Great experience at the Best Buy in Fairfield. I had done an online order the night before for a laptop computer. I found out after arriving in the store that the item went on sale overnight. I was graciously given a price match. Saving me 200 dollars. Thanks to your staff for the help.

Needed a new phone. Thomas was very patient and helpful. The internet service was SUPER slow and took FOREVER!!!! to access to change our phone plan. Finally Had to go to Verizon across the street to change plan and then back to best buy . You now have to take a ticket to get service when you enter the door. The new normal, I guess!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very poor customer service!!!!! Went in for a television set and waited for about twenty minutes. And not once did an employee come up to me to offer assistance and when I tried flagging an employee down he completely ignored me and walked the other way like he didnt see or heard me. Instead of helping customers your employees rather talk to each other very unprofessional!!!!

I made 2 phone calls seeking a particular phone. I was assured they were in stock, but when I arrived at the store it was not available. The person who help us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didnt buy anything, but may order it online. Unfortunately, we will eventually be unable to see anything before we buy it.

Recently needed to return 3 items and had no problems whatsoever. There were steps to follow on my best buy account with printing off return slips that the employees just had to scan and then scan the merchandise and it was done. Quick in and out process, great customer service, and will always shop at best buy for most of my electronic needs.

We bought a 55 inch tv. When I brought it home I realized the tape was broken, and the box was a bit torn up... but thought maybe that had happened in shipping. When I went through all the trouble to set it up, the left half of the display was messed up. I had to drive all the way back and exchange it. We noticed unboxing the next tv that it had protective tape, and the energy star sticker on it (which the previous tv didn’t). So, they gave me an unboxed/returned tv for full price and I might not have noticed if it wasn’t broken. They wasted my entire day, and they could’ve scammed me if the first tv wasn’t completely busted. I am not happy with that.

The greeter was nice and asked what I needed help with and directed me back to the laptop section and said someone would be right over to help me. The store was almost empty and I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come out. I would have just helped myself but I had to wait for them to go get the laptop I wanted from the back. I should have just ordered online for curbside pickup but I was debating between two different models, the salesperson was no help at all and a waste of time standing around waiting. Just do your own research and order online for the fastest and easier option.

His name is Jim I Believe Jimmy in the gate Department showed me my GoPro how to put it on my phone he did it for me so it automatically goes up loads to my phone I have no education Im computer literate in a man gave me respect and did everything for me so all I had to do was just turn on my phone and get my pictures like that I really appreciated it I told the manager Liz to about him and how he respected me and she told me that I would be getting something online so Im doing the best I can on this so thanks for everything that you guys do it best by I love you guys at are you guys are the best I go in there all all the time just to look at things and wish LOL but you guys are great people have a lot of respect always will do business there thanks for everything lots of love

Walk-in customers now need to Check-In. They are supposed to tell you when you enter. However, I entered and my husband parked, then he entered. Neither one of us were asked to Check-In. We realized about 10 minutes later that there were very few employees and went to the front to ask for help. Then we discovered we needed to Check-In. 10 After another 20 minutes waiting for help in the aisle we were in, a gentleman comes and asked what we need. The item on the shelf said it was being held in a secure location. Then, a customer walked up and picked up one off of the shelf that was not listed as the one we wanted. However, it was misplaced and was the one we wanted, the only one in the store. If we had had good customer service, we could have gotten our item and been done. They offered to see if it was in another store and for us to drive to pick it up to which we declined. Very unhappy with how they handled the situation and the lack of consistency in letting customers know how to get help when entering the store. We have purchased most of our electronic there. We wont be back.

They had what I needed and 1 of the items was actually on clearance, so I got a good price on it, but it took me forever to find them. I literally walked in circles for about 10 minutes trying to find it while several ppl that work there stood around talking. No one bothered to ask me if I needed help even after they had closed and the lights were turned down. I finally got in line at the geek squad counter, and waited, and then asked them, and they just kinda gave me a general idea of where it might be IF they had it. So I wouldnt recommend going here if you need any kind of assistance.

Ill never return to best buy again. Upon entering the store I am greeted and told if I need any help to let a representative know and theyll assist me. So I figure I would ask the door greeter right then and there. After asking about a product he brushed me off with a vague description of where the item would be. I then spent 45 minutes walking around the store with a pocket full of money. Finally I go to the phone area where theres employees are sitting and talking and laughing. After walking up to them I stood and they continued to talk without even acknowledging me. I sat and waited while they continued to talk. Finally I walked away and while I walked away shaking my head they started to laugh. I left beat buy today with over $3000 I was ready to spend with the company. Not a single representative asked me if I needed help, even when I went searching for help I couldnt get it. Best buy didnt only lose out on those $3000 in sales today, they also missed out on a customer. Ill take my businesses elsewhere.

Shopping at Best Buy has really gone down hill. There are very few employees in the store any more and those that are there dont know anything and cant answer questions. Dont even get me started about having to have your name on a list to get lucky enough to talk to someone! Infuriating. Everything is also either out of stock or so over-priced, it makes you leave the store shaking your head wondering what the heck happened to a once great store. So sad. I wont be shopping there again.

*****read before buying appliance*****Purchased brand new sampsung washer dryer combo... set cost me over $2,300. Took 6 days to get it shipped. Shipped wrong dryer, and the right washer. Installers forgot to take shipping bolts out of washer and ruined it the motor. After calling Best Buy to get help they told me for 2 days straight they couldn’t do anything because “my work order wasn’t showing completed on Best Buy end”. After countless hours of arguing on the phone I got one rep who tried to help and put in an order for a replacement. She stated it was going to take additional 4 days to get to me. At this point I had to take what I could get. Later that day went to the store to see if I could get an earlier delivery date (been 2 weeks w/o laundry at this point). While speaking to the store manager I realized very quickly he didn’t want to be helping me. Treated me like I was a huge thorn in his side. He also told me that the countless hours I spent on the phone arguing with Best Buy on locking in my new shipping date was a waste... that order never actually got placed. He then proceeded to put in the order for a replacement and as luck would have the next delivery date was additional 3 days past what I was previously promised.At the end of the day Best Buy solution was to put $99 back on my debit card and mail me a $100 Best Buy gift card (of course that never came).

I checked online to see if they had a wiring harness for my car and it said that they had in stock so I drove there to pick it up. When I got there I had to wait 30 minutes or a little more before someone finally helped me and then they still didnt have it in stock. They didnt even ask if I wanted them to order it for me so I probably wont be going there any time soon to purchase anything.
