Went in to find a power recliner/lift chair for family member just out of hospital. They had just what we needed on sale! Staff is super accommodating! So friendly and helpful. Even arranged a quick delivery since mom in law just came home from hospital! Will be the first place Ill check in the future. Lots of great options in showroom!

We were made to feel welcome and like family by the owners, their daughter, and the salespeople. The store has a nice selection on the floor. If you dont find what you like, there is an online catalog from which to make choices. The delivery guys are great! They went out of their way to help us.

A fantastic experience. We had been looking all over for a certain style of couch, and as soon as we walked in the doors they had exactly what we wanted. I went in looking for a desk and quickly realized I shouldnt be there as I couldnt afford a desk lamp. Everythings high quality and the price tag definitely reflects that. The employee showed us around even though Im pretty sure she knew we had about enough money to buy a pen from there but nothing else but oh well she was nice.

I had a great experience! I got my whole house fully furnished UNDER budget and everything was delivered promptly for FREE!! Ive normally shopped at the chain stores and have always been disappointed in them because it seems all they care about is a sale and will lie to get that sale....then they hit you with the ridiculous delivery fees....definitely not the experience I had with Bitterroot Furniture! Every time I came in, they were so friendly and made me feel very welcome-even when the store was packed with customers!!! I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Such a wonderful experience. I have only bought new furniture once before from a big box stores. Honestly that experience sucked. The team at Bitterroot furniture bent over backwards for us. Stayed very late to help with our needs. Also helped with colors, textures and style. The delivery kids were kind courtious and efficient. Bought a new bed about a year ago, but it was to soft and causing a lot of back pain. Even though the bed did not fall under any of the standards for us to replace it under the warranty Mark found a way to take the bed in and make it a lot fermer and more comfortable for minimal cost. The staff here goes out of their way to make things right and even when they dont have to. Awesome store, I highly recommend to everyone!

Horrible customer service. Raise there prices before sales so that when the sale comes, you are not actually getting a sale price. Again, horrible customer service. Made a JOKE on getting both pieces of furniture for the price of one, and the guy stormed off like a five year old saying When you serious you can come back, Im not going to waste my time! I walked back to get my child from there play corner, and saw the guy again and he said If your husband is serious, then let me know, otherwise I WILL NOT be ABUSED like this! And was more than rude. IF you havent made up your mind within a few minutes, or if you even make a hint that your are just browsing, expect to be ignored/or told to get out because you are a waste of time.I will NEVER shop there again, and I will make sure I let everyone know how bad our experience was. Customer service goes a long way in this valley, next time think twice before you throw an immature tantrum.
