If you can identify a worker who isnt the person at the register Ill give you $100. I personally cant tell if someone is an employee or not. Its hard to find anything and just because it says they have something online doesnt mean youll find it on the shelves. I came for a glass cutting wheel hand tool.

Best HF in the area. Helpful staff knows where everything is, even the hidden stuff. Great bang for the buck. Braun led lights are super useful. Farmer jacks from here are great for pulling stumps out of the ground. Good selection of tarps.

Very clean organized, the prices can be a bit confusing I am not much for the different price tags relating to the power up club or something that’s there that has some type of membership fee for different prices. I’m all for rewards programs but that price as a member should not be the prominent price you see. The yellow and orange and all that on the tags on the the display are confusing.

Harbor Freight always have the items I am looking for. The employees there ate friendly and courteous and very efficient. I did not have to wait long in the line.

I am a Harbor Freight junkie. I am a knife maker and living in an apartment I have to keep everything small. I have no issues with tools and supplies I buy at Harbor Freight. If I break it, it wont break my wallet buying a replacement.

Showed up over 10 minutes before close, were going to be in and done within a minute because we just needed a strap for the lumber we got really quick and they refused to let us in because they were closing 10 minutes later. Very very poor business ethic and VERY rude about it when we just asked to get a strap for the lumber. I recommend going anywhere else.

Visited this new location today to purchase a generator. The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean with plenty of close parking.After my purchase they brought the generator out to my truck and loaded it.So far I am impressed with the customer service. Not sure yet about the generator.

The Hampton, VA has the best service and the most friendly people working there. Just give it a try and see how you like it. I have used their tools and if you pick the high dollar items they will last longer than you might imagine.

It was my first time at the Hampton location. Surprisingly, I dont have any complaints. For the most part everything was easy to find and it was clean inside. The cashier I had was very friendly and helpful. I hope every experience I have there is just as good. I will definitely be back. After I visit a few times I will give it a five if the experience is just as impressive.

I love this place. This particular location is super clean, organized, and well taken care of. I almost never leave without spending $100. If you need any one time use only kind of tools this is where you need to go. Also recommend for ratcheting wrenches, zip ties, nitrile gloves, trash bags and socket sets. Id probably stay away from wenches and major power/bench tools but thats just me.

A great place to shop for tools. Admittedly, these are not high quality, but the quality is more than worth it when you consider the price. They have many variation of each tool and no one should be embarrassed to shop here. The pneumatic stapler I bought several months ago is still going without a hitch.

New store clean and neat. Great place to buy cheap tools. Not one of their larger stores. Limited supply of certain things. I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty when offered at purchase.

This was a nice store. My husband loved looking up and down the aisles. We did find an excellent deal on a full motion TV mount ($16.99). I wish one of these was closer to our home.

So glad they added this store in Hampton as it was a bit of a drive to the Newport News one. The store is pretty good and aisles are well labeled. They always have the sales in the Sunday paper, and if you sign up for there version of a rewards program you get a magazine with sales items. The stock is always moving, so if it is a big ticket item call before to make sure they have it in the store. They can put it on hold for you if you ask but only for the day. Friendly service and clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is because some of the stuff I have purchased has been banged up, and needs to be swapped out or returned. But, for the price sometimes you take that risk.

I love to shop here. They have so many tools to choose from, and some type of coupon you can use active at all times. You can not go wrong shopping here, and if your like me, your going to buy something Everytime you go in here! Just Saying...

I just had to give harbor freight a 5 star rating. They have the best prices on tools for the quality I have ever seen, and quite often as well they will have coupons available for 20 and 25% off any 1 item in the store, and if you are looking to spend a couple hundred bucks that coupon will certainly put money back in your wallet. They have another type of coupon often as well, it is buy any item ( even a $.99 item) and get whatever item they have on the coupon for free, and this is usually a toss up of roughly 6 items they alternate from. I will buy the cheapest item I can find just to get free whatever item they ha e on their coupon because your basically getting anywhere from $5 to around $13 for the price of one $.99 item, plus tax, and the only other way I know of to get deals like this, is online shopping, and this is usually ordering from China or other countries, and sometimes this can be a problem, between the long wait for delivery, and not knowing if your going to get what you ordered, so Ill take my chances with Harbor Freight, and I highly recommend you do the same if you are shopping for low priced fair quality tools.

They have most things you want, but if you go to purchase a big ticket item, they dont have it and dont know when they will get it in.

When you need that inexpensive tool or accessory, HF is the place to go! Look out for their great weekly specials and coupons! Please like my review if it helped you. 😊

Very unhelpful staff, I was asking if they had a product in stock and he said no then hung up. Called back and no one would answer. The staff was just as bad when I went to the store later
