Poor service that doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We ordered 3 samples of paint and one of the colors were not the colors we requested but because they already mixed the paint we could not get the paint we requested without also paying for the color that was not on our list to purchase. I had a $20 bill in my hand while I was asking questions about the incorrect paint to see how the problem could be fixed when the young male reached across the counter, took my $20 bill, gave me the change and walked away with both my fiancé and I confused. I will never be going back to that location.

Lack of proper use of ppe by staff and customers in store. Website showed store had paint I was looking for, but did not.

Matched old ceiling paint perfectly from a wallboard plug we had cut out. Also matched a stained chair using the arm (really dark with no grain showing) with paint that will give it the same look. Extremely pleased and will definitely be back, especially when any specialty paint is required.

The color match for Superdeck solid stain was horrible. I then selected a standard color (cedar 3034 - for solid stain - Superdeck) from a sheet and the actual color after two coats was not close at all. I was shocked how off the actual color was to the color on the sheet.

I walked in to the SW on Hwy 14 in Greer, with a mild crisis. We had used the wrong shade of touch up paint, and touched up our entire house before we realized it. The Sales Associate who helped me could not have been a nicer guy. He worked on matching the paint to the sample I brought in, until he blended it perfectly. He was fun to talk to, very knowledgable, and really good at his job. Its rare these days to walk into a business and have that pleasant of an experience. He did a great job, and saved us by matching our paint correctly - when other stores had not been able to. I dont see any need to shop anywhere else from now on!
