Cashier staff are always polite and friendly. Staff around store are usually helpful if your cam find someone working the floor. That can be a little difficult sometimes. They have great prices and decent quality items. You sure cant beat the prices there! The store is usually kept clean and orderly.

Good location, everyone has been friendly and helpful. I wish it was a larger store, with more selection from their web site. I hope they expand location and move to a larger building nearby. The parking lot is small, and kind of difficult to get in and out with all the traffic, and the intersection.

Usually a little cheaper than home depot or Lowes, always worth checking them first.

China made tools, some American made, great prices, good service and good warranty, BUT for daily use professionals and craftsmen some of the cheaper tools would be a daily curse. Multiple grades of key tools available at several price points. The staff are friendly, efficient and harried. Too much is demanded of them. Please, never pay full price. There are coupons floating around everywhere.

There is a young lady who works at the store that is sooooo sweet and makes my every trip a great experience! The tools are often good for a specific job and not designed for long term use and I have had a few that have broken easily and I have never had an issue bringing them back to exchange for another one

Really nice in here, had just what I needed.

Not so many good deals like when they first opened up. They think they are Northern Tool and Equipment. If I wanted to pay high prices for tools Id go somewhere else. People come here for cheap prices and Harbor Freight has forgotten that.

Harbor Freight sells very good tools at a great price. Most are not cheap but are very competitively priced. I recently saw a YouTube video comparing a Snap-on torque wrench to a Harbor Freight torque wrench and the Harbor Freight tool tested better and had a much longer warranty at less than a quarter of the Snap-on price!

I will have to say this is a great location. All the staff is more than willing to help you find what youre looking for. My checkout process was fast and easy, not to mention the incredible savings I had through the coupon book. Ive shopped at several Harbor Freights over the years, their tool quality has been up and down. But, in the last couple years this company has made a good effort to produce more quality tools.

While I love the prices at HF, its hard to find what youre looking for. Fortunately, the have a good number of staff members to assist you. They always have a sale plus 20% off any 1 item, whether on sale or not. Be sure to sign up for their notification program for texts & emails and remain in the know.

Found a good deal on an item and went to check out. 2 registers were opened. Two were in one line only one in the other. I get in the short line. Customer in front of me is having some issues. Other register checks out the two that were waiting and another one. Im deciding to move over to the other lane when she leaves and goes to back. Never comes back. Good deals there. You just cant buy them!

Found the item I was looking for with the help of the friendly cashier. Item was as described and I brought my 20% coupon for a sweet deal. Plus add the free item coupon was a nice bonus. Great stuff quick and at the best prices. Some items even have a lifetime of warranty included at no extra purchase. Hey need to fix something, they have lots of tools too.

Very convenient location. Typical harbor freight location and deals. Are they super high quality tools? Of course not, do they do the job for a tiny fraction of the name brands? You bet. Staples like hand tools, gloves, zip ties, CLAMPS, etc are great value for the price. Woodworking clamps alone are worth the trip.

Always find that tool your looking for and a few other items you didnt know you even needed.. prices are unbelievable.

Harbor Freight is an excellent source for tools that you need but might not need to use over and over again. Most of their products are just fine for occasional use and they can save you a ton of money. This store stays well stocked and the cashiers are very helpful. More than one Ive had them flip through a bunch of coupons to save me as much as possible without me saying a word.

The worst experience is what you should expect. A purchase was made for a gift. Parts were missing so it could not be assembled. We were given multiple stories as to when another would be available to replace the one we bought. We were promised multiple times that our call would be returned and yet it never was. In short as this saga went on for weeks we finally were able to get another unit to replace the original one. The store manager is the worst. He hides in the stock room and seems offended if he has to help a customer. There is seldom more than one person up front at the register so there is always a line. God forbid the manager leave his cave an help someone. His attitude is horrible and his demeanor is dismissive at best.

If you believe in science at all avoid this location during the pandemic. There is zero mask enforcement at this location.

Great prices! A little confusing at first but staff will help you out. This is not as large as the competition down the street but is a step up from a Mom n Pop hardware store. Nice wide aisles and lots of bright lighting.

Great place for anyone looking for tools or almost anything you need to work with or use around the home. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can get an extended warranty on tools and other stuff but I usually dont. Havent had any trouble with the things Ive bought.

The prices are great I can get things there at it would have to pay almost twice as much elsewhere and they work just as well as what Im paying twice as much for at other stores example purchased a drill bit set for 399 it worked and I was able to do my whole Project without one drill bit breaking and I was cutting into heavy steel most of the time second example I use their batteries to run our lighting for our top of lights and under the sink lights and they last for real long time I can get up in the middle of the night and be sure Im going to be able to see when I walk into the kitchen

I was thrilled to see a Harbour Freight come to Greer. But I had an issue over a coupon. I felt like they should have made it clear that you couldnt use the coupon in the situation I had. They refused to let me use it and were pretty stern about it. I walked out and sent HF an email about it. Never received a response. Have not been back. Even if I was wrong I still would have appreciated a response. Have not been back..

Decent quality tools and accessories at a good price, store manager is really an awesome person

I love getting cheap tools, but sure do miss getting customer service. Only real associates are always on the registers it seems. Its great to go in and just browse, but when you need something specific, thats when the frustration begins. The register associates usually know where it is though. I just hate to bug them when they are trying to check out other customers.

Very deceiving pricing. It looks like sale tags for many items, but when you get through checking out you find out that they charged regular prices. They dont tell you before checking out that the deceiving price tags are only valid if you spend $35 for a club membership.

Line was literally to the back of the store. I saw one employee sitting in the office behind the two way glass, and another doing what appears to be stock. How they didn’t see the line, and think to open another register is beyond me. Total mismanagement. And now I’m stuck with a broken tool I should have never bought in the first place because I don’t have an hour to stand in a line.

I love HF. Yes the quality isnt always high on some tools, but their Jacks are great and you cant beat the price, especially if its a tool that you arent going to use often. Video sites on the web have honest reviews on their products that I highly recommend watching before committing to a more expensive item, but for things like chip brushes, simple hand tools and storage containers, you cant go wrong with HF. Their rubber gloves and shop rags are a great value, and I am really fond of their canvas tool bags...and dont forget their metal ammo cans, the Swiss army knife of stackable storage.

Good place to buy inexpensive tools. Ive had a couple issues with tools that either didnt work or missing parts and they have always exchanged the items or refunded my money no questions asked and might I add with no drama also! Staff always seems very nice to me, even though sometimes they have to deal with jerks and people that just want to be difficult.
