My husband goes to Auto Zone for all parts and other things to fix the car. We dont never take our car to the Automobile Mechanics. His been working on car for years and his a pro at working on vehicles. The employees were polite and respectful. And the store was clean. And if they dont have your part they will find it at one of the other stores and have it brought to their store and usually they try to have it there same day but if they cant its always there the next day.

This is one of two places I always go for my car part needs. The last time I went in, I was welcomed and helped a lot. Even going above & beyond of what this employee had to do. I will definitely be going back and recommend you checking out this location.

Store was packed with employees right outside the entrance door smoking were they can visibly see all the customers. The guy that helped searched for my part that the computer said they had in stick but came back and said it wasnt in its spot. Sent me across town to another store and they didnt have the part so they were nice enough to call the other store and they thankfully had our part. Could have saved us gas money and time by calling ahead. Will be calling each store before we head out next time.

Employees are always great, always nice, really friendly and easy to talk too!! If one dont know the answer to what your asking they will usually find someone that does lol!!

I have never been there but I was this morning and got some wiper blades for my truck and the guy put them on for me. I didnt know how to do that so I asked if he minded to do it for me and he said he didnt mind. So I recommend this place to anyone who needs help on the fly cause this place rocks!! Needed a part at the last minute... everywhere else was closing within the hour. Online it said that this specific location had the part in stock that I needed. I called to verify before going out there to get it. They were fast and courteous and letting me know that the part was in fact in stock there. So the only real option I had, I made the trip to pick up the park

I asked this lady who was working - (I didnt catch her name btw) where a valve cap for my tire would be and she had the worst attitude in this world and was very rude about it. Was very disappointed because every other time I have been there the guys didnt mind helping me. A man even came out to my car and physically helped me put my new bulb in for my headlight.

Took three trips to get right part. Do your own research before you get there. Check your purchase before you leave the store. Got wrong part, returned it, got right part but didnt work properly, had to disassemble and return for another part that worked correctly. Way too much time spent obtaining part.

Excellent service. Found out what the part was, wasnt in stock. Was there next day, on time, as promised. Had trouble with one ordered part, they came outside and installed it for me when I got stuck doing it myself. Was simple part that didnt require tools, I lacked hand strength to snap in new part was all. Pleasant shopping experience and found some great deals while inside. No pressure, all help.Professional and great service great prices.Will definitely return.

Clearly disrespected me because of my race. Rude the whole time and sold me the wrong battery. Went back to exchange for the correct one and they had a completely different name under my number. Im guessing just in case i tried to return it with no receipt. People like you guys are the reason this world is so messed up. Definitely just lost not just my business but also friends and family.

I really this auto zone. The staff are very friendly and help out when needed. I was able to change my own tale lights with the up of a staff. I purchased the lights and handed me the ranch and gave me directions. The shop was going to charge me $50 to $100 for a $12 dollar shop. I am thankful for the staff and may God continue to bless them for their guidance and honesty especially to the struggling single mothers.

Autozone is great if you need a quick tool or part for your vehicle. One of the things I like is a technician will check your battery for you and a few other little things to see if a underlying problem is causing your vehicle to act up if its not working correctly. Decent prices but some parts arent orderable or stocked.

This AZ is my personal favorite Im 50 and will be 51 next month..i still remember comibg into this place with my dad when I was 16 and started driving..Dad said I need to learn how to care for the automobiles if Im going to be driving them at the time he had a brand new 1 ton GMC pickup that I was dying to drive but was not allowed because I was to green as he called it to drive it he paid a little over$ 4,000 dollars for the truck and 20 years later he sold it to me for 1500. And auto zone has kept that truck on the road rain or shine with their great parts and unlimited lifetime warranties.. SO IF YOU PLAN IN YOUR VEHICLE LASTING YOU A LIFETIME put it into the pros hands at auto zone they wont leave you stranded... I Love you dad ,thanks for the GMC......

They are helpful but you have to ask for help before they offer because they like to talk to each other more than helping the customers. But once you get their attention they are helpful.

Staff is always very knowledgeable of their products and very friendly. I was unsure of how to replace my windshield wipers and made a comment about it. the man that helps me choose which ones to get also came out and put them on for me.

I walked in and had 2 people helping me! I am a woman and was treated with respect if you have question they will anwers them for you. I left there feeling informed about what was wrong with my car. The other auto parts store I have been to also made ne feel like I stupid.

First off I just want to say that I will never ever be going to any autozone ever again in my lifetime. And as for this autozone I would never send my worst enemy there to get a thing the employees are horrible and very rude. Went to replace my headlight bulb which they would not help with but then I proceeded anyway but due to my big hands need to loosen a bolt but yet again they refuse to help wouldnt let me borrow a wrench in the parking lot to purchase a new one. And I know for a fact they will let you borrow a tool cuz Ive replaced alternators and starters in their dam parking lot in the past.

I went in for them to read my check engine code but the guy was disabled and wasnt about to reach under my dash to hook it up, he asked me to do it but Im not a mechanic so I said no and left. Dont advertise what your people CANT do.

Was at the checkout for 25 minutes and no associate was to be seen or heard. Finally two associates came out. One helped the two men that came in after I did the other turned around and went back to where he came from. I waited another five minutes and decided O Reilys might be in the mood to sell their products. Walked across the parking lot and in and out of O Reilys in less than two minutes. I think next time Ill go to O Reilys first.
