John completely wrecked my iPad 5th generation. I took in in a for a simple screen repair after cracking the screen & when it was returned to me the screen did not read my finger tips AT ALL. The screen had a huge air bubble & the screen was literally coming off cause the adhesive was not put on properly. I returned it only to get it back with the home button not working. John had my iPad for over 5 days promising me he wanted to make sure he gave it back to me in pristine condition only to return it to me the same way. My home button is still useless. DO NOT COME HERE. Thanks for nothing John👎🏼

My phone wasn’t charging so i came in to see if they could check it out and they solved the issue in less than 3 minutes. Really quick great service. They also didn’t charge me which was amazing. Definitely will come back if i have any issues with my phones in the future.

I took my daughters iPad in working condition but it had a cracked screen. It was fully functional, however the screen was cracked pretty bad. I paid for the repair before hand because I was assured it would be fixed within two hours. THREE HOURS later, I returned to pick up the iPad only to be told that it would need more time to be fixed and I could return tomorrow. The next day I received a call from the store stating that her iPad would not turn on and no longer worked. Mind you- When I left it, it was fully functional. The man at the store proceeded to tell me that this happens to 1 out of 1000 iPads and went on about an explanation that made no sense. Drove back to the store to get a full refund with my daughter. He handed me an iPad that was in pieces and proceeded to lecture my daughter about taking care of her iPad. This was the worst experience from a place of business I have ever received. Do not trust this place. Incredibly unprofessional is an understatement.

I needed a screen repair done on a working iPhone 8, everything worked on the phone. But upon coming back after they said they tried different screens and none of the screens touch function was working, the phones screen did not turn on at all. I knew the phone was still on because I flipped the volume switch on and off and the phone vibrated. They said it was a motherboard issue, and that they couldn’t fix it. I called other services and they all believe it had to do with faulty work done on Cell Fix’s part and they can’t fix it because they messed up the motherboard. Felt like the guy was not trying to take fault in this because of his redirecting words and excuses. Advising all other consumers to be careful and maybe go to another shop first.

I got my battery replaced a few days ago and realized there was a slight smudge on my front camera, I was able to go in and they got the problem fixed for me quickly, efficiently, and with such great customer service!Definitely going to continue coming here if my phone has anymore problems and I would highly recommend anyone else come here first with phone problems!

Go HERE for your iPhone repair needs. I was a first-timer. Admittedly, I was skeptical. Seemed to good to be true. I could walk in here and get an iPhone battery replacement in 5 minutes versus waiting for a scheduled appointment at the Apple store at one week later that might take hours... but it happened! Walked in on a Monday evening and got my battery replaced in 5 minutes for $29.00 LESS than what the Apple store charges! Great customer service. Unfortunately for me, my battery may not be my problem. Its possible theres an issue with the motherboard. However, if that turns out to be the case, CellFix said they will REFUND 100% of my battery replacement cost (within 90 days) because that didnt solve my problem. Hard to find this kind of service these days. Glad I found them.

I called over a month ago because the screen they replaced cracked after about 2 weeks of having it, they said they were sorry and would give a discount and when we got back to the area they would replace it. So I called when I got to the area they said it was on order and would be here between a Few days and a week, however. I called after 2 weeks they said they were still waiting on it to be delivered. So I finally went in and asked the guy if my screen was there yet and he said well did you do paperwork on it? We dont just order phone screens. But Im being told different by other associates that it was on its way. Congrats for running a terrible business with poor leadership and no communication skills

Ten minutes before the store closed I walked in. There were two clients sitting. I walk up to the counter... about ten seconds later someone who works the comes from behind the curtain, looks at me and before I can say a word says bluntly we are closing soon and I wont be able to help you. I thought to myself ok and began to walk out but then I turned around spoke mi mind... its clear to understand that they dont want MY business. Well guess what I dont want your services.

We took our laptop in for repair. Unsure what was wrong with it, the computer said battery needed replacement. They said they would call us in 1-2 days. We Called 5 days later after not hearing from them. The person who answered said they hadn’t even looked at it and it was just sitting in the back. When we went to pick it up, the person at the counter took sometime to bring it out. We could hear them trying to put the screws back into the computer, ultimately he brought it out stating he couldn’t put the screws back in because they were stripped. Then we must’ve done something to it. We took it to cellfix because we heard the Fresno store did great work. We went to the Hanford store. Should have gone to Fresno. Now it doesn’t work at all.

Cracked our phone and had an issue or two with a new one but Christopher and John were extremely accommodating and got it all sorted out! Would return for sure! Aloha

Worlds best Tech store in Hanford!

I had gotten my iPhone screen replaced at a different repair store in Visalia, the screen quality was horrible and after the screen replacement my phone started ghosting. I decided to try Cell Fix and I’m so happy with the new screen replacement it even stopped the ghosting. They were also very quick, they had everything done within 15 min. Highly recommend!

Stopped by today. The shop manager came out an told me what could be wrong with my iPhone XR. Because I had mention I was having a hard time hearing people on the phone. Mind you a lot of shops just to touch your phone they charge he grabbed it an saw it had a waterproof case on it. Asked me to take it off an the problem was solved. So... yesterday my beautiful Samsung Galaxy note 8 took a turn for the absolute worst. I managed to ding every single corner and side frame of the phone and break the glass (front and back in multiple areas) I frantically looked for a place that could fix my phone before I head back to work. Lucky for me, I found CellFix and let me tell you. This place is the best! Chris was super nice, the price was very reasonable and he was able to fix my phone up in what seemed like literally 15-20 minutes tops. I hands down give this place 5 stars and would reccomend anyone to come here if they need phone repairs on screens and such!

Second visit to the store for another iPhone battery replacement. Both times I was met with a professional and friendly smile... This place is GREAT!! They are extremely reasonable in their pricing, quick to provide service and they will continue to have my business. Unlike the other guys who wont even bother to answer their phone and take a few hours to replace a battery.
