I went into the Mattress Firm in Bridgewater to look for a mattress. We were greeted and the experience went downhill from there. The salesperson told us the store was closing in 30 minutes. I said oh no problem. We’re just looking and should only take a few minutes to walk through. He then proceeds to tell us that it’s a long process and the store closes in 30 minutes. The last 2 mattresses I purchased were from Mattress Firm but I won’t even consider purchasing from this store. It was very obvious the salesperson was more concerned with closing the store then making a sale.

The salesman was very helpful. Answered all my questions. Delivery the same week.

My niece and her husband took me to Mattress Firm to buy me a bed since I was sleeping on a hospital bed and it was actually making my back even worse than it was. They bought themselves a bigger version of my new bed. I needed Firm mattress and since I received my new bed I now sleep 4-5 hours before waking up. I love my new adjustable bed. I do recommend this lovely bed to anybody that has back issues. Great Bed.

So far so good have chatted with a sales rep and went to the store to look at the mattresses as well I actually bought the mattress. That was fine but I could not wait almost 2 and half weeks, for it to be delivered. I have been fighting with them to get it cancelled, I have not received anything yet. All time can do is chat with someone to try and cancel horrible and I mean horrible customer service, no one to talk to for me to cancel my order. I do not recommend mattress firm at all, for anything

A man and woman in the store were very helpful. Bought my frame and went to the warehouse to pick it up. They were very nice and friendly, TimeWise it was wonderful.Got home when to put it together, one of my pieces was missing... Went back to the warehouse they gave me a whole new box and sent me on my way. Very nice very understanding about the pieces missing, I would highly recommend them!!!!

We were greeted right away when we walked in. A very nice gentleman assisted us and walked us through the different types of mattresses and how they would work for us. We narrowed in on medium firmness right away. Then we were able to choose between the different ones they had to find the perfect one for us. We went with a spring and memory foam combined mattress.

I met Rob as I walked in and he immediately started to eleviate my worries. He was warm, inviting, and a snappy dresser.He explained the differences between soft, medium, and firm, and what sleeping situations they are designed for with confidence and conviction. Once we had that picked out the firmness he ran a couple options by us, showing the difference in feel between coil and memory foam, and all the variables within those options.About 20 minutes later, we are out the door extremely satisfied with our purchase and excitedly awaiting our delivery.
