Needed a headlight. The cashier Cole H just grabs the most expensive one. I couldnt get the new bulb in. Asked if he could give me a hand and he refused. Ive never had that problem. Other employees help me without even asking. Very disappointed in my experience today.

I come here to buy stuff for my car. The staff is always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They always greet you when you walk in and ask what you need help with. If you aren’t sure the exact model of a part they will happily look it up for you. They will also offer advice if you aren’t sure what to buy. Once you check out they are always happy to help you install what you purchased. I was there last week and it was no different. It was an easy and positive experience. I had some speed bucks credits that I was trying to use to stock up on things I keep in the garage. The gentleman told me I can use as many as I want but each credit needs to be used in a separate transaction. No one told me that before so I was thrilled that I could buy everything I needed that day. Great customer service!
