I bought a washer and dryer from this business about a year ago. Within a few days, the washing machine began to show an error code. They didnt even try to fix it, replaced it with a non-matching washing machine. Now, the dryer is broke! It appears that this company does not take pride in their appliances and sells items that are already broke or nearly broke. I would not recommend this business, look elsewhere.

Very dishonest people! Said they warranty their product but will not answer calls or return calls. Block your number too! Bought a freezer and does not cool at all! Bought a dryer from them & it is faulty. They NEVER answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails. When you walk in the store, which is a mess btw, no one even acknowledges you I guess until they feel like it. They will keep walking by you & not even greet you until you say something & even then they may ignore you for a while. I shouldve paid attention to the initial red flags. Do yourself a favor & look elsewhere.

I bought a new washer and dryer from them a couple months ago and shortly after the washer started showing error codes. Tried to call multiple times which isnt a actual business phone number its its a google voice number that no one answers so had to go into the store to talk to someone. She agreed to send us a replacement and pick ours up to be looked at. The replacement they gave was EXTREMELY loud and shook the whole floor. After awhile of trying to get ahold of them to check the status of our washer we were told that it was too much money to fix . She said she would send pictures of other washers to choose from. We called multiple times to remind her to send pictures which took days for her to do. We agreed on one which wasnt as nice as the one we paid for and the first load of laundry we did it doesnt run through a whole cycle! 3 washers later And my problem isnt resolved!! DO NOT bother with this place its a huge run around

If you look closely and pay attention between this page and their Facebook page in the shop you notice that most if not all of their five star reviews are employees or relatives of employees. This place is not only terrible in one thing but many things. The shop smells and is very dirty along with the products being sold. The customer service is awful prices are made up on the spot and there is little to no communication. stole money from me.Be sure to check the BBB reviews. Not a single positive one. Multiple cases opened in a short span.

If I could give no stars I would..Very nice people at first. Decent looking products except there appliances come with friends... roaches oven was infested with them. Said they would make it right, however only wanted to exchange it for another. I dont want another.. If one has roaches more than likely they all have them. The owners so called brother said him self he goes to Walmart after being at work and his bags have roaches in them.. thats cause there in your building. so by all means if you like friends in ur home go buy from them. Shady company. Shady people... they have a roach nests in the appliances! Poor service beware

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! This is 100% the WORST place of business I have ever encountered. Please save yourself and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT First impression is great if you want a good deal. But make sure to spend lots of time there talking with different employees. They make up numbers on the spot and have terrible communication. We found a fridge posted on Facebook marketplace for one price and were told a much higher price when we went in. We wanted to take it home that night but they have to “check the ice maker” but was told we could pick it up the next day. We drive 49 minutes down there and no one has any idea about what was going on with our fridge we purchased. Their excuse was the man who bought us the fridge was sick. Again no biggie they said it would be delivered the next day. Ok cool. We waited all day, no phone call no nothing. We tried to call multiple times and no one would answer or call back. It took us threatening to call the police for someone to call us back. We again are told our fridge would be delivered that following Wednesday (5 days later). On that day we again wait around allll day. Still no fridge. Still ZERO COMMUNICATION. Two more day’s go by and we FINALLY have a fridge. Fast forward 5 weeks and The fridge compressor broke. Tried to call again. NO RETURN phone call. The absolute worst!

We traveled to get a refrigerator that we were told was in excellent condition. When we saw the pictures, there was a piece laying in the freezer and we asked if it was broke and were told it wasnt. We also asked if the ice maker worked and were told it did. We went to pick it up...there were multiple guys just standing around doing nothing. They didnt have it hooked up for us to test it. We get it home to find the piece was broke in the freezer. One of the drawers in the fridge was missing a side rail and the ice maker did not work. I contacted them and was told to send pictures of the pieces we needed and they would either order them or see if they have any in their store and that someone would come out to fix the ice maker. The appointment was scheduled and of course no one showed up. So I called the owner, he said he would bring us a different fridge just like the one we bought but everything working on it. We continued to play phone tag and he kept changing what day he said he would come and eventually we decided we were done with the games. We even offered to bring them the fridge and get our money back and we wouldnt give them a bad review or anything but the owner insisted on making things right. He kept making promises but never came through with a single one. He always put the blame on us and never once apologized for any of this happening. This place is a joke! Their customer service sucks and now they are just ignoring us! I will never recommend this place to anyone!

