Great in house service, but the online experience needs a little tweeking. I ordered 4 tires, and 3 arrived on time. The 4th ended up getting delayed. The online rep said it was 40min away, but it would be there in time for the install the next day. Well next day came, and tire was still not delivered to the store. I had to call and cancel the appointment, and await the delivery of the 4th tire. A few days later it finally arrives, and I am able to come in when there isnt a lot of flow Im told. Well it was pretty busy, and I am pretty sure it wouldnt have taken nearly as long if I would have had the original appointment in the morning. Overall great tires for the price, and the employees were friendly and nice. Walmart just need to work on there online support and proper information.

They didnt have the one i wanted. They do have good deep cell marine batteries that work great for solar. Best price for solar batteries anywhere. Prices are strange. Mid-power range cheapest but not in stock. ($69) Lowest power $10 more. ($79) Highest power best value at $20 more than cheapest Mid-power. ($89) Dont list amp hour anymore and aparently cant or wont look up. Quick to tell you cranking amps i can plainly read printed in bright colored print on face of battery. So helpfulness questionable.

Worst tire experience ever. Called to ask if I needed an appointment for tire installation on tires I bought online. Was told no. Came to the tire center, was told I needed an appointment for tires. They squeezed me in. Mind you there was no line at all. I was the only customer here. They told me I would be 45-50 minutes. I shopped for an hour and a half. Came to pay. Car hadnt even been started on they did a bunch of oil changes and forgot about my car. I will never come here to get my tires done again. Next time I will go back to my usual place Carrolls Tire Warehouse in downtown hanford. I highly recommend them over Walmart. Not to mention theyre almost half the cost for service that far exceeds their prices!

They talk to much and walk around thinking people have all the time in the world to wait for an oil change . We have things to do that’s why you are getting payed for , to do your job. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and my car is barely getting worked on . They are understaffed I would give 0 stars if I could.

Came here for a simple oil change. We were told the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. 3 hours later our car was finally being worked on. The only positive aspect was the young lady at the cash register that helped us. We will not be back to this auto center.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. First off it’s absolutely impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. I spent a good hour being transferred and put on hold only to be told they dont make appointments over the phone, by service member elaina. Which I know is false because four days prior I had made an appointment for my other vehicle over the phone. Horrible customer service, my car took five hours for an oil change and tire change. The price is the best but definitely not worth the stress you end up dealing with, from the time it takes to the beyond horrible customer service I will definitely not be returning.

Speed and customer service are words that these employees do not know. It took two and a half hours for a oil change, which would be understandable if there was more than one car in front of me. Thats right two hours to change the oil on one car. The young woman at the counter always disappeared when customers were around. I really do not know how the Auto Care Center Manager still has a job. Good thing they have the rest of the store to carry them. If they relied on themselves to make money they would have closed down years ago.

Today I was reminded of why I dont come to this Walmart for automotive service. After waiting 3 hours, my vehicle still had not been worked on. They need to rectify or new management that is willing to work for their valued customers. I will continue to take all my vehicle to other Walmart.

Auto care needs help employee wise. They need more help in this area. Not like Walmarts going broke. Store manager needs to hire. Seen customers irritated for waiting along time to get their vehicle serviced. Lets not mentioned clerks behind the desk. Nobody there 70% of the time.

I came by the store an hour and a half before they closed the automotive shop and was told they werent taking anymore customers so I set up an appointment for the next morning. The next day when i arrived they took my information and keys and said itd be about an hour wait so I went to wander the store while I waited. Maybe 20 minutes in I was called back because they saw the tires on my car were different than the ones I had asked for and wanted to get the OK to change them so I wouldnt be waiting around all day. They finished the work and had my car ready to go around 11:30 or so. Everyone was super nice and they got my front two tires replaced super quick! I had been really worried about the wait time since there were so many bad reviews on Google but they did an awesome job! My car used to shake past 60mph but now its very smooth! The prices were good too, I definitely recommend, just make sure they have your tires in stock and set an appointment beforehand (:

I bought a four set of mud terrain tires 265/75/16 from Walmart and asked for the tires to be mounted on my 05 Tacoma. Basically I was told the tire shop could not break my old tires off the rim. Im running same size tire. I was told their equipment cannot handle removing or mounting mud terrain tires? Never heard of such a thing , tire shop that cant handle tires?

Would leave ZERO stars if I could! What is with the attitude here? So unprofessional. How do you wait four hours to tell me that my tires are the wrong size-- and also, you take the whole day saying my tires arent in and try to argue with me when I have TWO confirmation e-mails showing otherwise??? Ridiculous. Came here because I get my oil changed here, but its the LAST time Im choosing this place for ANYTHING!

Waited an hour and a half for them to not even change my tires on my vehicle because they “couldn’t”. Went to the firestone right by the walmart and they changed my tires right away no issue! On top of that, walmart auto center broke my stud and lug nut, so I have to pay more to fix their mistake! Don’t go here.

I went in to replace 2 of my tires which were worn. Upon getting my keys 3 hours later. I noticed they had replaced my 2 good tires with the new tires and left the old tires on. I had to wait another 40 min for them to fix the mistake. The wait and service is horrible. I should have stuck with my regular tire shop. Lesson learned.

Went in to get a car battery around 5 close to 6. My battery was only 1 years old & I had the 2 year warrenty. As soon as we walked in there was absolutely no one at the registers & the batteries were locked up before there closing time. It took 15 to 20 minutes for any type of help & during our wait we seen multiple employees pass us by without even asking if weve been helped ALONG WITH a yellow vest employee just walking past us every so often without helping us either. Then once we got help she told us that we would have to wait up to 1 and a half hours for them just to test the battery & see if we even qualify for the warrenty. Another 15 to 20 minutes she said it was charging , was going on lunch, & that it would be another 1 and a half hours to charge. Once again no one around & out of frustration (because this shouldve been a quick in and out thing) I decided to just buy a battery, I found the same employee that was helping us earlier that said she was going on lunch & she said she would get us help. No help ever showed & I had to GO GET AN EMPLOYEE MYSELF to check my battery out so I can leave, it was 7 when we had left.

