Bought a bookcase, intending to purchase a dining room set once I moved into my house. Paid for the bookcase with delivery tbd... and they sold the item to someone else, too! They refunded my money with the promise to call me with availability, but I never heard from them again. Never heard of such business practices, but as I shared my story locally I heard similar tales from others. Avoid.

Unfortunately, I wasnt able to patronize this store because the aisles were not wide enough to fit my stroller. This place does not cater to families or those with disabilities i.e. wheelchairs.

Salespeople are all over you even though the store is only about 2000sf. Prices are over the top. Geared towards the rich and famous.

The store on 2nd street had some very nice people who had answers to my questions, the sales lady was very helpful. That store is the one to go to. Why only one star, well the other store they own just north of downtown is not very good. I had asked the sales man there questions about a nice sofa and love seat combo. Did not answer my question about easy pet hair removal, his answer was to get rid of the pets as he was not a dog or cat person. I did not purchas the set.

This is a great store!! It has wonderful high quality furniture and art.

If you lucky to get Dwight as your salesperson you will have a great experience He follows through and checks things out. Owners are resonable and will work with you if there is an error. Good people, nice selecttion, honest.
