I had to get a jet pack plan, and Sierra was the biggest help and the sweetest gal! If you are going to go to a Verizon store, even if you have to travel an extra 50 miles, go there and request Sierra. Trust me! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Today, Sierra H. provided the easiest, most informative, and helpful visit I habe ever had to a Verizon store!!! I wanted to add a new line to our plan and she guided me through the process in less than 20 minutes. Also in that time she answered a half dozen of my questions about my current plan and monthly bill, as well as how to maximize my spending. This place is the worst verizon store ever been too. All they do is help setup your phone and thats it, they dont go above and beyond to help there customers and they are never busy and I now no why. I rather drive to Missoula everytime. Dont even waste your money or give them a second thought. The place will be gone before too long with customer service like that.

Very poor customer service , and policy. Even the sales associate who was helping me was frustrated with the company policy. He was amazing but the other sales associate doesnt know enough about policy and she would say anything to make a sale . This is the second time Ive been there and I was very hesitant to go back but I had hope for better service , unfortunately I was severely let down

Dillon at Verizon in Hamilton was a BIG help for me when I broke my old iPhone and never backed it up. He spent and hour and a half on a Friday night after he was technically off of his shift to figure out a way to back my phone up so I didn’t loose all my contacts and photos. There was only a half inch of visibility up my screen and he was able to type in all info just by memory of the key board. I use this phone for my business so it was very important to have all my contacts. Thanks again Dillon I appreciate all you did and your concern for others.

Went in today to upgrade mine and my moms phones. Siena was amazing. Super helpful and professional. She did everything she could to make our experience and our phones great. Definitely giving her a 20 out of 10.

When I went into the store I was helped immediately by Siena, who was able to set me up with a new phone that met my needs. The service was friendly and probably the fastest Ive had with a cellular provider.

This place was okay only because what I expected, to keep my phone, keep my number and have a full successful transfer from my phone to this different (new) phone, did not happen. Sadly my contacts and photos did not transfer. This is quite depressing.The staff was also okay. They made the transaction however I noted some confusion with my two times having to go to the south store. Losing my number was not told to me.I suggest the south store.Walked into the north store ( Hamilton) and..well I will just say there is a way to let customers know what info they must provide so the store can look stuff up. Courtesy and cooth were lacking.The great thing is cell service is way better after this switch.I

Sierra had an attitudeI get her previous customer was elderly and Sierra had to take the time to explain things to her , but she shouldnt let her frustration show . And then to let her attitude and frustration carry over to the next customer is down right unprofessional. All I was doing was checking to see if they had the iPhone 12 in ,I guess Ill purchase it at a different Verizon store .

Just use the verizon app, they have no idea whats going on in there I lost a lot of money due to miss information.Dont trust the liquid glass, my $1000 phone has scratches covering the screen from putting it in my pocket once, if it doesnt help with scratches I doubt it helps with drops.I thought I would be a good guy and buy locally, obviously dont make my mistake

I went to this store planning on upgrading my phone but I wasnt sure which brand to go with. I was greeted by Austin when I got there and he really helped me out with which phone would be right for me. He was super knowledgeable about any of the phones I had questions about and gave me a straight answer, which I really appreciated. He helped set me up with a great phone case and a nice screen protector. 10/10 would recommend service with no complaints.

John helped me. He was honest. Didnt try to let me down gently. Was up front about why they dont carry my screen saver anymore. Was professional. Hate that I have to travel 30 miles to get to a store now.

I bought a new iPhone at GoWireless in Hamilton, MT a few days ago. This location has changed ownership multiple times over the years. I had been in the store awhile back, but had to wait to get the attention of this guy near the register. He was preoccupied & I felt I was an inconvenience to him.This time, I was greeted by Annie, who is very friendly, and genuinely showed care and concern for my needs. She is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out a way to get what I was looking for. She is patient and did whatever was needed to get my new phone set up and handled all the internet paperwork. She even reprinted several pages that the printer fouled up, so that I would have the right papers with the right information. When I left, my new phone was set up with everything I wanted from my old phone and I havent had to adjust anything. Annie is awesome & Ill request her anytime I return to GoWireless. Annie - youre the best!!!My only suggestion is for GoWireless to find a more efficient Internet service at their store so that employees and customers dont have to wait so long for things to download.

I went in to the store with a question about my phone which was dying ! ANNIE was the person who greeted me and she did her best to troubleshoot the problem. Realizing that I might need a new phone she listened to what kinds of things might be important to me and showed me a couple phones to consider . She also told me to think about scheduling an appointment if I was coming back so that I would not have to wait. I did just that, bought a new phone and spent about an hour or more with her, getting it set up and transferring everything from my old phone. A day later I made another appointment with ANNIE and spent another hour with her. . She helped me tailor my phone to some more specific details. What was important .to me was1. The customer service2. Her ability to know just how much information I could handle learning about a new phone and3.ANNIE is very calm and patient!Thank you!!

