This location is filled with ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS. I get greeted walking in and I can get what I need in a few minutes. They do great dealing with the amount of customers they get and sometimes the lines are way into the aisles but they work fast and will get you on your way. Autozone has always made returns super easy and their stores are always clean.

This is my spot for my car cleaning items. Theyve never disappointed and the staff is just friendly as a whole. I legit love this store.

I was there after having an odyssey going to Costco and my cars battery died on me, my BF and I got a jump to reach there to AutoZone and get a battery for $140 and a woman there didnt want to get the old battery in exchange as they say in the commercials all the time WTH!! We had the exchange money thanks to another employee that was there, a nice guy that has no prejudice, and was way less ignorant, youre a 10+!👍🏾👌🏾

I was in line yesterday for about 20 minutes. During that time there was about 15 people in line also and about 6 emloyees were just standing around talking to eachother and “on the computer” but with no customers at the desk and they wouldnt call anyone up. There was one girl at the register just standing there just staring at the line yet she wouldnt call anyone up. That was my worst visit there ever.

AutoZone a member of AutoZone for every $20 you spend armoire there give you a checkmark on that and after you come there five times to spend $20 or more to give you $20 Tack and merchandise whatever you want to do it which is cool I got my first one the other day I saw already spent $100 there and I got $20 back on it got myself some Armor All and some wax for my car or actually free

Good store

Taken care of right away after walking in, 10 min later, walked out with the right parts and accessories to do a 4 wheel brake job on Moms car. Service is one thing, having the right parts is better. If you want both, see AZ in Hanford. They always take great care of me.

A much better experience at this store in Hanford, CA vs. the Visalia, CA store on Houston. Although a better experience, I will have to point out that while looking for parts I needed for traiIler lights. I was never asked if i needed help nor was there any suggestive selling. That wasnt the case for everyone else i that had walked into the store but I seemed to have been invisible until it came time to pay for my merchandise.

Hanford auto zone its really busy you have to stand in a long line but they had what I need good customer service everyone was really friendly

Employees always talking to eachother making me wait at the cash register just to pay for oil. gave me the wrong filters when I first changed my oil on my impala and charger Both times. I feel like employees are not trained properly or educated on car parts

Cheap price for your stuff

I noticed my lights were out since I needed to get the light before dark I stopped by AutoZone to get one of the staff to help me and so he can put the lights on for me at no cost. Since I am member I have points that I can use toward my next purchase. Which I think is a great idea. Thanks AutoZone for being so patient. I recommend AutoZone to family and friends. My sister goes to AutoZone in Fresno and they are more then willing to assist her.

Slow workers all the time

Nobody knows anything here...and the workers are rude and treat their customers like they are a bother. They wouldnt even do the curbside pick up with me because they were busy.

Good services, fast, courteous, respectful, always leave knowing I have what I came for or need.

They told me I had to leave because of my disability. According to HIPPA theyre not allowed to ask why.

Jorge was very courteous & professional in helping with my dead battery. His response was quick and he was very knowledgeable and honest in helping me get the product I needed.

Stopped in at the Hanford store today for detailing supplies. I was abruptly stopped at the door by an associate stating I must where a mask to enter the store. That’s not going to happen.That is corporate’s prerogative. It’s also mine to never purchase anything again from them. Today or in the future.Needless to say, my truck is shiny clean from purchasing supplies elsewhere w/o a mask.C-ya Autozone.

Great Customer Service..

I had to leave atleast one star. Went in yesterday and witnessed the assistant store manager Scotty treat his employees very rudley and he yelled at the customers to stay 6 feet apart and the line started down isle 1. The store was poorly mapped out with tape on the floor not really giving a sense of directions for customers coming in to do returns or asking questions on where they should stand or go. No one knew where to stand and him yelling certainly didn’t help. I certainly won’t be back I’ll do business with another parts store in Hanford if I have to.

Super helpful!!! I brought tools to change my battery at the store but one of the employees decided to do all the work for me. He cleaned my one of my terminals and replaced the other one that was corroded beyond normal cleaning. Even threw in a corrosion prevention kit all free of charge and with a smile on his face. Best auto parts store i have experienced!!!!

As a woman I figured that employees here would talk about parts and instead..i was treated very respectability. I found the store great for parts, would also send for them and so many gadgets for making your vehicle your own.

I would like to give a shoutout to Marco. While they were busy and after helping everyone, I didn’t even ask, he asked if he could take a look at my car to see the problem. He helped me fix my problem! Outstanding customer service and very courteous! I definitely will be using this Autozone from now on!

Ten employees and only two registers line was all the way to the back last three times just needed something small off the shelf and they wanted me to wait behind everyone buying parts so line was over 30 minutes very over crowded not covid friendly at all thats the last time I go to the Hanford location have redeemed over 500 dollars in autozone points been to almost every single one in the valley Hanford is by far the worst I hope someone in charge reads this cause that store needs help

Was pretty busy and still got in and out fast

Once you get a workers attention its all good, but Ive been in that little store looking for something for 20 minutes and not one of them approached me to ask if they could help, at least not until I was looking obviously frustrsted. Note to sales people, if I have reached the stage where I obviously look frustrated. Its too damn late, Im already ticked off. Should have gotten helpful 10 minute earlier.

Went into today and got the worst service ever. Fransico Gonzalez the manager had horrible customer service. Very rude. Said we need to know the important information. Was very short in his questions. Did not smile at all. Never felt welcoming toward any customers. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Try to make it look like I was stupid. I was very rushed in the process of finding the right parts and rushed to get out the door. Overall I wish you could leave a half star because the service was so awful. All the other associates never asked if I needed help just went through with whatever they were doing. One looked at me and went back to his work...

Very quick service

This place is infamous for giving you the wrong parts. I am not sure how that works. Perhaps, their computer system is screwed up. The last time I went there, they gave me the wrong brake pads. I was mad as hell when I was in the driveway at home when I realized they were the wrong ones. I suppose I should have opened the box before I paid for them. I was able to exchange them however, with no problems.

Auto Zone had the part I was looking for and the service was excellent!

Closing manager lacks customer service skills. He didnt want to look up the part we were looking for in their system. He said it was on the shelf when we didnt see it he suggests to order it online. (If I wanted to order online I wouldnt be there btw) yes that part is in their system because we inquired about it over the phone before going in. He was no help at all and we felt like we were rushed out of there with no part. Taking my business to ORileys