We LOVE our LG French Door refrigerator! They delivered it and took our old one down to the garage for us, which we really appreciated. We had a few problems, but Danny and Lenny, very nice professional men, took care of everything and it’s working perfectly... I purchased a refrigerator on Wednesday, March 4th and scheduled it to be delivered to my home the following day, Thursday March 5th between the hours of 11am-1pm. No one showed up during this window. I called, and called, and called and no one answered until 6 pm. During that phone call, the individual stated they were behind and that they could deliver that night. I told them that I had a sleeping infant at home and that would not be possible. They agreed to deliver the following day between the hours of 11-1. I made it very clear that I needed them to be one time due to my infants nap schedule. Again, no one showed up. I tried to call and call and call again with no answer. I became concerned that this business was fraudulent. I filed a complaint with my bank regarding the charge, but continued to try to contact the company to remedy the situation directly. I didnt get ahold of anyone until Saturday, March 7th. The man that answered stated that the business was closed (despite their business hours listed online showing otherwise) and that he would contact me Monday. I advised that I needed to be contacted Monday with a remedy or I would escalate the situation with my bank. He agreed. Monday, I received no call. Today is now March 10th, and I called and called and called and finally got a hold of someone who stated that they would return my charge with a 20% restocking fee. I advised that I would not accept paying that fee and that I felt as if this was again, fraudulent and poor business practice. I cannot verify that the fridge ever left the store en route to my home. The man became extremely rude and aggressive over the phone. I have now since escalated the issue with my bank, I have filed a complaint with the FTC for poor business, and have contacted my lawyer as the man stated he was also getting a lawyer. I DO NOT ADVISE PURCHASING FROM THIS BUSINESS. You risk losing not only the product entirely but as well as an additional 20% lost to restocking fees if they do not hold up their end of the deal of delivering your product. I will continue to escalate this issue until I have received my refund in full. I would give this company zero stars if possible.

Came at 715 and the open sign was on the door, tried to go in and the door was locked. So I went back to my car and called and nobody answered the phone but 2 mins later a guy pulled up and knocked on the door and they opened it. If youre closed put the closed sign up or at least change your hours. Thats no way to do business.

Worst company Ive dealt with in a long time!They sold me a lemon of a used refrigerator with a bogus 30 warranty. Needless to say, after many attempts they finally sent a repair man to check it out. Refilled with Free-on, lasted a week!Now they wont even return my calls or texts, very disappointed. I run a business, had to buy a new one ASAP thanks to their negligence.

At first we were a little skeptical buying new appliances from a Facebook market place posting. However, once we arrived at the store location Brenda (the sales person) eased our concerns.She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. We bought a three piece GE Cafe Series kitchen appliance combo. All appear to be in great condition. Our fridge even comes with a built in Kuereg!Well definitely be back.

Made an appointment for someone to look at my washer. The guy should have been at my place between 12 and 2, got a call after 5pm, said hed be here in 45 minutes, no one ever showed up. Not a place I would recommend at all.

RUN!!! THEY SELL JUNK!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! CROOKED BUSINESS THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!We drove 30 miles to pick an used Refrigerator up it has a 90 Day warranty in which we were told and was even put on our invoice with no other disclosures . Upon getting home and plugging in and giving it 24 hours. We find out this Refrigerator does not work , ice maker does not work, freezer does not freeze. I called yesterday and was told I would be called back in ten minutes never got a call back. My husband called later that evening and they set up a service appointment for the next day from 4-6. We get a call today and were informed that since we did not have it delivered we would have to bring it back. That was never disclosed to us upon signing our receipt nor was it disclosed to us when we had called the previous day and set up a service appointment!!! When confronted with it not being disclosed to us that we would have to transport it back for the 90 day warranty, we were then accused of damaging it when we transported and installed it! The owner of this company himself loaded the refrigerator and tied it down on our vehicle, it was wrapped in blankets!! I may also add if you have a home warranty this place is subcontracted out to fix a lot of appliance problems, I would make sure these people are not the ones sent to your home!!!!!

After going to every used appliance store from Waynesboro to Chambersburg and finding nothing of acceptable quality, we finally gave in and ordered new appliances from Lowes, only to find that they couldnt deliver for two months! Fortunately, we found nearly the exact same washer and dryer USED on a Facebook Marketplace listing, and for half the price, AND with next day delivery. It all seemed too good to be true, but I went down to Hagerstown yesterday, and theyre for real, and they delivered and installed (to the third floor!) our appliances this morning. I wish all of our big ticket shopping could be so quick, easy, and affordable.

A freezer was advertised on Facebook yard sale for $150 as a Christmas sale. I contacted the woman who posted it on Christmas eve. My husband and I didnt feel comfortable purchasing over the phone so I asked if it could be held till after Christmas. She said she couldnt but that the price could be held till Thursday. I told her that was plenty of time. On Christmas I confirmed with her that my husband and father were coming up the next day (tuesday) to purchase and pick up the freezer. She said that was fine. After 12pm on tuesday I received a message from the woman stating that her manager was not willing to hold the price and that the regular price was $190. I expressed my frustration to her letting her know that this was something that should have been discussed before hand, since my husband was already on his way to the shop (we live over an hour away). The woman tried to negotiate with me saying that her manager was willing to drop it to $175. I told her that since the manager was not willing to keep the original agreement of price that we would shop else where. Unfortunately my husband was already in their parking lot by the time I was able to get a hold of him so a lot of his time and gas was wasted on a shop that at best offered false advertising and at worst flat out lied to me. I would not recommend this shop to a friend.

We spent $603 for a fridge transformes into a freezer that has never worked as a freezer. Appliances are not being checked before they are sold. AWFUL customer service !!!! I wish I could leave ZERO STAR !!!

I asked to buy a compact dryer.the owner assured me he could convert a standard size dryer to work for my outlet..it took a week to deliver after i paied for one day..of course the dryer did not work it almost cought fire and blew my outlets!when i asked for refund he told me n my husband it was not his problem..the manager ignoref our calls for weeks..im out 180$ and stuck with a dryer i can not use..im looking to take him to court..he could have just refunded my money .smh he scamed me
