There is always a wait here. No matter what time or day you go. They always seem under staffed and you tend to wait 10+ minutes for help at any of the stations throughout the store. The store itself is very clean, semi-organized, and well-kept. Not all items are clearly priced. Staff do seem helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Parking is ample. They have a great assortment of tools, parts, and various top soil, mulch & gravel options outside also.

We had our ride on Mower serviced by them and everyone we dealt with Were very friendly and helpful. Brock picked our mower up and was very helpful and even recommended what we should use to help with our lawn problems. Once the mower got to their shop we delt with Josh and he was awsome. Kept us up to date on the progress and even went beyond and worked with the extended warranty company to get the parts and repair covered after they denied the claim. The mower was delivered looking like new along with the items we purchased that Brock recommended for our lawn. We definitely will use their services again.

The guys at landscapers supply of Greer have been amazing. I love the new store much more then the last Greer location. The staff is so professional and really friendly. Josh H had done so much to get our mower we use daily fixed ASAP. He made us feel like his #1 priority even when I’m sure he has much more going on. It had issues scalping yards and he did everything possible to make it 110%. He even gave me his cell # so I could send him pics of the yards it was scalping. He would communicate with me all day every day until we finally had it all sorted out. Josh and his team did a great job. I highly recommend this store.

Nice, spacious new store with plenty of parking and friendly employees. They carry a variety of household goods, gardening supplies, landscaping materials, tools, paint, wood stains, etc. Was looking for a driver bit for decking screws, and was disappointed every one was made in China, as were other products. Would appreciate and prefer products made in America.

I have visited this location on 3 different ocations.. the employees act as if they could care less.. this last time went in to purchase a new echo chainsaw.. spent 25 minutes looking over the saws then walked around the store.. employees were busy talking to one another. I walked up to the front counter the lady was busy talking to another worker. I stood there about 2 minutes no one said a word to me so I left..if you are looking for a great hardware store drive down to the next exit and visit Johnsons ace hardware in welford sc.. the people there are always willing to help..

SOOOO much closer and friendlier than either Lowes on Woodruff in GVL or Simpsonville. They pretty much have most anything that one needs. Great loyalty program with regular discount cards by mail. We bought all our landscaping materials from these good people. Shop and support local.

Very impressed with these folks. They need to teach the buffoons in Easley how business is conducted. This store has been a pleasure to shop at. The selection of home repair stuff is impressive. The prices were surprisingly low and competitive to Lowes/HD for plumbing parts. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. An overall joy to shop here.

Wanted a 20lb grill tank refilled that wasnt completely empty. According to my inline gauge it was still a little over 1/4 propane still in it and just wanted to fully top off so did not want to run out in middle of night with my heater. But they would not prorate the pounds required, instead only way to refill was to pay for a full refill at full price. Well I dont want to pay for something Im not getting or is already mine, like the 4 to 5 pounds of propane already In my tank they wanted to charge me for. That is so crazy. So I went elsewhere. If tank was completely empty that would be the only way I would ever bring a tank here for refill. Also most of there prices on other items are overpriced when compared to other ACE locations. What a shame to have a hardware store within two miles and cant shop there. Hopefully the owner will find this or correct the employees whom may have it all wrong.

Never could get any help with the grills. I waited for 30 mins, and I mind you there was less that 10 customers in the store. Its a nice store but the customer service is horrible.