If I could rate this place with ZERO stars I would. Stopped in on Easter Sunday with a flat tire. Was told there was one person ahead of us (30 minute wait)45 minutes pass and now somehow there are two cars ahead and they didnt even know where they put our tire. This simple fix took over 2 hours. Workers remained rude and had no sense of customer service. Never again will we go back to a walmart for their car servicing.

I literally called every department in the store and nobody answered, phone kept ringing for about 5 minutes for each dep. All I had is 1 question about auto center hours but no answer anywhere. Went on sears website and made an appointment, so much easier and faster. Service at walmart isnt good anyways.

Awful, called before driving 55 miles to store for 2 tires.Got there, was told one vehicle was ahead of me that they were just finishing. Took my info, gave em my key and an hour an a half later I came back, was not even touched. When I returned hour an half later, waited at counter, was told he would b right with me, called a man up who came in after me with his car, waited on him first, then knew nothing about my car and could nt find the key, then asked two techs who were in the garage leaning against the to box chit chatting, where my key was. It was on the tool box they were leaning on.Thats what I get for being a woman and being polite when I dropped my car off BEFORE the man that they waited on first. I sure wasnt polite when I left. Had enough of being treated like that at businesses, they suck here, management sucks here as well.

Poor customer service tried to talk me out of leaving my car for a tire change for One tire took 4 hours told me be done at 6 I showed still wasnt done! Was walking and bs not doing anything didnt get out there till bout 8! Then to top it off he broke my center cap and did nothing to fix it handed to me said oh sorry! Gotta be the worst experience!

This used to be our go-to place for oil/filter services, headlamp, bulbs...you name it. Basically, we went to WM Auto Care for anything that didnt absolutely HAVE to be taken to the dealer. And the service was always top-notch. Sadly, the service here is currently in a steep nose dive.EXAMPLE #1: Last week I took my car here for the basic periodic oil change. I gave the attendant very specific instructions: Dont change the air filter unless it is clearly dirty. And, if you do change it, please keep the old one so I can see it.Upon check-out, I noticed the service order indicated the air filter was changed. Okay. No problem. I told myself, It must have been dirtier than I thought. When I asked to see the old air filter, I received the deer-in-the-headlights-stare) and they could not locate it (So much for the ability to follow instructions). After a few minutes, I observed a staff member pull the old air filter out of the trash can. When he brought it to me, it looked as though it had barely been used! It was in near mint condition. (BTW, Im not going into the detail about the lengthy service time and how it was 45-minutes LONGER than the 50 minutes Id been promised for this simple service.) By this time, I was too frustrated and tired to ask them to put the old air filter back in or perhaps not charge me for the new (and unnecessary) filter since the old one was fine. (I could see they were now very busy and I was afraid Id have to wait even longer).EXAMPLE #2Today, my wife took our other vehicle to the same WM for a similar simple oil/filter change plus replace a burnt-out headlight bulb. I regretfully report that her experience was not any better. In fact, AFTER sitting in their waiting room for 1½ hrs(!), the person at the checkout counter told my wife something underneath the car was not right and that they couldnt change the oil. Of course, my wife didnt know what he was talking about. She later added that the employee mumbled alot, and so was difficult to understand. At this point, the guy called another WM employee. She also was unable to explain the problem to my wife. Finally, as my wife was waiting for a third employee whom the second employee had called for help, a CUSTOMER in line behind my wife (a very nice guy according to my wife) explained that they were referring to the oil plug. It was on very tight and the service tech had reservations about removing it lest it cause worse problems. In conclusion, after waiting an hour-and-a-half my wife left without getting the oil changed. The only positive that I am able to report is that my wife was not charged for the headlamp bulb replacement other than the cost of the bulb. Sadly, even this small consolation was not mentioned to my wife. (Can you say, missed opportunity?)RESULTThe end result is that our family is looking for a different retailer to care for our cars (One final note, a quick check of the detailed service history I keep in a spreadsheet on each of our vehicles shows that we have spent several hundred dollars over the years in the WM auto service department).

Bad experience I took my car to get the oil change after one week that I took the car I started to notice oil leak on the bottom of my car the oil pan was all cover in oil they forgot to tighten the oil filter and draning bolt when i checked the level of oil it had bearly a quart in it fortunately I noticed, if not my engine could probably heat up and worn all the piston rings and many other parts of the engine I dont recomend this place at all if you want youre car to last dont take youre car there.

Called them to order tires and told me I need to order it personally which I did the next day, gave me the order # and receipt for ordering the tires and told me to be back the next day for the tires to be installed. The next day I called them first to make sure they have it and it takes me 4 times for them to pick up the phone and everytime I call them all they say is “Pls hold” and it been waiting for 15mins before I can talk to them. At the end they cant locate the tires I ordered and they said tire will arrive 3-4 days coming from Fresno to Hanford. Thats how long it takes them to get there tires.Poor customer service and poor communication.

I got there first for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited an hour and a half unail they came and told me I didnt have a lock for my tires. The car is 6 months old. I found the lock in the glove box after I got home. Terrible customer service!

I just got my oil changed and they didn’t bolt the plastic under my car back up. I was on the highway with my infant in the car and the plastic fell down while driving. Their service is poor quality and you can tell they cut all the corners they can.
