I went here because I got 20% off for buying online and picking up in the store. These guys who work here know absolutely nothing about cars or car parts. Ask a question and if its not something they can key into the computer to search, they dont have a clue. This place is good for buying parts when you know exactly what you need and are getting it cheaper. If you have any questions, I recommend going elsewhere.

Great place for any auto parts need. Theyll do some things for you, like battery or wiper installation. Theyve even got customer loyalty cards that you can take full advantage of the sales and special events

Rude jerks that cant look up basic parts and want to argue about warranty on parts they have sold.

Usually people greet you when you walk inside Advance Auto Parts, this time nobody greeted me nobody even acknowledge that was there until I was up at the cashier. All they did was take my money give me my change back and didnt even ask me if I found everything I was looking for. Just asked me if this was what I wanted and that was it. It was definitely one of the weirdest experiences Ive had at Advance Auto Parts. This store I will not be going back to.

Great staff and very polite. They normally have what ever you need for your car. I needed a tail light. And they ordered it for me and even called when it came in. Thats great device.
