Store and Sales Team is absolutely horrible. The Management (and manager) is terrible, very rude and shes passive aggressive. She whispers to her employees right in front of the customers wrong information or to not do certain things.ALEXANDER F. was a mess. I waited over 2+ hours for a simple phone activation. He was not knowledgeable at all and to top it off, his coworkers did not care to assist him in the slightest. I ended up just going home, calling Customer Service, and fixing all of my issues in 5 minutes myself. The store was a waste of time. This place is run by a bunch of kids who couldnt care less about the customers and it showsThe employees just stay on their phones, throwing magnets around, or fold paper airplanes. Store experience overall is extremely frustrating. The staff are not trained whatsoever. They are not aware of ALOT of information about the Sprint merger and you are better off figuring it all out online or over the phone.

Service is garbage. they lied to us regarding our plan even we showed them they said we were lying. In order to fix my wifes phone they said I would have to buy a $1200 phone to fix her phone due to a known issue. Dont go there go somewhere else. Garbage service and garbage company. I am switching to a new company.

Honestly this place isn’t the problem, it’s the management. For starters the store manager has a stank attitude! ALSO I also over heard her telling her employees to not do certain things with sprint customers like merg them over because it’s “not possible” when it completely is! Would not reccomend going here, go to a corporate store where they don’t say they can’t do things that they actually can. Should not be an “authorized dealer” if they apparently “aren’t authorized” to do things. We know you get commission, we know your doing it on purpose because they don’t make commission off of sprint merges and honestly, it’s disappointing. Sprint customers are important too. It always seems like I have problem with the authorized dealer stores in all these little towns, never had a problem from a corporate store.

The Hanford stores employees seem to have zero training on customer service. Yesterday I informed the T-mobile representatives at the Hanford location that I am switching out my phones from sprint to tmobile due to the merger. They said its not possible to do it from the store so we left. I contacted sprint online and the representative said its absolutely possible. I returned back to the store today and one of the same associates on the floor told me that he was alone and no one else was in the store that could help. A few seconds later another employee showed up and was also in the store the night before and couldnt help me. I was told to come back another day because there were no managers in. This was at 715pm and the store closes at 8pm. I would think 45 minutes is enough time to assist me and my wife. I would also emphasize he said a manager was not on site. Do you allow your store to close without management around?

Had a TERRIBLE experience with Joseph today.My wife and I came in to upgrade and get a new phone. We had been to the Lemoore store the day before but they didn’t have the specific phone in stock. The Lemoore store looked up the prices and quoted us the price for the new phone as well as the rebate provided for the phone we were trading in.When we arrived at the Hanford store, we told Joseph what we wanted and he immediately tried to upsell us to something we didn’t need and then said what we were quoted at the Lemoore store was $300 less than what we would actually receive for our rebate.I told him I don’t think that’s true and told him we had already made up our mind about the phone and we didn’t need to add a line.He then got very defensive and argued that adding the line was the better deal when indeed it was not.He would not drop it and continued to argue.At this point we left. I could not believe how bad the customer service was and how rude Joseph was.It makes me wonder what guidance he is getting from his management team and who he could deceive in the future.

By far the worst experience. If I could give them all zero I would would!So my fiancé and brother went into the store to purchase a new device (brother lost his) in doing so they decided to switch their entire account to something else (prepaid to post paid) my fiancé had already our right purchased his phones (hence phones) and my brother was about to purchase another device out right. Well that definitely did not go as planned. The associate decided to change his account to post paid and (he definitely did not want nor need that) they made it seem like everything was all good. It was not they got home and fiancé got a notification saying he owed them almost 700$!! How?! I told him to explain to me what happened. We went back to the store and the associate literally did not know anything. They kept blaming customer service for not “telling” them he had a deposit and there was nothing they could do about it. No help this make sense. All the phones that were purchased were purchased out right why would we need “a contract” with them? The associates attempted to “fix” the issues and made it bigger. They now attempted to change the plan back from prepaid to post paid and “LOST” my fiancé’s phone number (MIND YOU ITS HIS BUSINESS PHONE) so at this point we are about 10 hours deep into this issue over the span of two days! Both the sales associates swore everything was taken care of they “rebooted” their SIM cards everything was going to be fine! NOT they did not put my fiancé’s phone number back on his line nor my brothers and now it’s affecting our business because they can’t seem to fix the issue! We literally have been in this store for the past week dealing with horrible customer service, Ill-educated individuals, and then want to cop an attitude with us as customer for their *%#k ups! I will be reaching out to corporate and letting them know what continues to occur at this location! Do not go there and waste Your time! This business is literally a joke!

Amazing how little employees know about the phones and deals/promotions associated with them. I wasnt even offered the promotion for the new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.I knew more about the phone and promotions than the employee did.Overall not a bad experience.

A place to pay your bill and choose from a limited selection of phones and accessories. The staff is usually younger folks with limited knowledge and customer service skills. Dont expect above and beyond here.

Terrible management. My husbands screen protector was cracked and he’s under the 360 warranty to have it replaced. We have replaced it twice and this time when we went in karina the management stated that our plan wasn’t eligible for the warranty. We showed her the app which states it’s under the warranty along with the receipt. Once she realized that instead of fixing the issue we got the run around about needing to talk to the regional, which makes no sense. Anyways we came back three separate times and instead of karina dealing with us, she would run to the back and send an associate to relay messages. Again we came on three separate occasions within two days. Very unprofessional that she couldn’t speak to us as a manager. Instead we had to speak through channels of different associates for thirty minutes both times. Once this plan over we will not be renewing the plan.

My experience here is hit and miss. I left with my issue unresolved. The person trying to help me was very friendly but the manager is a joke. Offering me a credit for my inconvenience only if I added another like to my account. Then tried to sale me a tablet and when I refused then tried to accuse my that my device had water damage and got the employee to double check . The manager is rude and unprofessional and only tries to make a sale

New store located next to Target and Wal-Mart. Better parking than the old store in the mall!Display units may not be out on display the same day they are released. But, the staff is friendly and the store is clean. I have bought over a dozen phones and tablets from this store over the last two years. Never had an issue getting what I wanted.

Worst service ever, just a bunch of little kids in there that have no idea what the hell they are doing. Its honestly like recess time in there. Went in there to get help with my phone and none of them had a clue on what was wrong with it nor did they even try to fix it just to sell me a new phone and when I declined they tried to sell me a tablet. I seriously hate going in there its the worst service I ever experienced in my life.

Ive been to several Tmobile stores and BY FAR, the Hanford store has the WORST Customer Service! ! The last 3 times Ive gone in, (just to pay the bill); its taken more then 10 minutes to even be helped. My last experience in this store, I walked out.... 1 employee said Hi and the other 2 just looked at us and ignored us! The music playing in the background was vulgar and disruptive as well!!
