Staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful with a great eye for color. Even with the color-matching machine, there can be some quirks but Caleb was able to eyeball it and perfectly match my blue to a painting I brought in.

I was seen on December 27,2020 at 10:30am at the 810 w mercury Blvd. location. I was served by Caleb Wedesky, who gave excellent service from the moment I entered the store. I recommend this location to all of my family and friends and anyone looking for great customer service.

Like others during the Covid-19 Stay At Home order, I decided to use the time completing some home projects. While I prefer shopping for supplies at the Riverdale SW in person, the staff was excellent offering advice and answering my questions about certain products over the phone. The curbside process was smooth; the store number was prominently displayed across the front on the building and I was in and out within a couple of minutes. My wife was also impressed with the process when she stopped by after work to pick up additional supplies the next day! After I finish painting the bedroom, the living room is next and Ill be calling Sherwin Williams Riverdale soon. Thanks for your outstanding customer service!

Went in to take advantage of a great store wide sale and there only one associate on a Saturday. The associate explained their coworkers had no free hours to help out with the sale. Great customer service; associate was nice and quick despite having a line.

It’s 11am on Sunday, online says you’re open, as well as the sign on the door. But it’s dark and the doors are locked. No explanation as to why you’re closed. This is ridiculous.

I liked the young lady helped and listened to what I wanted to do on painting my kitchen cabinets.
