Stopped in for diesel was told they havent ran a fuel card in 3 years or so and didnt remember how to do it. Why have diesel pumps if you not gonna learn how the use the system to sell diesel,only thing they could offer was to go to another location further up the road

My tire was really really low and I didn’t have my card on me but I did have some cash so I stopped into this gas station which in my mind should be a safe spot to go when you’re experiencing a flat or leak. It’s not I was informed that they wouldn’t give me any change at all to help me on my way. Will never stop her again and I certainly won’t chose this location for any emergencies in the future. Hoping I make it home to my card and back to a different place to air my tire no thanks to them. Very rude service. I won’t even stop at a Circle K anywhere in the future if this is their policy. Dodges is right across the street and has never let me down and even has better food.Also their drinks are always out and I mean ALWAYS every time I’ve stopped here before I’m always like “why did I stop there!?” My Dr. Pepper tastes like flat Pepsi. Never again.

The touchscreen only works on left screen so if you buy coffee and go to right register. You can use your rewards. So Im forced to pay for a cup off coffee with it not applying to my reward purchases. Double loss.

Sold me a bottle of 3x Kratom from the display case because they were out of product. It wouldn’t ring up so they rang up 3 sleepwalkers instead. The bottle was for display only and filled with water!!! They accused me of “trying to get free merchandise” when brought to their attention and wouldn’t reimburse or replace the product. Worst experience ever I got robbed for 15 dollars and embarrassed in front of 10 or more customers. If circle K is listening this purchase happened at 8:40 am today and the public shaming took place at 5:30pm when I was able to return from work!!! It happened at creosote rd and 49. I had to drive to another circle K for a number to district manager! Never felt so shamed and disrespected also never been robbed by a gas station!They responded below but did nothing. I left several messages with my information on their district complaint line to no avail. They pretend to do something with the response like below but do not give AF about customers or problems with their staff. Go to racetrack stations instead that’s been the best experience for me.

Now I see why it was so cheap for dsl, shorter girl with braids very rude and quick with an attitude. The only thing that made up for it was the taller chick with curls very polite and professional and also cute!

The clerk was nice. But the soda fountain hasnt been cleaned in a long time. There was mold at the bottom of it. I cant imagine what the spouts looked like😷🤢... I avoid this store. Its a shame. Took some pictures. Definately should call health department.

Poor service by rude people, plus a real pain to get out of onto Hey 49.

Dont stop here. Very rude cashier, had a fight with the customer in front of me, her co-worker, and then was very rude to me and I wasnt involved in any of it. Slow pumps to top it off. Not a good experience.
