Great customer service

Girl called and got all my information only for her to tell me AFTER i gave it all to her that i probably wouldnt be approved because I havent lived at my residence for over a year. She asked when i moved in as one of the forst questions, acted like it wasnt an issue, took my social security number and license number and license plate and everhthing else before saying anything. Lowkey was a little sketchy and regret giving out my information now.

I’ve been going to this same store since the 80’s and have rented to own only new items because I purchase to own. I’ve seen many managers come and go but all have been helpful and polite. I gave them five stars but only because that’s what they deserve because of their staff’s professionalism and the quality of their merchandise.

This place needs to learn what it means to have good customer service went in and paid for a bedroom suit gave all info was suppose to have my stuff shipped to our house had to call and ask why I havent gotten it the guy on phone says oh yea about that we couldnt get all info verified could you just ppich up the phone and tell us that we are taking our money elsewhere cause it seems they dont want it bad enough we wont be comming back

Horrible experience..for 7 years we had a friendly experience and recently the experience has been a nightmare..the furniture is junk and the manager is reallllllly rude