I walked in and Tyson immediately greeted me. I told him I was looking for the best smart phone but didnt know where to start. Id seen so many new ones I was confused. He walked me through 7 different phones, spoke to me plain and simple so I would understand. He was patient, caring, wrote everything down so I could study it at home. I can buy my new phone anywhere but Im going back there to get it. He even said he would help me learn and get the most use of my new Droid Terry 2 or Note5. I can hardly wait Thanks TY

Youre greet when you open the door, if not by multiple people, no one stands idle, product display is faced and stocked fully, comfortable atmosphere, outstanding service that is professional and personal.---After visiting all Verizon stores in the valley, including one corporate store and one retailer in Misssoula, the employees at this store leaves a lasting impression on me, each time I come in. Their service was incredibly fast for a phone shop (what I estimated to take 20-25 minutes, they did in 12), informative, and delightfully personal.I usually note some form of criticism, but I surprisingly found nothing to criticize.Highly recommend to all Verizon customers, even before making a trip to the corporate store in Missoula.

Experience wasnt too bad, except I was outright lied to twice. Once was a VR headset they were going to hold for me, the other was telling me i would get a promo discount but because they sold the VR headset that supposedly had my name on it when I was in picking up my phone to the guy in front of me, or so I was told.Once they were able to get one from another store, the promo on my phone (that I had already purchased) expired. They returned and resold me my phone to get me the headset bundle, thus selling me back my phone outside of the promo.*edit. Their district manager got things cleared up and now I am receiving my device credit. Two stars for that.

What good is calling this place to compare prices on pre-paid plans when no one will talk to you? Got put on hold for 30 minutes then got hung up on. When I called back I was told I couldnt speak to a real person and they would not give me an alternitive number to call. Totally unhelpful! Trying to get away from the cell place Im with, but why bother with this place when they offer absolutely no information at all about plans.

They have bent over backwards, been helpful, supportive, and informative. With the help of them, the district manager, and the Verizon account manager, they are the reason I am still a Verizon customer. They are the only ones that will touch my electronics from now on. Be very wary of this place. I have had nothing but issues in all respects here. For Example, One day I call to inquire about switching over from straight talk so i can have mobile hot-spot capabilities with a Verizon Jetpack. On the phone a guy tells me that I can get my service switched over, a new jetpack, and a new phone for $110 on my first bill and $70 a month recurring after that. I go in the next day to find out that the phone i was told i could get was not in stock, and that my first month bill would be $170 and $100 recurring after that WITHOUT A NEW PHONE. Not to mention, this whole process was quoted over the phone to only take 45 mins. I WAS IN THERE FOR 4.5 HOURS!!!Then a couple days later the phone that i switched over from straight talk broke on me, so i needed a new one. I had to pay a $20 activation fee to switch that phone over. The problem with that is, is that i know for a fact you can take your SIM card (from the old phone) and put it in the new phone and your service will be as good as new(assuming that previous SIM card was programmed by Verizon). I asked the sales rep if i could do this and he blatantly lied to my face so he could force charge me the $20. I actually confirmed that this was not neccessary from another sales rep a week later (thank god one of them was actually honest with me).Then, The jetpack that i had gotten, brand new, broke. The SIM card reader stopped reading the SIM Card. I had a 14 day trial to return this thing for any reason. The thing broke within the trial period, and for some reason they were acting like if this had broke on the 15th day i would be SOL. Even though i had an insurance plan on it. The guy told me to call this number to get a warranty claim. So I call the number. The guy on the phone tells me that if I do this warranty claim Im only going to get some used refurbished POS when I had an option to get a brand new, newer model Jetpack through the store. The Tech representitive sounded really confused as to why the sales rep suggested this. So I had to drive all the way back there to re order this thing. Then they tell me they will call me when it comes in. 3 days AFTER it was received no call. I come in, they act like they didnt receive it. So i have to show them the digital email confirmation that they did, indeed, receive it.They were so confused by why i was getting this jetpack without paying , as if they were searching for some way to charge me a fee before i walked out the store. Thank god I had the Phone rep put a note on my account to show what had happened otherwise i guarantee i would of walked out of there with a Heres another fee Fee.If you go Verizon in Hamilton, please go to the other one (the one i had no idea existed) This store is not even a Verizon Store, its an authorized retailer which means they can take more of your money, for less of a service. This is really misleading since there is not one sign inside or outside of the store that says GoWireless all you see is Verizon everywhere.I am not someone who wastes time writing reviews for places. But because EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone into this place has been a nightmare, I feel a responsibility to the community to warn you of this place. Go anywhere else but here.
