hot in there, love the store, and prices.

Grocery pick up is always running behind. It’s sadly quicker just to go in and do it yourself. No sense of customer care. Waited for an hour and in that time they only came out with 3 MAYBE 4 car orders.

This Walmart is better than any of the ones we have in Memphis. We were able to walk right up to the register and check out without spending 15 min or more in line.

They always have what I need, but a lot of what I need is behind a locked, sliding glass case. I usually have to wait for someone to come unlock it, which always, at the very least, 20 minutes, if anyone ever comes over at all. This has been an ongoing issue.

It was good. Found several things I needed for a b day party.

Wow! In and out of picking up groceries in under 20 minutes. Thanks to store associates for careful bagging of my items, quick check-in and for asking if I wanted my eggs in the back seat instead of the trunk. This saves me from limping around the store (arthritis acting up) and less potential to COVID exposure (cancer patient in household). You are literally saving our lives!🙌🙌🙌

Come on Walmart, where do people go to get information about store hours and services? The internet! Update your auto center hours for Sunday. Showed up at 645 because online shows it opens at 7. Fifteen minutes after 7 it wasnt open. I called the store and by the way the phone rang 20 times before some one answered, and was told it opens at 8. On a good note, I love my Walmart as long as they keep their prices low and shelves stocked Ill always shop there.

Shopping carts are terrible they need to replace them other than that they always have what I need.

The pick-up for mobile orders was the worst experience ever. The wait times are abysmal waited over 2 hours for 2 small items and was told if I wanted to go in to pick up items myself that I would be charged again and have to refund the Mobil order. Basically held hostage in the parkinglot while several other huge orders went out and I was sidelined. Called several times to no avail, just told to wait it out. Will never do this again and dont recommend anyone else to. Very disappointing

This is probably the worst Walmart location that I have been to. There are no excuses about not replacing the carts and getting new ones...as it took me a while to find a decent cart in the rack at the front of the store. If thats not enough, I had an employee who works at the entrance to the store get angry with me and state that I am making a mess with the carts and that they are all the same. My reply was that if you could find me a decent cart, then give it to me. Extremely ridiculous for this location to replace the wheels on the carts, but not the entire cart. I walked out frustrated and will not be returning anytime soon!!!My advice is to carry the merchandise, bring your own cart, or shop at the Clovis location which has newer improved carts and is much cleaner and organized than this trash of a Walmart!Rating: F-

Went there to get my oil change this morning Service Center supposedly opens at 7 a.m. at 7 a.m. the servicemen started rolling out the tires 12 pallets later they open the doors at 7:20 and then I got inside had to wait till 7:30 for a cashier to write me up. Very unprofessional

Never been in this Walmart before its nice clean restrooms but they have a lot of they must be having a lot of that because theyre really checking at the front doors and sometime it doesnt make any sense if you got one item for them to stop you just to check to see what you got on your side its best if they see you coming out the self checkout line on both front doors out other than that is a nice store beautiful people

I ordered groceries from walmart to pickup curbside. They had to replace over 20 items with substitutions because they were out of stock despite being in stock when i ordered them. Then when i show up to pick up my groceries an entire jeep full of groceries came with only 2 bags so my stuff was shifting and sliding everywhere on the drive home and was hell to unload without bags. Overall 3 out of 5 i suppose.

Only 1 cashier open, 2 self checks were closed, lots of shoppers trying to go through the 2 self checks. Long lines from a few hand held items to ultra full carts! Totally unacceptable

Self check out machines are always messing up and theres never anyone around to assist you. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to find a key Cuz my money was stuck in the machine. The manager on the floor didnt have it and they didnt kno anyone who did. Ridiculous

Only register six was open, there was a cashier register 8 with no light on so anyone trying to purchase alcohol beer or items that you cannot purchase inside of so check out were stuck to wait for more than 30 minutes. I went looking for a CSM and she was running around like a chicken had no clue what she was doing and just kept paging other cashiers but nobody came very disappointing. Waste of time.

I love this Walmart! They have every thing I need, most of the time. Usually, everything is stocked and there when I need it, but lately, its not for certain items. I have to drive a distance to get to Walmart so I only go a couple times a month and it seems like on the days I go, their deodorant isle is in desperate need to be stocked and I can almost never find mens underclothes in any of the sizes I need. (Husband and 3 different sized teenage boys) But other than that, I can usually find everything I need here including groceries and at great prices, which saves me from having to go to a bunch of different stores.

Worst Walmart i have ever been to in my life ! The employees are of no assistance when asked , they gather and chatter whilst us customers are waiting for over an hr to have a lock opened ..... theyre mindless rude drones that are there for their pay check and nothing else . Occasionally, rarely do you find a decent courteous employee willing to go above the minimum for us ....and the price tags are always scattered and everything stocked are always in a complete and total disarray. So frustrating shopping here !

This is rating the oil change. It’s been two hours and they are just now pulling my car in. There were only two cars before me. The people are kind but take so long to get the job done. I was told the wait would be about an hour and a half….will not return here for and vehicle service.

What can I say, its Wal-Mart so waiting in long, slow lines is to be expected. One thing Ive always liked about Wal-Mart is the ease of returning something even without a receipt UNTIL NOW! Their policy has changed, if you dont have a receipt you no longer get a store gift card, you have to purchase something from the same department from which your returning item was bought from. I was returning a DVD so I had to exchange it with some from electronics. I hate this new policy as the DVD was a gift and I dont want anything from that department. Why should it matter, its all going in their pockets just the same. 😡

Auto department went for an oil change wait time wasn’t that bad organization was at a 0 on a scale from 1-10. You get there and your a ghost my biggest complaint here is the quality of work I usually do my own oil changes, there was grease and oil stains on my seats on my center console and on my door panels. Hand prints all over the grill and hood and side of driver door. Messing steering wheel full of grease. I came here to save time for my slef and now have to end up shampooing my seat , cleaning my leather and washing my car . Waste of time

I would give this walmart a zero score if I could. The customer service is greatly lacking. All they believe in, is self checkout in this store. at 1130 am only 1 checker at the registers and the line is enourmous. They dont care either. Took almost 50 mins to checkout. I wont come back to this store. Shop Target and save your time. SELF CHECKOUT SUCKS.
