They seem to have good offers going on due to labor day. I visited the store today to get a quote for a complete inspection and due to the nature of my visit he mentioned I had to pay $75 for half an hour of diagnostic labor. I politely declined.

The technician got my alignment perfect and got the work done quickly. The service advisor was also great and didnt try to upsell me on useless extras. Id recommend this location.

These guys have been great every time I have gone there. Appointments can be made online and they are really low pressure and reasonably priced.

The customer service is horrible they take advantage and the prices are to high. And the wait is really long even if you only go for something quick. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AND HELP THIS SCAM.

My car was supposed to be ready at 12:30 and it ended up being a 1/2 hour later. No big deal, I didnt even care. They comped the entire service. Free!!! They said we didnt meet your expectations. I tried to pay, she wouldnt hear of it. Amazing!

Made an appointment over the phone on Friday, July 16th for Saturday, July 17th. I asked if they could do a 1:30pm, but the employee said they only do top of the hour appointments for alignments. I was a little hesitant and indecisive on whether I wanted 1pm or 2pm, but ultimately decided on 2pm. I brought my car in on Saturday, July 17th at 2pm. Turns out, the employee on the phone booked me for 1pm, even though I clearly recall asking for 2pm, based on the fact that I knew for sure I could not have made 1pm. I was a little upset because Ruben, who was taking care of me and my car this visit,told me the next opening was at 4pm. I took it anyways hoping it would get done earlier. Fast forward to 4:16pm, I get a call from Ruben saying my car is done. By now, I wasn’t prepared to receive my car until 5pm, the originally planned time of completion, and have started doing something that wouldn’t allow me to finish until 6pm. I wrongfully thought that this location was opened until 7pm, when in reality, this location closes at 6pm on a Saturday. I get another call at 6:03pm saying that they were closing in 15 minutes and if I don’t pick it up, I won’t get the car until tomorrow 8am. I call Ruben back and tell him I am on my way. I arrive at Firestone at 6:15pm and Ruben was there ready for me to receive my car. With the exception of the miscommunication over the phone, excellent service. The alignment was the best alignment performed on my car thus far, according to the results sheet that was provided to me. Definitely recommend.

We love this Firestone. We live closer to a different one up in Wisconsin, but we found the level of service and interest in helping to be worth the extra drive.

I am from Sun Prairie WI and was traveling to see a friend and Reuben was so nice and helpful! He drove 45 minutes to pick up tires for my car when they didn’t have them in stock and really helped me out. I had my husky with me and all of the staff were very nice! Highly recommend this place :)

I took my car here because the dealership told me I needed a front alignment (the car, not me). I brought my car here because they were $30 cheaper than the “special” price the dealer had. It turns out the alignment was fine. They were honest about it and didn’t charge me anything. I have taken all of my cars here and had nothing but great service and quality work.

First i went to see this place. I wanted some ideas on how much things may cost. Walk in to office area its clean & organized. The staff here is caring,detailed & positive in their jobs. That was one of the best part. Even better was Ruben , Nina & other staff.People are respectful & will work with u to solve the problem. Firestone knocks it out of the park

I drive in from MD. Had an Enterprise Cadillac rental. Encountered a failing tire. Several air refills but got to destination. Local police pointed out this shop for tire repair. Met Rich, Nina and Ruben. They were grrreat. Contacted Enterprise to get necessary approvals, put donut tire on to accommodate my local travel while here. Ordered proper tire and it was back on the car before 10 AM next day. Not only was the store prompt and efficient but these folks are genuinely nice people

Had a great experience with the guys at Firestone. Did a bunch of troubleshooting on my old Pathfinder and clearly explained their process, what they found, and all of my options. Work was great and am more than satisfied. They dug for every coupon they could find to help bring down the cost which was already very reasonable. Thanks guys! I’ll be back again for sure!

I am editing my review from a month ago- I still stand by every person being helpful and kind and explaining everything very well! And also still very thankful for Rich spending so much time explaining and showing me everything with my vehicle as well as explaining it to my dad over the phone for me the first time that I saw them on 9/11/20. However what I am changing is the fact that I said I would go back to them in the future for my repairs as I no longer will be going back.... Unfortunately, I did go back almost exactly one month later on 10/8/20 and this time I did not feel like I had as good as an experience. I went in because when I have my windows down I can hear a high pitch squealing when I am on a certain part of my breaks. They test drove it, claiming they got it up to 70 mph before breaking and said they never heard a noise. Which really flustered me because as soon as I left their building I drove down their road and BOTH times I came to a stop I heard it loud and clear. But the thing that made me most upset is that I told them I did not need a full car inspection because I just had one done a month ago. That I only wanted them looking at the breaks. Well without even telling me they proceeded with the full inspection and not only that- but the worst part was that the inspection was different in multiple areas from one month ago and I had to pay for it AGAIN!! There is no way the inspection should have been different at all. They originally had my break pads all at 7s and 8s and this time dropped them all to a 6.... im sorry but no way one month made them drop by two!! They also had my valve gasket cover and bushings in the yellow column when I saw them in september, but marked them off in the green column in October and I have not done anything to fix either of those things. So I find it quite funny that they magically went from needing fixed to being in good condition and not needing fixed. So basically what I am saying in a nutshell is that I do not trust their system of car inspections at this time and will be going somewhere else in the future where hopefully things will match up correctly.

Was shady with the pricing, won’t directly answer questions and did poor service that had to be redone at the great Midas down the road. Do not recommend for anyone who actually cares about their car

Today was my first official visit with firestone. I could not be happier with how they helped me get my vehicle right. I told them what I wanted. And I got exactly what I needed done to my truck. I will be deffinately be going back to them for any future repairs I can not do my self. And all my parts have a life time warranty on them. I would definitely make a note to go with them on your vehicle repair needs. I couldnt be happier.

Firestone is awesome my brakes went bad I put a lot of miles on my truck they did my brakes a few years back at another storeThe manager Ruben took the time to research the parts and they had lifetime warranty so they fix my truck and only charged labor a job that could have cost me a couple thousand only was charged a few hundred then he lifetime my laborWow talking about going the extra mileI like Firestone nation wide but I must say gurnee Firestone overall is the greatest for they went the extra mile and if it wasnt for them I would have spent thousands more then I should have and been stuckTy Firestone and Ruben

The team here was great with working me in without an appointment, diagnosing an issue I was having with one tire, and proposing & completing a repair at a reasonable price. These guys were recommended by an oil change center and the recommendation was well deserved.

The employees were not wearing the requisite masks, allowing patrons to be in the lobby without masks, and coming closer than 6ft. I couldnt care less about customer service if they are willing to put peoples lives in danger.
