We went in and did an entire order for new service and waited two weeks for it to deliver and never received anything. Ive called multiple people and its like that entire transaction never happened. What a waste of time. Not sure what happened but I will say everyone was nice and we didnt have a wait

Dont come here and do business. Employee did not know what she was talking about. She made a lot of add ons when we specifically said we did not want them. Now were on the phone with Verizon trying to figure out why our bill is higher than what the representative had quoted us without the add ons. I asked the representative not once but 4 times about porting in a number and the bill. She should have asked if she had no knowledge. Bunch of BS with these people. Not to mention, their job is not as hard as it used to be because now they dont even activate your phone nor help you transfer anything.

At first, everything was going well. I started asking questions. More than 3 times, the representative seemed knowledgeable . Sadly, everything she had answered and quoted us for was incorrect. She lied and added the most expensive insurance after I had said no. Verizon has not called us back because we had more issues from porting in a number since the employee messed everything up. Great at taking your money and giving false information.

Just left Verizon hanford. Met outside store by Manger where we had to wait till one of two sales people were available. Couldnt go in and wait while we looked at phones. Customer comes out we wait and wait. No rep in site. Told rep is doing inventory. We left. Is this May 2020 or 2021 re covid.

This review is for Samantha. She was amazing. Very patient with us and took the time to verify phone inventory. We had an issue with activating my husbands phone at home and we spent 30 minutes on the phone with tech support but got disconnected. So decided to go in store to see if we can get help. She did everything she could and then got on the phone for us. Excellent customer service I have been here many times over the years and this time was by far the best service I have received. Keep up the great work Samantha!

Our experience in this store was nonetheless worthless. We came in today because we have had trouble logging in online to obtain a military discount. My husband is a veteran and I am a nurse as well, we’re both seniors. As we approached the employee that was assigned to us, his body language showed us he was hesitant to help us. He went to the motions of helping us, until my signing in, ultimately showed Maximum attempts. The employee later told us to try again signing in online at home later. I then told him” we were told to come here in your store because we couldn’t sign in online.” The employee responded in a very rude and firm way” Who told you to come in here”?. I told him I was encouraged by a live person on a telephone call to come and asked for help in obtaining a military discount. Needless to say, he (the employee ).. was relieved that our so called transaction is finished. I thank you for your services sir!

Iv been with Verizon for over 15 years.i went in too get info transformed over to a refurbished phone because my phone wouldnt work. I told him I was tech savvy. He mad me appt. To transfer info whent back at 4pm.the girl who was helping me could even get the Sim card in rights try to but it in backwards. And then I was told they couldnt help me that there not aloud to touch phone and I had to call a tech.oh ya I was told they could back it up to Verizon cloud which charges .I have nine devices 3 on contract when contract is over im switching services.

I had to come here 3 day, 3 different times. I would NOT recommend Verizon or this Verizon store location to anyone. To be honest I recommend cricket. Cricket is much faster, easier, and less complicated. Employees at Verizon were not helpful at all. Overall Verizon here people were idiots and couldnt figure out how to upgrade a phone. Also there were no bathrooms here. Not even for handicap people. Wasted HOURS of my life at it Verizon.

Its almost pointless to have a store during covid, the employees cant help you set up the phone let alone put a screen protector on. The employee at the door has an attitude and isnt very helpful. Verizon as a company is going downhill and this particular store explains exactly why. If the employes cant touch your phone or let you setup up your brand new phone in the store then whats the point of having a store? I used to love to go to the Verizon store to get a new phone bc of the experience, the employes were nice and helpful. After this piss poor experience at this store Im truly disappointed with Verizon, if it wasnt for their coverage I would have service with AT&T.

I replaced my iPhone with a Samsung I purchased at this store which proved to be a difficult change in regards to transferring my pictures and text messages but Joe spent a good amount of time working through the issues and did resolve them for me with some creative thinking. He went above and beyond. He also put my screen protector on for me. The corporate store employees in hanford claim they are unable to help with screen protectors or phone set up so I definitely prefer this store.

Best thing about Verizon is switching to a cheaper plan with better customer service. I have an outstanding bill & have tried to take care of it like 5 times. I will never recommend Verizon. I cant get the amount over the phone but I no longer have an online account. We are a military family and travel alot. Why has nobody been able to help resolve this issue.

