Always friendly and helpful. Jeremy is the BEST for ANY paint issues you have. I’ve done a fair amount of painting - so not a novice - but learn from him every time I have a new project. If you are painting “anything” go see him!

I was struggling to find a specific bolt size and after striking out at both Home Depot and Lowes, I swung by this Ace on a whim. They had many more options but I still wasnt sure what would fit, so the staff member carried two boxes of various bolt sizes out to my truck and tried them one-by-one until we found the one that fit. Incredible service that you simply will not find at larger stores.

Brought a return in here and when I spoke to the girl (was high school age) she asked me if I had to do any more shopping and I told her yes. She then told me to go do the shopping and we can do it all once I am finished. I go get what I need and then check out and she starts scanning everything and doesnt pay any attention to my return that is sitting on the counter. I asked her if she took care of it and she told me yes, which I thought was weird. Long story short she didnt, I did not get a refund on my card which I just checked. Watch these guys. Now Im out the money AND have no product. The place is ran by a bunch of high school kids that are too busy joking and playing around to focus on their jobs - thats the root cause of this error. There was the one girl up there and three guys all having a grand ole time.

A nice store conveniently located. I prefer ace to many other larger hardware stores. The parking lot of this one is not great, and front spots can be tricky to get out of with a steady flow of incoming traffic. Some of the items I regularly buy at ace were double or slightly double the price that I am used to paying at this store. The selection seems to vary from location to location.

Awesome service. Worth the slight difference in price vs. big box stores. I needed some pressure washer fittings, and 2 people helped me go through what I needed and piece it together between plumbing and the typical pressure washer fittings. This is typical of the service I’ve always received there.

Management needs to tell the highschoolers working the register to lift their mask up over their nose - I mean come on the pandemic has been going on well over a year theres half a million people dead in the US its not rocket science learn to wear your mask properlywent back in there today - five of the clerks were wearing their mask under their nose one of the clerks was not wearing a mask at all and none of the people shopping there were wearing a mask, this with half a million dead and the highest rates of infection in the state in this county - they really need to rename this “ace is the place for people who are not clever enough to wear a mask properly or helpful enough to care about other people’s lives” because it is clear that these people truly do not give a damn

I took a new Toyota keyless entry key to be cut last week, and the kid ruined the key by cutting it too deep. I got no apology and no replacement key. Avoid this place for key cutting.

Nothing against any of the bigger home improvement stores but I don’t think they match Aces ability to have accessible personnel who also have a solid foundation about what they sell. Jeremy is a good resource

Always go out of their way to be helpful. The store is clean and well organized. Stock is where it is supposed to be and in good condition. A real pleasure to shop here.

Its a traditional hardware store. It has tools and materials for many different types of projects. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

I received a $5 coupon in the mail. They have N95 masks in stock. I was able to purchase a package regularly $8 in a pack of two for $3. Great location. Social distancing markers in place, handicapped parking, friendly and helpful staff. It was a great experience, I enjoyed my shop here.

So much for treating others kindness and respect. Time to find a better place for tools, paint, screws, nails, home projects! Ace is the helpful place for catching and transmitting disease and not caring for fellow humans!

For a novice at DIY projects, Jeremy & his team members have always been there to provide ideas, guidance and also offer very cost effective solutions. This along with the ACE rewards program makes it one of place worthy of consideration.

My husband and I have always liked shopping at this Classic Ace Hardware. Our last visit was exceptional. Austin was extremely helpful with our purchase of our new Weber grill. He and another store associate were on hand to deliver our new Weber grill this morning. These young store associates were both helpful and polite. Because of this we will always drive a little further to shop at this Classic Ace Hardware!

This ACE Hardware on Old Pleasantburg is one I have shopped at for 7 years.The person that works in their paint department has NO customer skills at all. Spoke to two people in the store about him and how rude he is.Both said they hear it all the time and in fact a friend of mine said the same thing when I told him what happened. The other workers said they could not say anything because he is friends with the owner. They also said they hear complaints on him all the time but owner want do anything.Thinks it’s time for me to shop elsewhere. Wonder if others have had the same problem.

I love this store! Has all kinds of hardware Im looking for. The staff, even the high school kids, are knowledgeable and friendly. My kids like the free popcorn. And the have lots of stuff I didnt know that I needed. The grilling section has a great variety, too.

A great place for quality merchandise as well as knowledgeable staff. Unlike other national chains who dont have knowledgeable staff in their departments (plumbing, electrical, paint). The products mostly are the same price and when a tad higher, it is because its better quality.

Ace is the place! Really though, the staff is very friendly. They are mostly young, high school age, so they are not the most knowledgeable in hardware and tooling etc. But they do make it up in friendly and positive attitudes. They will help you find an answer. The prices are reasonable as well. Its a small Ace so prices may be a little higher than the big stores. But you really feel like your shopping at your local hardware store.

They have not posted that customers need to wear masks in their store, and 80% of the customers aren’t. So if you don’t want Covid-19, don’t shop at this Ace hardware.

Not only this place is more expensive than other stores but on top of that they have young high school kids working with no knowledge of items. I asked 3 times about my plumbing problem they have no idea what I was talking about, needless to say I walked out. Going to more experience places like Home Depot or Lowes.

The employees at this Ace Hardware really care and they show it. I have never visited this store without being asked if I found everything I needed and if I needed any help. I will continue to shop here!
