Employees are great. Newer guy on the register, Matt, very personable and pleasant. In and out in about 45 minutes, even though I didnt go til afternoon.

Got an inspection here, never again. Whoever put my wheels back on didn’t screw one of the screws in correctly which resulted in me having to get it fixed for 200$ somewhere else. Why work at an auto center if you can’t manage to do that correctly?

I WILL NEVER GO BACK . THERE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went for a oil change also I asked for them to put air in my tires and check the battery, also the regular things they supposed to check. So I payed for the service , I also payed for a vent on the oil they said I needed. I get in my truck. My tire lights were still on . I looked at my front tire that was obviously low before .Still obviously low. They put NO AIR IN MY TIRES. I had to go back inside and wait another 20 min just to be seen. Just for them to put air in my tires like they were already supposed to do the first time SMH. Mind you this was marked on my receipt that it was done. IT WAS NOT! SO IF THEY LIED ABOUT THAT ! WHAT ELSE DID THEY LIE ABOUT??!!!

I ordered 4 tires online from Walmart and had them put on the rims and added to my vehicle. The mechanjc did an excellent job, the whole process took around 45 mins. I will definitely be using Walmart auto care center again.

Terrible.. Stay Away...They caused a Leak in my windshield washer fluid System and Scratched the paint on my front Fender.I took it back, the manager told me they had nothing to do with it.. its just a coincidence it happened after they did the Oil change

Tried to call the tire center two days in a row told on and then was disconnected call back no answer so I went to Fox tire

They checked everything on my BF car just for getting an oil change ☺️ very happy customer 🙂!!!

Too many Chinese products

I had a set of brand new tires mounted here. Two out of the four leaked right away. Took them to a reputable tire shop. They said the rims weren’t cleaned well enough. And or the bead wasn’t good. They re-mounted the tires. No issues.A year later I decide to give them another try on the wife’s car. I mean it’s just mounting tires. Not rebuilding an engine here. And three out of the four brand new tires leak. Two very small leaks. And one tires losing 15lbs a week.I get it. You get what you pay for. But geez. If a tire shop can’t even mount tires correctly. That’s pretty bad. My fault for trying them a second time. Never again. Pay a little more and take it to a reputable shop.

Had my oil changed there and 2300 miles later my engine light came on. I checked under my hood and the oil cap had not been put back on and oil had splashed everywhere. I called and reported it and wanted an oil change and they merely said I had no proof that they left it off. Corporate said someone would call me but no one ever did. Through with them!

Walmart will not replace just 2 tires on an AWD vehicle even if you buy them from them. Had they made that apparent on their site, I would have had them just delivered to my home or ordered them from somewhere else. Even the mechanic at their own store/shop said there was no mechanical reason why they cant replace tires on just the rear axle. Nice money grab Walmart.Monro happily did the job for me.

First of all I ordered tires online and got the wrong ones. So when I went to get them on, they said they dont have the ones I wanted in the size I need. Ill have to buy other ones, which were $40.00 more per tire.Ive been here for almost 4 hours waiting for them to be put on. They said 2 hours. Nothing like trying to keep a 3 year old calm for this long. Im about to hang myself. Heres a plan, how bout work on the peoples vehicle who in the store first. Or have more workers staffed. My advise, pay the extra money and go somewhere else. Plus I think the guy working the desk is on drugs. Hes never at the desk and hes def on something.

Purchased replacement bulb for headlight on Friday afternoon and was advised that the auto care center was capable of changing it out on our vehicle. Returned Saturday morning around 10am - associate was clearly not familiar with department, only able to tell me that there were two cars ahead of me but not an approximate wait time and would not schedule an appointment. My family had other errands to run so I returned for a third time about 4 hours later only to be told that they would refuse to replace the headlight in my vehicle at all!Unprofessional, ignorant and irritating. NEVER AGAIN will I consider Wal-Marts auto department for any service.

They were helpful but it is appointment only no walk in because u will be there for 6 to 7 hours for walk in

Was third in line for an oil change, first thing on a Sunday. Waited 20 minutes past opening for an associate to arrive to the counter. Waited another hour before they brought my car into the bay. Waited another hour to get my car back. My oil change is literally a 5 minute job if done myself. Will continue to do my own oil changes after this.

If you have any service work done at this location make sure you have nothing inside the vehicle the service department stole my owners manual. Obviously they needed it more than me since they had no idea how to install a vehicle battery.

Absolutely horrible. I dont know if the qualifications for this place is to be mentally disabled and have no IQ but they are awful. I wouldnt let them even look at my car let alone touch it. BE WARNED. DONT COME HERE FOR AUTO WORK.

Theyve done a fine job with the tires Ive given them. Theyre not too good about calling you to tell you when your stuff is ready, however. When I ordered online and had a tire sent there it had been sitting in the store for a couple days before I got impatient and called to see if it was there(the email I got from Walmart said they would call when it gets there). And then I just had them fix a flat on my tire(quoted 2 1/2 hours) and it had already been 3 1/2 hours so I got impatient and decided to call and check and it had been done for a while. Just make sure you call to check when theyre ready because they could be done and you could be waiting for nothing.

Was here at 7am on a Sunday, they were not here yet... finally at 7:15 was told an hour and a half wait for an oil change, I was the second person here.. apparently someone called off. I am still sitting here 1 hr and 15min later and my car hasn’t even gone in yet. Man at counter, seems like a manager.. no customer service skills at all, doesn’t even look at person in the eyes... quite disappointed with my service...

Went in with an auto battery that I bought a couple of years ago - they tested it, found it to be bad, and replaced it for free - no hassle, excellent service. Great experience!

Got all 4 tire replacement, they are VERY busy 5 hour wait. But the service was great and staff was friendly.

When I arrived they immediately pulled my car onto the bay. After an hour and a half the mechanic notifiied me they did not have the filter in stock to change my oil. When I asked why I wasnt not informed earlier he responded, We went on break. They showed a complete lack of professionalism and the worst customer service experience ever.

I waited 2 hrs (from the time the car went in) for mounting and balancing of 4 tires... 1/2 hr for each tire? Come on... Take the old ones off, put the new tires on, balance and remount... usually takes 10 mins a tire, tops... How did these retards tack on another 1hr and 20 mins... Take a break after you do the work chumps! No excuse for it! Terrible, pack a lunch if you get tires and hope you are the only customer there........

Shouldnt even give them one star was second person in line for tires opens at 700 got waited on at 722am walked around the store for 3 hrs never got a call went to the back car is done went to pay for it and the person taking the customers orders said he had no one to ring me up waited another 32 minutes finally had to go in garage and ask someone to finally ring me up....they told me I would have to wait. ..Ive already been waiting 3 in a half hours!!! By the time I got back to register the person was there ....no smile no thank you no sorry no nothing! I didnt catch his name.....I could see if they were really busy but my car was sitting out there for a half and hour before I even asked about it!!!......Not the kid taking the customers orders ( his name was Shawn) fault he said he couldnt ring me up I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for tires!

The people who work this particular shop are very friendly and very very helpful. My go-to place for all services.

Counter was very friendly and helpful, service was a little slow. Sad that employees want to screw around and dont realize that if that service isnt profitable, Walmart could pull the plug and then they have no job.

I was told it was going to be a couple hours until my car gets in for full tire replacement. That was four hours ago. They pulled the car in an hour ago now and still no word. Ill pay the extra $100 anywhere else and save my time.

Every time i go there. they are short handed, act irritated, and its always a 2 or more hour wait. i worked for tire lube garages and it does not take that long to turn cars.