I bought the note 10 from this store. I had an amazing experience with them. Maria was the one helped me out. She is great and made me feel super comfortable and taken care of. It was a process to get the phone due to some problems, but she got it done. Hope she will be around for a long time! If you see this comment Maria Thank you maria!!! I am so grateful to the woman who was checking people in today (6/7/19 around 4:15 pm). I waited for 30 minutes and she offered to help me, even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Previously this week I had made 6 phone calls to Verizon, spoken to 11 people, got hung up on/they dropped the call 4 times, messaged with 3 people on tech support and no one could help me with my problem. She listened to my problem and solved it within 3 minutes. If it weren’t for her I may have left Verizon as a carrier because I was so frustrated with the prior service I had received. I didn’t catch her name but I appreciate her!

This is a pleasant Verizon store that has improved its customer service and has reduced its wait times over the past few years. They have also improved items they have in stock at the store. I would recommend it if you are on the Verizon network or are interested in choosing or switching over to Verizon Wireless.

My boyfriend recently got the note 7 that got recalled and we have been in at least 2 times a week trying decide on a new one and having old phone deactivated for the time being. We have literally worked and dealt with every single person who worked there and they are all genuine and care about getting you what you need! Great experience!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Went in this morning and was passed around. Finally finished with a rude and unhelpful employee. Lost nearly everything on the phone. Went back tonight. Place was packed. Seen TWO HELPFUL employees and the 4 standing BEHIND the desk...chilling and playing with their phones. One of them being the general manager. I remember when Verizon was about their customers. Horrible customer service.

Cant go wrong. Every cell store is like any other with its products and services. What will have you going back or staying away is the level and kind of service you get from the people working here.I went there to upgrade recently and gentleman by the name of Jonathan Enciso helped me. I told what I wanted and he was quick to go and get it and did everything as I asked for and made sure I only left with what I asked. He did offer me some provosts that might benefit me, but I wasnt there to make any deviations from my set plan. But he definitely a salesman I would go back and visit.

I wanted to share my experience with this store!!! I had a nightmarish incident involving a very special Christmas gift for my daughter (Gizmo watch). I attempted to order the item online but met with extreme resistance.... as in I felt like I was begging Verizon to sell me the item! Horrible!!! But, I ended up calling this local Verizon store and the phone was answered by Kevin. Kevin promptly told me they had 2 off the watches in stock and he could make me an appointment so there was no waiting! I went in, connected Kevin and in less than 15 minutes I had the watch, activated with a phone number and the app downloaded and working!!!! Seriously a great experience that was all due to Kevin!!! If I ever need anything from Verizon ill be going into this store!

Customer Service Representatives have no authority to assist customers. Everything is done by the associates calling support. We wasted 45 minutes in the store only to be told that the support line isn’t available on the weekends. I wasn’t satisfied with that as an answer so I went out to my car and called basic tech support. Within 10 minutes they did what the store associate couldn’t. What’s the point of having a corporate store if the customer has to take care of themselves? I wonder if AT&T is better?

Came to visit twice to try to resolve an issue with my payment. The first time Leslie told me that if I brought in confirmations of receipts, ill be good to go so came back with the requested documents. But she was unable to resolve the issue due to her lack of Verizon wireless customer service knowledge/training. She gave me a ton of incorrect information. The manager Vanessa, didnt know what to do either. So they shoved the financial departments number in my face to deal with the problem.

Everytime I come in we get bad service, we were up for an upgrade both my husband and I researched the phones we wanted, LGG7, we kept being pushed to Samsung. We also were told it would be $240 for just taxes & fees (mind you weve been with them for over 2 years and somehow we ended up with that much in charges) we went to esingnal where alexis helped us... We ended up not having to pay a dime for the 2 phones we wanted, we were talking to other service providers and verizon almost lost us, thanks to your 3rd party company you still have 2 customers paying a crazy amount of money a month. You should call and thank Alexis for the save, your corporate office sucks.

There is one guy there who is cool but literally every other person there straight sucks. The wait was ridiculous, they dont even say hello how can I help you when you walk in, they shove a tablet in your face and say put in your account info. They all talked to me like I didnt know anything about phones(believe me I do), tried to up-sell me left and right and any issue I brought up they defended and tried to turn around. When I clearly use 4gb of data a month(look at the bill) and I ask for 4gb of data a month, why in the world would I want you to convince me of your killer deal on 20gb a month for only 200 dollars when I already said no...(exaggeration but you get the point). It was to the point where I am now leaving Verizon for Project Fi. This wasnt a one time experience either, Ive been there probably 10 times. It sucks right up there with the DMV or talking to customer service on the phone. Except for that one guy, he was legit.
