Called on a whim, had some people recommend this shop due to needing new tires and although I really just needed one, I ended up getting them all changed out bc WHY NOT when it’s literally the best deal you have found in over a week … the employees are really sweet and I enjoyed talking to them and their loyal customers .. they were super quick and I’ll definitely be using them as long as I’m around ! 5 star !

Ordered tires somewhere else, thinking I could get them quick and cheap because I was going out of town. They kept getting delayed and I had waited 2 weeks for my tires to be delivered. I finally had to cancel my order. I called Blue Ridge, they got my tires in the very next day and it took them about 20 minutes to mount them. They did a great job and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Fantastic service... had tires put on and front end alignment. Worked me in even though I didnt have an appointment. Just over an hour and I was out the door. The guys here are always nice and treat you as if they have known you all of your life.

Called and spoke with Josh at Blue Ridge Tire and was very Impressed he was very Professional answered all my questions, not like some of these other Tire Shops that just do not seem care if you call for price quotes or to even just make an appointment for a replacement or a repair.... Came in for another flat repair due to construction nails. Had to buy a tire this time. The last 3 visits were for flat repairs which there was no charge because wed purchased them here.Today my tire was beyond repair. They explained why. Made sense.A new tire ~ of far better quality(Yokohama) was in stock and installed on the company work van in such short time and in an efficient manor. Speaking of manors ~ I interacted with the salesman and several real workers😉. Genuine guys with outgoing personalities. The kind of folks youd pray for as neighbors.**always interacting with people; locals, new to the area, wealthy retirees and pay check to paycheck folks like me. Here to tell you Im glad our business(Cobblestone Homes) chose BlueRidge Tire to service our fleet and many of our personal rides. ***I searched for a better deal once. Saved us $30 per tire. Thought I should get praise😀.Well.. The tires lasted less than half of projected miles. Didnt grab the road, and the customer service?
