This used to be Sharret. My family has been dealing with them since the early 80s. My father purchased several vehicles from them and they were always great vehicles. Any accidents were always repaired to perfection. I myself, have had four no fault accidents and theyve always treated me the same as my parents. Im always very pleased with the work and with the experience. I highly recommend what is now, Sheehy Collison Center. A family you can trust!!

The staff were very rude in the bodyshop, they also said my car would be ready Friday, and ended up getting it back 2 weeks later. 1 and 1/2 months after getting the car back the paint started peeling. Another bodyshop said that Sheehy didn’t use the right products before painting and did a poor job. $2600 later I paid to have it fixed. Sheehy wouldn’t fix it . Body shop manager is a disgusting human being

So I dropped my car off on a Wednesday night for Thursday morning. I was told it would be done Friday on Friday morning I was called and told they couldnt start til Monday. Got my car back for the weekend dropped it off at 8 on Monday told it would be done Tuesday on Tuesday they said they had to order a bracket that wouldnt be in til Thursday on Thursday at 2 they told me it would be done at 2:45 I showed up at 2:40 and received a phone call as I pulled up that the bumper had not been painted yet and that she had called to leave me a message but called someone elses phone instead. I dont believe anyone here has any clue what they are doing why did it take 4 days to do a 2 day job when we were not waiting for parts 🤔

Early in December I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer in a 2019 Kia Stinger with less than 10,000 miles. The front end and the mechanical systems in the nose of the car were trashed. She told me the anticipated repair date and the quality I could expect.Amanda Smith, the production manager kept the job on track ensuring a quality repair in a reasonable time. For the mechanical repairs Kenny Welty returned the car to pristine condition. John Embley, the paint technician, did a beautiful paint match. It was a difficult match because of the metallic flake in the pigment. No computer could make an exact match.At Sheehy Collision Center you get an experienced team of honest people to restore your car to original condition in a timely manner. When I picked up the car it looked like new. Im glad I chose Sheehy Collision.

Sheehy Collision is a friendly yet professional company. They estimated two weeks for my repair after a deer and I had an altercation. Sheehy had it finished in just one week and it looks great! Unfortunately Ive been to Sharrett Collision on several occasions with my vehicles. I have always been treated extremely fair by Alan and the whole crew there. My vehicles were repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. No complaints and I highly recommend their services.

My car was taken on a Monday and was informed it would be ready Friday. On Wednesday afternoon I am told it will not be ready until Monday because a new door had to ordered. Obviously no one looked at my car on Monday or Tuesday. I heard nothing on Monday, left voicemail around 2:00. The place closes at 5 plus I had to return my rental car. A instinct had me go to Sharrett before Hertz, glad I did since my car still was not ready. I had driven 30 minutes for nothing. Kristy said she had been to busy to call me. The people are polite but the service is lousy. Unfortunately I am at there mercy. The only saving grace is the accident was not my fault so I am not paying for the now 4 days extra for the rental car.

I love that they have a play area for children and snacks to keep hangry at bay. Took SUV in for damage front hit and run it took about 2 months.When I got it back I realized that the defroster in air-conditioning didn’t work so it’s been about three months now of me fighting them to fix it it worked when I took it in but didn’t work after I got it back and I didn’t appreciate them scanning my phone calls

They repaired damage to my front fender and trunk after a collision with five vehicles involved. After I took it home, the trunk started leaking and wouldnt pop open. Returned some time later and problem was resolved. No extra changes and lent me a loaner car for a few days. Nice!

I took my car into the Sharrett Collision center for some minor bodywork, since they were recommended by my insurance company. That was a mistake. First of all, the body shop called and tried to charge me almost $300 for a repair that was not related to the accident I had. After explaining that to my insurance company and thinking it was resolved I went to pick up my car the next night. The car went in clean and came out filthy. Ive never seen an car come out of body shop and be so dirty. It was covered with dust inside and out. When you slap the seats, the dust rises up like you are in an old deserted house. Obviously, there was not any care put into taping off the interior to keep it clean. As we got ready to leave, some guy came out and felt the need to mention not once, but two times, how I had received free repairs. I ignored him because after all, bad customer service is becoming standard and as Ron White says, You cant fix stupid!. The next morning while giving my car a much needed washing, I discovered several more problems. Besides the dust, there were dark, tar like gunk spots in several places that took extra scrubbing to remove. Not sure what they were, but they should not have been left on the car. There is primer over spray and spots in the door jamb and several spots with dirt under the paint. But the biggest problem is damage to my instrument cluster. There are several large scratch in in the display panel that were not there before. I presume they were were done when they were making the unauthorized repair. So, not only did they cover my interior with dust and damage my car, they couldnt even achieve a dirt free paint job. And to top it all off, some of the their employees dont understand how to interact with customers. Ive got an appointment to see what can be done about the above issues. Hopefully, the will make it right. However, customers should not have to hope their cars will be fixed right the fist time.

