Limited selection of games, everything is overpriced & they give you like 5% of what your games and consoles are actually worth. You get ripped off big time here. Only go here if its a last resort. Nice people but that only goes so far. XD

Poor service, lied to me about the process about a pre order, claiming it was on its way when it wasn’t, they canceled said pre order and then tried to refuse to give me a refund and offered store credit. Don’t bother with this store it’s a den of lies and iniquity!!

LIARS. I had someone pick up Guilty Gear for me and the clerk told my mom it is released next month! No guilty gear was released this month... disgusting. Dont you dare lie to another persons face like that. GarbageStop

One particular worker here needs to be trained better or fired. Im an older gentleman and use games as a hobby to relax and help me cope with anxiety from an old occupation. This young lady treated me with disregard and disrespect. I didnt get her name, but all I remember is that she had blue streaks in her hair. I think its not just this worker, but most of the staff here is incompetent and Im not the only one that thinks so. Ive spoken to other gamestop employees in other areas and they too have horror stories about how terribly managed this store is. I dont expect to be treated with kid gloves or special. All Im asking for is common courtesy and professionalism. I am not the same age as these young people working here, so I do not need to be treated like Im one of their peers. I dont know if this will get to anyone, but this needs to be addressed and I will be following up with corporate. I will not go back to the gamestop in Hanford, as it is poorly managed and the workers are poorly trained, or they just dont care. Its just another paycheck to them.

Called ahead for a game and they asked if i made a pre-order. I didnt but they said they had a handful of copies that were first come first serve. Understandable, I made it there in less than 10 minutes and was promptly turned away and told that this is why they try to sell hard on pre-orders. Theyre called Gamestop cause they put a hard stop on your gaming experience.Luckily Target had the game :)

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, sadly they did not have in stock any of the games I was looking for. But I was still able to walk out with a couple of impulse purchases for under twenty bucks, so not too bad of a deal

Out of date. Cramped. Customers are just as knowledgeable as the employees most of the time. Not to mention how they pay the consumer cents on the dollar for their used games and then turn right back around and sell them for 5 to 10 dollars less than the original price.

I went in to buy my son a new gaming system and Im not very good with which games are the best, but the guy at the front was so helpful he explained it to me in simple terms (non-gamers can understand) which system was best and how they compare......my sons happy now thanks to the helpful employee

This place always has a great selection of games and consoles. My only problem with this place is the line for check out. On multiple occasions Ive waited in line for well over 15 minutes. They have one employee on the register and the other employee walking around waiting for new customers to enter the store (majority also wait in line). Im all for great customer service, but waiting in line to purchase something longer than I should is unpleasant.

Website shows items in stock says atore pickup available and when you call they have nothing. On top of that when you call they never want to pick up the phone or they pick up and hang up ill spend my money elsewhere horrible business.

Gamestop staff are very knowledgeable on games and materials. Exceptional service. GameStop is definitely my familys primary store to purchase variety and quality products.

What can I say about GameStop thats an excellent store for gaming controls devices for your gaming my sons love it cuz they get games exchange games and usually some games are on sale some consoles around sale I believe you can find what you need here.

Video games are sometimes less here than online from the publisher. Especially used copies. Employees are friendly and the whole place has a very very appropriate atmosphere for gaming in general

I have had good experiences with this location, it is clean and friendly.

The employees work very slow regardless of how many need help. I went in to buy a game with a line of four customers in front of me. After 30 minutes of waiting, two customers had been helped. After that I left and decided to buy the game somewhere else. This is my second occurrence of slow service with a minimal line at this store and the same teller. I recommend only going to this store if no one is being helped at that moment and if there is a line, definitely buy your game somewhere else or come back the next day.

Rude staff waited 10 minutes for staff to clean xbox when it wasnt dirty then tell me it was too dirty and will have to charge me a fee to trade in. Truly disrespectful people these days and zero help. I do not recommend Gamestop its ran by ingrates.

I just went in there and purchased Octopath Traveler and the associate Michael was probably one of the chillest dudes I ever met. Nice and knowledgeable on video games and anime.

The store has been cleaned up significantly less clutter. Downside is some of the staff talk down to you and sway you to buy stuff your not looking for.

Horrible customer service and online orders were canceled due to not having a functioning printer. Now I have to wait weeks for a PayPal refund due to their lack of communication.

So unprofessional.. I do not like how they handle business!! If I were you I wouldn’t waste my time with this particular location.

I went there Saturday night to buy a game and the guy at the guy at the cash register asked me for ID to prove that I was 17 or older, but I didnt have my ID with me, he was very rude he would go do other things while attending me, but the guy who came after me bought a game and he didnt ID that guy he sold him the game right away. It really pissed me off the way he attended me and acted, never will I go again when hes there, cant be having people like him work there.
