The associate we spoke to showed really questionable business practices. Went in the inquire about repairs on a phone (insured), he insisted it was not possible to repair and pushed an upgrade. They are not actually a service store (our fault) but he then sent us to another location that was also not a service repair store. The Bridgewater location was great even though they were not set up to repair, they did get us in to contact with the appropriate people, who are repairing the issue no problem.

T-Mobile is the best place there is for cell phones cause they have the cheapest prices and the cheapest monthly charge or rate there is..they also, and i mean everyone, have a 3 day extension with no charge and i mean a 72 hour extension and they are the only ones that have this the other companies dont they just have a.bridge payment and sometimes a day grac.e period . Tried to switch from sprint to T Mobile and if I did I would have to pay more and have taxes and it would come out to 10 to 15 dollars more .so I stayed with sprint Waited in line for an hour For nothing

Was told yesterday i could get up to 4 lines of service for 125 a month and get 4 free phone got went there today to start the service and was told a whole new story that i had to have the high name brand phones to trade in needless to say t mobile is a rip off in my opinion