The people here are great. While I was driving to Michigan, I ran over a heavy trailer canopy. It destroyed the engine protection cove and ripped off the plastic mud cover on the front driver side. Looked at an “As Is” 2005 Red Subaru Impreza that I was told was going to auction on a Tuesday and that if I wanted it I needed to purchase from them soon. My husband inspected the vehicle and found that was leaking antifreeze. He requested that they raise the vehicle so he could examine underneath, to be sure that it was just the hose like the salesman suggested. After further examination my husband found it was leaking both antifreeze and oil. We indicated that they would have to drastically come down on the price due to the fact that we would have to replace the motor. They refused and said they would sell it in the auction. Well the red 2005 Subaru sits in the parking lot with a for sale sign on it of $5900.00 with a possible blown head gasket. Please check out the cars there thoroughly or you could end up with a big repair expense. We also offered them another amount on a Toyota but they refused they stated they would sell that in the auction. 2 days later they call and leave a message stating that the vehicle is still available, they received an offer at the auction for $200 more than what I was willing to pay, but $ 200 less than what they wanted and yet they still called me back to see if I wanted it !!! Just had our honda odyssey front end repaired. What an A+ quality job! Paint is blended together perfectly and just looks like they took pride in thier work. That being said they gave it a full wash detail and vacuumed the entire inside. My wife and i were laughing because we didnt think it was our van at first. Absolutely recommend to anyone who would need some body work done. Thanks again!!

They got it done right but it took longer than they estimated

I unfortunately had to take my 8 day old Mazda to the Sharrett Collision Center after my wife backed into it in the driveway (oh happy times...). The front grill had been damaged but the bodywork seemed like it was fine. I was extremely pleased and surprised that when Greg (Gilbert) did the assessment he found that only one piece was broken and that I could purchase it for a few dollars and install myself. While he still gave me a quote for replacing the entire grill, I am very grateful that his honesty allowed me to save some money on what would have been unnecessary repairs.Ill definitely be bringing my car back to the Collision Center the next time my wife damages a car (sadly not rare occurence) and Ill be happy to take my Mazda for its regular maintenance to Sharretts if this is the quality of character for the people they employ.

NEVER EVER expect good service here if you are a female. I went in expecting great service from reading the reviews to be only let down. I had to get two different things fixed on my car so I went in and gave Greg Gilbert my paperwork and got brushed off. I knew I had two separate claims and he didnt listen or collect all the right paperwork, so after two weeks of my car being in their shop I went to go pick it up seeing as it was finally ready after the date already having been pushed back twice. When I finally got to see my car they hadnt repaired all the damage because not all of the estimates were collected. When I told them they didnt fix everything that the car was in for it was some sort of mind boggling mystery as to how it wasnt all fixed. I had to go back to the paperwork that had been handed back to me to show that I had the second estimate that it was just looked over. So now my car will be staying in the shop for yet another week all because I am a female and what I had to say was overlooked. Even when I told him he didnt get all the paper work, he said he had it all and that was all he needed and I cold take the rest of the paperwork with me. I just love that my car will have been in the shop for a whole month while Im making payments on a car that isnt even in my possession.

I did alot of research looking for a great autobody shop and after a Foggy night encounter and a deer on I70 with my Roush Mustang. I wanted the car restored properly and Alan and the technical staff at Sharrett did an amazing job, due to some parts being a Roush part they even supplied a free loaner when the insurance rental coverage ended. Sharrett Collision Center did a very nice job on my Honda Odyssey after hitting a deer. They towed the vehicle from my house and had the damage repaired in a short amount of time. When a check engine light came on shorty after pickup, they towed the van a second time from my home and checked everything out. Overall, a very good experience.
