Decimated stock levels, staff on the floor hard to find (was only after I had completed a full lap of the store trying to find a specific item did a staff member appear), all the registers being closed and having to wait in line at the customer service desk for more non-existent staff to show up... (See photo).. really cant blame people for ordering from Amazon. Lower prices, better selection and next day delivery on most items, the death of retail continues...

We upgraded my cell phone at Best buy in March 2021. I had a few bad experiences with sales people who didnt understand that customers come first. The sales representative that I encountered upon my next visit was very informed and gracious. Not crazy about the place.

Kristofer in the cellphone department is a 10 star employee. My phone started working very weirdly and my emails were messed up. Two Verizon stores couldnt help me.Kristofer spent a lot of time himself trying to figure it out.We eventually did. Do to his kindness and professionalism Ive decided Best Buy is my best option on price and most importantly service. Hagerstown store.

Went in planning to spend $1200 on a new iPhone, but there was only one person behind the desk, when I arrived he called for assistance as he was busy, when the assistant showed up, he started adding people to “queue”, but the first guy was to take care of them. Well, the first guy left and after 30 minutes of waiting, I had to run for another appointment. I won’t be going back.

Only thing good at shopping at best buy is being able to make easier physical returns. Always price match with online. Never buy an appliance their warranty system is a hot mess.

Caleb was OUTSTANDING Performance! Looking to purchase a 77 inch LG TV, NO ONE approached me in a blue shirt! They all walked past me like I didnt even matter. But NOT Caleb! He walked up and we talked-about TV selections. He was very knowledgeable and the ONLY reason I would buy from this Bestbuy is because of Caleb!!! Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars with Bestbuy in their Germantown location, that when in the store the manager sends me 1 salesman/woman to assist me in all my purchases. I drop my Amex BLACK CARD and the management makes sure everything goes smoothly.Caleb, you are definitely a 🌟 ! Keep up the outstanding work. Bestbuy hopefully you guys will get your stock correct soon, thats the only reason I didnt pick up the 77 inch OLED LG C1 TV.

This place has does a good job with my phone upgrades. Just grabbed an online order and was in and out. I believe I have only had a problem twice dealing with the ridiculousness of Geek Squad insurance policies but that is about it.

I feel like the money I paid the Geek Squad was like putting money down a rathole. I had two questions: #1. We dont fix the printer we sold you. Try Staples, or call Epson. #2. We dont fix TVs. Try 4 State Electronics on Leitersburg Pike. I Googled it, and it may be a PO box or may not exist at all. The Geek Squad rep was successful in making me go away so I was no longer his problem.

Nobody working checkout they expect you to wait in line with customer returns and complaints just to checkout. Stood in line for 15 minutes before being helped. Workers on floor however are very helpful. Fire management in this store it is hurting you.

I spent 1k on a gaming laptop that they assured me was the best one in the store and could run high demanding games like warzone, cyberpunk 2077, etc. They lied and I dont like liars. I give them a generous 1 star because thats the least amount I can leave. Never doing business their ever again!!!!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. An item that did not work right out of the box, I received as a gift, was 3 days past their miserable 15 return period and they wouldn’t replace. Avoid this place.

Way understaffed. No one was available to answer questions and there was only one associate checking people out. She was very sweet, but there was a huge line and I could tell she was overwhelmed.

Always have the electronics that are of quality of course, but I havent been for along while.

They dont answer phone calls. Once went to get my order threw crubside pick up and sat outside for 20 mins before getting out my car and going inside to get my order. And the whole purpose of doing the curbside pickup was to not take my children out in the rain to get my order but I did anyways because nobody answered.

I went around 2pm on a Tuesday and a majority of the shelves were empty. Many displays didnt have prices for the products they were promoting. Went in to look at home theater systems and walked out with nothing. The gaming aisles were wiped out. The staff was friendly and I was approached a few times for assistance, but the store looked more like an Ollies than a Best Buy.

Went to another store from here and got exactly what I needed and at a fair price. Might return.

They’re so helpful that’s sort of annoying. I look at one time and an employee begins to follow me around bothering me. No, if I wanted help I would ask.

Had what I needed was only offed help 8 times in 5 minutes. Could get five stars if I didnt have to talk to your salesman at all. If a customer needs help let them find you its pretty easy.

I’m very frustrated with the way Geek squad agent handled things. The guy told me I had to reschedule my appointment because I am late even though I explained to him that I’ve driven over half an hour to be there. I understand that I was late, but they could’ve handled things better and see me after the next person. He mentioned that they were busy and other people were in line waiting but that wasn’t the case. It’s a complete waist of time and money given how far I live from this Best Buy. I little bit of understanding is all we ask for.

Bought a $900 TV from this location only to come home and open the box and it be broken . Store associate helped load it, it never fell over, never got knocked down, never hit it off walls or anything box and contents still completely in tact 100% . Want to make a exchange or get my back a sales manager refuses my return, even though I had my receipt and purchased said tv not even 24 hours before. Asked for ASM and GM neither of which were present . Asked for contact information for DM and RM was told I had had to call 1888bestbuy called 4x to be told that I formation is at store level they dont have that

Best Buy is a good store for electronics but the prices are crazy high. The sales are occasionally pretty good and thats the only time youll get a reasonable price in this store. They do have the Geek Squad to repair broken items you may have. The store is always very clean and fully stocked.

Sold my daughter a TV with concealed damage. Would not honor return/exchange policy om a $258 TV because Sebastian said the box didnt look damaged enough. I will neve use the Hagerstown location again!!!! Best Buy corporate office did right by my daughter and sent her a prepaid return shipping and refunded her money. I went in with my children ages 9 and 8 years old, and my 1 month baby looking for a new laptop and some headphones for my job as a radio DJ. I wasnt sure exactly what I needed and younger gentleman named Mark who was in the computer department helped me find everything I was looking for. He was very patient with my children, who ask ALOT of questions and helped me get into a computer that satisfied all of my needs even some I didnt know I had. I am very happy with my purchase and feel as though I understand the purchase that I made.

We were at this Best Buy twice in two weeks to purchase cell phones. Both times we were helped by an employee named Kenny. We cant say enough great things about this young person. He is what an ideal employee working today should be! Kind, courteous, and he went way beyond duty to help us. He saved us alot of money and gave us his unlimited attention. If it were possible, Kenny should be cloned and sent to all the Best Buys!

Nothing we can do, make an appointment.. No reason at all they couldnt have said sure well take it and call you when we know what it needs! Possible cancelation of my Best Buy card coming soon.
